Went here for dinner after going to the gun club nearby.We were greeted by this familiar looking gentlemen who turned out to be the owner, it turns out he is cantopop singer Vangie Tang's dad which explains his good looks!My favourite song by VT is Gei Lim!!Anyway, back to the food, they specialize in chicken pots and there is a pretty good seafood set for 2xx per person and you get a live crab, oyster, fish prawns and abalone!~Vegetable slices:Seafood:Wagyu Beef:Crispy beancurd rolls:Cuttlefish balls with yuzu honey:Here was the delicious hotpot:The spiciness was just right and I liked the way it was steady and the spiciness remained constant all the way through. The chicken was tender and the purple onions were sweet.After we finished eating the chicken, broth was added.The crab turned out really good and everything was tasty that we didn't really need the sauces given in the beginning.My prawn!!

本人最愛就係打邊爐,但要搵平靚正就比較難,近排試過新蒲崗爺爺,覺得值得推介。呢個雞煲海鮮餐,先黎食個雞煲先,大中小辣或者唔辣都得,我本人唔食得太辣,於是點小辣,雞煲香口,好食,份量足。食完雞煲,加湯打邊爐,跟餐仲送一碟手切肥牛,炸蝦丸,拍青瓜,響鈴,䈑筍,生菜,烏冬。海鮮方面,全部新鮮,有蝦,有廣島蠔,有蟹,鮑魚,仲有魔鬼魚,全部好有水準,隻蟹新鮮到放落湯仲識郁,而且多膏肉厚,最後結果都食唔晒,生菜同烏冬都要打包,叫埋啤酒,兩人都唔洗600蚊,甘抵,去邊度搵?

Open Rice 原预订了明天的,但今晚就去了,店家很贴心,仍然送了菜脯皇,回去捞粥粉面饭,一定很下饭。说说鸡煲,的确很够味,那汤汁煨得洋葱头和蒜头都入了味,2人点了半份,估计童子鸡,肉质很嫩,量不多,正好够两人食用,鸡吃差不多还可加汤转火锅,肥牛和颈髓没试,怕晚上吃不消化,点了88元6只很大的海虾,沙线清的很干净,弹牙跟爽,自制炸响铃吸满汤汁入口,哇......,服务态度好热情,出门时老板还会问问就餐体验,去得早,还给4人座,让宽敞舒适度明显提高。有机会还会来试试牛肉,一定赞

之前bk左今晚吃雞煲 然後一進去就收到免費一罐辣菜蒲正丫 入到去都幾多人見到餐牌有套餐就廢事諗 直接揀238一位 有加一 6蚊一位佐料費另外飲品10元罐先講雞煲 味道不錯 我之前食其他雞煲都不吃雞皮但這間我食因為皮薄 幾好 雞件比較多骨少肉令我覺得不是主角 數量都比較少即吃嘅麻辣青瓜 真係幾辣係雪藏 但都有牛味 肥不多好吃最值得讚係海鮮 海鮮先係主角好新鮮 好鮮甜美味鮑魚烚完冇縮水蠔好味好好味值呢個價另外一讚服務很好而且打卡送一罐非酒精飲料

諗住黎LEE間試下雞煲,叫左一隻雞,得面有一兩舊係雞脾肉,其他都冇乜肉重要好多雞頸,味唔夠濃,重要係成煲一上就食得,唔知佢煲左幾耐,D雞"鞋"曬,從來未食過已經預先煲好0既雞煲比人食,不知所謂
