Tim Ho Wan has recently opened a new concept store in K11 Art Mall, which specializes in not only dim sums but also siu mei, traditional local dishes and innovative desserts created by a team of experienced chefs.◆Barbecue Pork Highly recommending this dish! 今日到添好運吃晚飯。餐廳比中環別緻寬敞,還有多款特色茶可選。蜜桃烏龍的味道唔錯,有淡淡的蜜桃甜香氣味,烏龍茶口感順滑。酸辣湯酸辣湯幾足料,有肉絲、木耳等等,酸味和辣味很平衡,羨的厚度剛剛好,口感順滑。金銀旦菜這道茶素而不寡,有皮旦、咸旦,加上香蒜和咸旦白,再配上上湯和嫩口的豆苗,味道不錯。龍蝦炒麵這龍蝦肉爽口鮮美,有半隻龍蝦,加上豆椒汁的脆生麵,脆卜卜又唔油膩,如果再次多一點點醬汁更好。年年有餘水晶糕這水晶糕是話梅味,味道有少少人工感,但口感似啫喱,酸酸甜甜的,是ok的。

之前同另一個朋友嚟到呢個商場,見到呢間都頗出名嘅點心店喺呢度新開張,所以特意一試,點知其實係都幾失望。門面、闊落程度同埋服務都幾好,但係個落單系統好差,好多時都唔work。如果你冇耐性點多咗幾下,有機會同一款點心會嗌咗三四次,要小心中伏。晚市有好多嘢都唔供應,例如腸粉,所以晚市就唔推薦大家嚟。點心嘅選擇其實唔算太多,我哋嗰日就嗌咗蝦餃、燒賣、鳳爪、蘿蔔糕、紅油抄手。上菜速度還好,味道都算幾好,不過款式選擇實在唔算太多,有啲失望。
