I just had a delightful dinner with my friend at a cozy beef noodle restaurant in Cheung Sha Wan, and it was an experience worth sharing! Nestled in the basement, the restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. The proprietor greeted us with a friendly smile, setting the tone for a pleasant dining experience.We decided to try the mixed beef noodles, and they did not disappoint. The noodles were perfectly cooked—springy and flavorful—serving as a great base for the generous portions of tender beef. Each bite was a delightful combination of textures and tastes, with a rich broth that complemented the dish beautifully. It’s clear that the kitchen takes pride in maintaining high standards, as the quality of the ingredients was evident.To wash it all down, we opted for the ice lemon green teas, which were refreshing and provided the perfect balance to the hearty noodles. I appreciated the attention to hygiene in the restaurant; everything was clean and well-maintained, which added to our overall comfort.This little gem in Cheung Sha Wan is definitely a must-visit for anyone craving authentic beef noodles in a friendly setting. I’ll certainly be returning, not just for the delicious food, but also for the warm hospitality that made our evening so enjoyable! Highly recommended!

基本上香工food court已經成為我每日晚餐既飯堂。今次想寫關於一間潮州小店,主打潮州粿條。其實第一次幫襯係見佢有賣手打檸檬茶,因為荔枝角好少有,附近新開個間試過覺得檸檬好少,有種搵笨既感覺。相反潮香都算多檸檬,需要個杯唔係好大,最緊要好飲啊嘛!食物方面,潮香主打新鮮牛肉,潮州粿條(類似河粉),最近仲新推出國內非常流行既隆江豬腳飯。最近試下以下幾款:全牛福湯粿條 **材料新鮮,牛骨湯飲完唔會口乾,粿條都好味。豬腳飯 **豬腳好淋,肥而不膩,鹵水好送飯,唔會死鹹;配埋潮州肉條一絕!其實香港好難搵到豬腳飯食。泰國個種又唔啱味。乾炒牛肉粿條 **驚喜之作,比一般潮州酒樓既沙茶牛肉炒河好味好多!不過老闆話好嘥時間煮,繁忙時間唔提供。想食要提前預訂。食物:👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻價格:👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻衛生:👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻服務:👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
