《灘五郷 - 灣仔》灣仔都好嘢食就係人都知,但係估唔到巷仔入面有一間咁有日本feel嘅居酒屋喺度,仲要有日本廚師坐鎮有得睇住佢即燒鰻魚同埋生燒雞翼😋近排多咗個灣仔呢邊做嘢, lunch 放飯就同咗個同事去左船街呢一間我想去好耐嘅日式餐廳食飯☺️ lunch time嘅Menu價錢比較實惠,最平$138就可以叫到一個套餐,一般都係見到食客叫佢哋嘅午市定食,相信夜晚嚟呢一度會好好feel,好有日本屋台嘅感覺👍🏻我同個同事每人叫咗一個定食,每份定食入面有齊醃菜、前菜小食、主食同麵豉湯先唔好講其他配菜,淨係個茶碗蒸同埋麵豉湯都誠意十足,茶碗蒸有蟹肉同蟹籽喺面,食起上嚟好濃郁嘅蛋香😌而個麵豉湯都飲得出絕對唔係坊間即沖嗰一種,佢係用咗紅麵豉製作,唔會過鹹但係飲到回甘嘅甜味,簡簡單單嘅配菜都已經食得出心思🥰有機會都要夜晚過嚟試吓佢嘅燒鳥串先得😍我好似見到仲有得食提燈添💁🏻♀️蒲燒鰻魚丼定食 $268我嚟呢度之前其實已經一早睇定咗佢個Menu,知道佢個鰻魚係即席醬燒,坐到老遠都已經聞到鰻魚嘅香氣,果然係冇揀錯的,佢呢度嘅鰻魚同平時食到嘅口感絕對唔同,令人回想起喺日本老字號鰻魚店食到嘅鰻魚丼飯,佢個質地係有啲彈牙,底下層皮嘅位置燒到好香脆,師傅特登放咗紫菜喺底下吸埋鰻魚嘅醬汁,配埋佢個日本米飯真係令人停唔到口👍🏻💁🏻♀️是日廚師推介日本和牛牛扒定食 $328同事發咗達,lunch time已經食和牛啦🤷🏻♀️不過呢個價錢絕對物超所值👍🏻唔好睇佢個牛扒好似平平無奇咁,入口嘅感覺都令人幾印象深刻😍以為日本和牛實係好油膩好滯嗰種感覺,但係佢呢一個牛扒反而係食到牛肉嘅香味,當然佢個質感都係和牛嗰種軟嫩感覺,有油香但係絕對唔肥膩,可以配搭柚子胡椒、竹炭鹽、岩鹽又或者炸蒜片一齊食,個人覺得竹炭鹽同埋柚子胡椒嘅味道都好適合用嚟點個牛扒,我個人建議用竹炭鹽配Wasabi點個牛扒就最正👍🏻

家的附近又開了一間日本過江龍新店,似乎好猛料,走過見到是居酒屋的模式,某日特意嚐新。這一隻名為「德島阿波尾雞翼」,其實只不過是一隻較為大隻的燒雞翼而已,雞皮不夠脆,雞骨何其堅硬,拗不斷,結果全程食得好艱辛,雞翼尖不停在面上撩來撩去,異常狼狽!本來抱有期待的軟殼蟹天婦羅,一開半卻又超級細隻。名符其實,軟殼蟹果然只得個殼,應該改名為「軟殼蟹殼天婦羅」。點醬有豉油和蒜味蛋黃醬,因天婦羅本身已有鹹味,小人只會推薦蛋黃醬。唯一較好食的就只有這道牛肋條。牛肋條肥瘦均勻,燒得夠香,帶燶邊位,肉質鬆嫩,而且鍋裡有不少菊花瓣,居然透出淡淡的菊花香,有新意。韓式甜辣汁甜甜的和著微辣,頗惹味。來到串燒,果然是一枝獨瘦。牛舌芯這就叫做厚喎……超級的靭,要瘋狂咀嚼超長時間才可吞嚥,好累!免治雞肉棒中間的雞軟骨也太大粒,極之啃牙,跟上的蛋黃全無蛋香。刺身五盛包括海膽、甜蝦、鯛魚、拖羅及吞拿魚。跑出的當然是海膽!鮮美綿滑不在話下,配以青瓜片更能突顯海膽的出色!魚生正常表現,反而甜蝦夠爽,更勝一籌!香蔥吞拿魚腩脆脆繼續不能承接優勢。蔥不夠香,吞拿魚腩未夠肥美都是其次,最大問題乃是那片類似鍋巴的脆脆只是硬而不能稱之為脆,硬邦邦的好難食。期望愈大,失望愈大。
