位於赫德道的瑞士餐廳正提倡著地道的瑞士飲食文化,從裝修佈置到菜式,均處處洋溢瑞士風情。餐廳沒有特別偏向提供具法國或意大利特色的菜式,反而兩者兼備,更有彈性,亦讓客人有不同選擇。至於最傳統地道的瑞士菜,首選芝士火鍋,芝士分別有Gruyee、Emmetaler、Lamdenberger及Vacherin四種。

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating family birthday at a delightful restaurant that went above and beyond to make the occasion special. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and attentiveness set the tone for a wonderful evening.As we entered, we were pleasantly surprised when the staff proactively lent us a bucket to display our flowers bouquet. This thoughtful gesture made our table feel festive and personalized.We opted for the summer dinner menu, which was a fantastic choice. It began with a refreshing glass of wine, perfectly setting the stage for the culinary journey ahead. Our meal was served course after course, each dish more delicious than the last.One of the highlights of the evening was when our dessert arrived, beautifully presented with “Happy Birthday” written on the plate. It was a lovely touch that added to the celebratory atmosphere.Throughout the evening, our waitresses provided excellent service. They were attentive to our needs, ensuring that our glasses were never empty and that we were enjoying every moment of our meal. By the end of dinner, we were all pleasantly full, savoring the delightful flavors we had experienced.Overall, this restaurant made our birthday celebration truly memorable with its thoughtful service and exquisite dining experience. I highly recommend this lovely Swiss Charlet to all.

諗住同表妹食好西💕去咗呢間好耐無食過嘅瑞士餐廳🇨🇭叫咗必食嘅芝士火鍋同鵝肝🫕間鋪裝修過.. 應該係攞埋隔離個鋪位,但 d 位擺到仲逼過以前..不過當晚全場得三、四枱客,D 嘢食失晒水準,超級麻麻。無下次。

平均幾年會來一次,每一次都覺得好滿足今次朋友慶生,推介咗比朋友一齊去,佢哋都未試過依間餐廳,店員都好好,好樂意推介點啲咩,感覺都好老實叫我哋唔好叫咁多驚我哋食唔晒😜因為朋友唔食牛嘅關係,所以我哋今晚點嘅菜式都冇牛,同埋有小朋友嘅關係,所以我哋點咗冇酒精嘅免治雞肉芝士火鍋跟法飽及新薯,朋友同小朋友都食到津津有味,小朋友更加覺得又好玩又好味😌前菜點咗田螺同埋青口,朋友對青口嘅白汁覺得相當驚喜,用來點餐前嘅餐包,成碟食到乾乾淨淨🥳法式田螺薯蓉都非常好味,底下嘅薯蓉都好香除咗芝士火鍋,另外叫咗兩個主菜,因為我都推介朋友食依度嘅瑞士薯餅,所以點咗一個瑞士炒雞肉配磨菇忌廉汁跟瑞士薯餅,最後薯餅唔夠食,要另外點多一整個,另一個主菜係燒銀雪魚柳配刁草忌廉汁跟黑、白米飯,但由於太多嘢食,所以個魚凍咗冇咁好食,所以下次記得一定要趁熱食😌最後甜品點咗個蘋果批配雪糕,味道相當驚喜,我同朋友都覺得要快啲再來試埋其他菜式,大家都對呢度評分相當之好🥳

原來香港都有以正宗瑞士料理的cafe ,Cafe 由門外到入面都幾有瑞士風情,有瑞士白小屋同掛了不少瑞士特式章,重有經典三角朱古力選購同提供芝士菜式。星期六去吃都有Set Lunch ,有魚,牛 ,雞同vegan 等等選擇,$208 包三道菜,前菜同main course 份量都唔少。店員先給一籃麵包比你揀,揀咗三款,麵包熱辣辣好好食,再配一大舊靚靚牛油🧈。前菜叫咗Smoked Salmon Tartar ,煙三文魚他他唔錯,仲配了蘆筍同沙律菜同有少少魚子醬,正。主菜我就試咗煎魚,朋友叫咗煎牛扒同雞,三款整得都唔錯,份量都大份。飲品可以揀酒,啤酒,茶同果汁。甜品揀了啤梨麪包配雪糕,個人覺得有點甜同麻麻地。餐具都好靚架,好有瑞士🇨🇭feel😙。

久違了多年瑞士菜,以前星期六/日午餐也爆場,今日1250前到衹有幾抬枱客;太多也是熟客人。行政午餐超抵!$208,已有果汁/汽水/啤酒可以選擇,之後前菜(帶子沙律及煙三文魚選擇/主菜:豬扒配薯絲/牛仔肝/雞柳絲配飯(一小圈),汁好味再加上一款甜品(也各選一);最後仍有茶或咖啡結尾(包括在內);正常另有加一。牛仔肝好味,甜點有香蕉船(微形配雪糕);也有芝士拼盤,愛好者一定喜歡。懷舊環境配上多瑞士風格裝飾,很有風味。
