漢記粥麵 (已結業)

夜晚遲食晚餐突然好想食粥，專登行入啟業邨街市搵食。10點幾街市只剩下2、3檔食檔，街市好似food court咁，有啲響店內有堂食，有啲無就可以買完響店外面啲枱櫈度堂食。諗住食埋其他小食，於是就買咗響外面食。環境都幾乾淨舒適，經常會有人清潔。叫咗個生滾滑牛粥，粥底綿滑，不過有小小燶味，牛肉都幾多，以依個價錢都幾抵食👍🏻食粥又點可以無條油炸鬼呢？咁夜都可以食到剛炸起仲燙手嘅油炸鬼真係成幾驚喜😍賣相 4/5口感 4/5味道 3/5番食率 4/5

天氣幻變，人體多病，唉，作感冒，有好嘢都吃唔到，唯有乖乖地走去吃粥。菜單睇落都算多選擇，除咗粥還有其他配件，腸粉、炒麵、油條、肉粽等都不缺。其他粉麺飯今次就不在我的考慮範圍啦。黃沙豬潤粥，豬潤意外的鮮美，沒有腥味不單止，還有甜甜的豬潤香和爽脆的口感，熟度剛剛好。粥底綿密，配上幾條蔥絲，增加了香氣。荔灣艇仔粥，單看表面沒什麼，但原來都幾多好物沉底，豬皮、生菜絲、魷魚、花生，拌勻之後，啖啖都有餸，尤其喜歡個魷魚，爽口彈牙。牛肉腸，肉不多，外皮有點厚，相對粥品來說，有點失色了。偶爾清粥小菜，都幾好吖。

Went here ages ago in the beginning of the year when this new modern wet market opened.I was attracted by the cheap afternoon sets but then congee is cheap anyway, Well, the congee was not to my liking as it was bland and too milky like eating a bowl of PVC glue!The noodles fares slightly better but they were cold.The ricerolls were too soft and soggy.But anyway, you can't really complain for that price.
