契媽收到風上環有間江蘇菜館「江蘇銘悅」近日推出咗個超抵嘅鮑翅優惠,不過只限於一月十九日前經OpenRice訂位先可享用,所以就好急忙地相約為食小組探索一番。網上訂座流程簡易快捷,回覆確認短訊後,聯絡人即提點部份菜式必先預訂,溝通清晰直接。樓上中菜廳屬「CSC Collective」飲食集團旗下,據悉以做房為主。通道有個大型酒櫃,相信貴客均為好飲之人。用餐大堂光線充裕,樓底雖然唔高,但勝在有地毯吸音,厚墊椅櫈亦十分舒適,散枱唔會背貼背,有足夠嘅活動空間,只係午市爆滿,小肥不便四周拍照,以免影響其他客人。每位席上擺有齊備嘅自用及共用餐具,碟上嘅山水畫秀氣得好有詩意。厚本散點餐牌中英對照,並附有彩圖參考,由於實在太多頁,細佬影影吓已經冇哂心機,喺度上載頭兩頁,以展出餐廳理念及廚師精選江蘇饗宴。為迎合上班一族,店子亦有續位計嘅套餐選擇。其中有個「鮑參翅肚嚐味套餐」做緊特價,$980/位似乎好豐富吸引喎。蟹后靚靚媽咪見到兩頁節令蟹粉菜單,已立心蛇年中秋後返黎一試。雜項收費包括茗茶$28/位、開胃菜$25/碟、標準裝紅白汽酒開瓶費$200/樽、烈酒開瓶費$400/樽等。雞絲粉皮($78):頭盤雞絲粉皮以金光閃閃嘅碟盤上,貴氣十足!墊底半透明嘅粉皮煙韌潤彈,伴入柔軟嘅雞絲及清脆嘅青瓜絲令口感更有層次,淋上香濃嘅麻醬已夠惹味。雙色鎮江肴肉($128):堅挺晶瑩嘅鎮江肴肉肉香唔膩,柔韌細密,深啡色層醋香啫喱亦好醒胃,組合十分清新。黃湯炆原隻鮑翅(優惠價$268;原價$498):XO仔欠缺拍攝技巧,所以淨睇下面幅相未必睇得清楚看似明月嗰梳原隻鮑翅確真足両!厚厚嘅鮑翅軟腍爽嫩,奶黃色嘅黃湯原來係混入咗雞湯及雞肉嘅精華所淆製,香濃滑溜,$268/位絕對超值!紅燒原隻鮑翅(優惠價$268;原價$498):鮑翅個靚樣喺紅燒湯底內更為突出震撼,不過有對比下,個紅燒湯底明顯冇黃湯咁香滑甜濃,略為遜色,大肥爸爸話齋,食翅翅都一樣「最怕貨比貨」!龍井河蝦仁($248/五両):細細隻嘅蝦仁閃出油光,不用多點汁醬最為清甜爽脆,簡單可口。清燉蟹粉獅子頭($180/位;兩位起):圓碌碌嘅蟹粉獅子頭清香鮮甜,質感鬆嫩唔實,不過如果可以加多少少肥豬肉效果應更潤滑。上湯豆胚($328):翠綠嘅豆胚超級嫩口,正菜冇得彈!十三香蔥油餅($78):預先切成四件嘅蔥油餅好似三文治咁,賣相簡潔得黎毫不油膩,外層嘅餅皮輕盈脆薄且好夠乾巧,最正係中間夾得夠多蔥,香口又足料!招牌灌湯小籠包($88/四件):小籠包皮層巧薄Q彈唔易穿,輕輕咬開頂部即可啜出熱辣甜美嘅湯汁,連同軟嫩嘅豬肉一啖食埋落口都唔覺溜,嘻嘻,一人食一籠都絕冇難度呀!妃子笑炸湯圓($88/四件):經理姐姐推介嘅甜品特色在炸湯圓個糯米皮撈入咗火龍果汁搓成,質感香酥煙韌,傳出陣陣嘅果香微甜不滯口,炸皮一裂開,當中嘅流沙咸蛋奶黃餡心迅即溢滿口腔,芳香尤甚。上環樓上中菜館「江蘇銘悅」環境光鮮優雅,服務生友善好客,江蘇名菜雖價價偏高,但幸好高質味佳,最抵就係可以於推廣期內以$268享用色香味俱全嘅黃湯明月鮑翅!
