是日西環遊, 事前搜尋了這區的美食, 這店是其中一間熱推, 便來光顧。小店四周大致是圍封的, 只有付款的位置與外間相通, 大大降低食材接觸車路灰塵的時間, 乾淨衛生。差不多12:45來到, 未見人潮, 看了看餐牌, 雖然食物款式不少, 組合蠻有彈性的, 唯事前已吃過, 不是太餓, 只叫了必食推介的馳名烤雞髀和炸墨魚嘴。本想另加一串炸雞皮, 可惜姐姐告知炸雞皮暫未有供應, 唯有只叫兩款, 過過口癮。購買流程暢順, 沒有遇上傳聞中的不友善對待。兩款食物交來時熱氣迫人, 即使由小店慢步至堅尼地城海旁的一段路程, 也降不了多少溫, 享用時小心燙手燙口。馳名烤雞髀 $33/隻炸墨魚嘴 $23/串炸墨魚嘴肉質爽口彈牙, 調味十足, 淨食的確是偏鹹, 但絶對是鬼佬涼茶的良伴。馳名烤雞髀手掌般大, 啖啖肉, 入口不乾不柴, 有肉汁。雞皮烤得香脆, 每啖均有蜜糖, 黑椒和孜然味, 有BBQ之感。

跟住餐牌點食物,到俾錢時價錢多於標價,影埋個牌俾佢睇,佢就係咁鬧人,淨係問你想點,唔知係咪覺得我係遊客,當我講明你個牌寫嘅同收嘅價錢唔同,佢唔出聲,咁樣樣胡亂收錢,仲要唔講道理鬧人。

其實疫情後都去幫襯過好幾次,知道炸髀係好食,今日諗住好耐冇去,就再試一次本身有啲攰,同女友諗完食咩諗住佢會叫,到叫野食既時候佢又叫我落單,即刻唔記得晒諗左啲咩,但都第一時間叫左炸髀先。店員又問係烤髀定炸髀,我就再答多次炸髀,佢就話依隻係有你特色既炸髀。唔知最近係咪易左手,個男店員好似唔同左樣,唔似以前既老闆,明明前面兩個內地女生,我諗係大學生,都仲係度撩佢地食咩,點解到我個態度差到咁。事後諗佢話有特色既炸髀,算唔算係兇緊我🤔諗左好耐出唔出依個食評,到底比好評定係差評,但到落筆我會揀差評。新人去食可能係食緊食物試緊新野,但我原來係食緊回憶,我明白香港依家生意難做,雖然唔係住果頭,但都算係西環人,我都想撐返香港舖頭,但好評真係落唔到手。總結態度差食物質素下降炸薯餅來貨唔同左,細塊左。如果未食過想試下既,或者都可以一試(如果唔怕態度參差)如果有人知係咪最近轉左手可以留言講,等我得個知字。

If you want to ask me whether eat here, I can tell you, don't. I asked for two meals, have been sold out. When I asked about the third one, I said, this one won’t be sold out, right? The original words of the owner (a one-eyed freak with no qualities) were: "You're a piece of trash". Sorry my friends, I can't maintain any respect for such a person after being abused like this late at night. This kind of insult from a shop owner to a customer when the customer did not behave inappropriately is unacceptable in any country or region. It is no wonder that Hong Kong merchants feel pressured by Hong Kong diners going north to consume. It is the existence of such merchants that damages Hong Kong's service industry and the overall image of Hong Kong. I hope that this merchant and its owner will be punished and pay for their rudeness. Finally, I express my contempt for the store owner. You have insulted Hong Kong.
