🇭🇰 Yuen Long 元朗| Lunar 玥A new authentic Taiwanese spot has just opened in Yuen Long, located just on the ground floor of YOHO Plus! 😋They got a variety of traditional Taiwanese food like braised beef rice and popcorn chicken! 🥰Here are some dishes I recommend:🍚Braised Beef Rice with oysters & handmade Angus Beef🍚My personal favourite is this braised beef rice because their beef chunks were big, different from other braised beef rice I had. 🙂Adding some fresh oysters on top is like double the satisfaction! If you don’t like oysters, you could also get the rice with just the angus beef 😌🍳Oyster Omelette 🍳They are totally not greedy with the oysters! They have some sauce on top as well which tasted quite fresh to taste 😳 🍗Popcorn Chicken 🍗 These were some extraordinary popcorn chicken 😂 Not only it was a big piece of juicy chicken, if you dip it in their sauce, it tasted quite flavourful. 😈The sauce has a hint of yuzu, balances out the oiliness from the chicken 🥴🍤Deep fried shrimp with egg yolk coating 🍤I needa point out that their egg yolk coating is so satisfying and very crispy!! 🥹Shrimp itself is quite juicy, it could get very filling but eating it is so satisfying!😋In terms of drinks, we got the passion fruit tea and Strawberry Uji Matcha 🍵. Both have less sweet option! 商場翻新後,多左好多選擇。呢間外面睇似日式,原來係台式。晚市散叫,每樣都好精緻,以為唔夠食,最後勁飽。擺盤靚有心思,味道好。飲品有驚喜,奶蓋冇得彈。環境優雅,係高級版台菜。🥢餐前小食--琥珀合桃好好食,勁香脆,少甜,食得出新鮮製造。店員話係自家製,有得賣,可惜今日售罄😆。🥬樹子香菇炒水蓮 $88水蓮係台灣原生菜,爽脆好食,配上酸酸樹子,好開胃。🐟蜜薑脆鱔 $108呢個擺盤好靚,上層炸物有少少蜜糖,炸得香脆。好鐘意食鱔,呢個做法甜甜地,少少脆,魚肉彈牙,啖啖肉。🏵️無花果黑醋骨 $95原來係乾無花果,黑醋骨醋味濃,配上乾身少甜無果花好特別,又可平衡到個醋酸。件數唔少,好夠食。🐮鮮蚵手工安格斯滷牛肉飯 $98滷肉飯係台式必點,但我怕肥肉多,不過呢個係安格斯牛,唔使擔心😆。肉炆得好淋,入口即化。配上大大隻鮮蚵,平衡番個肉感。🍹芝啡頂生椰 $36椰青水做底,好清爽;頂層芝啡奶蓋好夠味,奶脂夠,飲到底奶蓋仲係度。🍹夏香芝士奶蓋醇茶(竹香鐵觀音) $36奶蓋真係無得頂,茶清香,好解膩。

元朗愈來愈多餐廳啦,這次去到前身為交通廣場,現已翻新為【加點】的商場,現在多了不少食肆欵,當然要去吃一波🤭。簡約的環境舒適,是綠色木系裝修。食物有套餐和散點,還有多款手搖飲品欵🙈。-▪︎夏香芝士奶蓋醇茶 HKD$36|水蜜桃晶球冰茶 HKD$38手搖飲品選擇挺又多的,點了2款茶飲試試看。夏香芝士奶蓋醇茶是用竹香鐵觀音茶底,奶蓋質地軟滑味道微咸,茶底清香解渴,加了一份珍珠(+$5)口感煙韌軟糯。水蜜桃晶球冰茶口感較豐富,同時間吃得到果肉和晶球,酸酸甜甜感覺清爽。-▪︎脆皮法國黃油春雞 HKD$158金黃色的賣相挺吸引😚,熱辣辣送來味道真香。預先切件更方便起,這個要趁熱吃口感較好的。皮脆肉嫰的質感,不會感到太油膩。肉質嫰滑有肉汁,配醬汁吃更惹味。-▪︎酥炸豬排蛋白炒飯 HKD$98原片豬排厚切鋪在飯上,味道香又吸引📸。外層酥脆微咸,肉質嫰滑有嚼感。蛋白炒飯也有簡單調味,味道不會太重的。飯質粒分明不會太油膩 ,裡面還有切粒的豆子,吃起來口感挺豐富。-▪︎黑糖玫瑰芋圓 HKD$40這個人熱辣辣的甜品,用了透明茶杯裝著,有食用玫瑰花做點綴🤩。香甜滋潤的黑糖,配著清香的玫瑰,對女生來說是個挺養生的甜品🤤。芋圓色彩繽紛,大粒又軟糯的質感,整體味道不會太甜。-▪︎芋泥芋圓鮮牛奶 HKD$52這個賣相吸引用料豐富,食物紅豆、珍珠、薏米爆爆珠及桃膠。用鮮牛奶作甜品的湯底,飲得到香甜的奶香味😙。天然的甜度感覺挺好😚,裡面也是口感豐富的組合,平常也喜歡吃。-
