趁住天氣晴又涼涼地,一於就去石澳行下,石澳唔同赤柱有個市集,餐廳唔多,次次入嚟都係會去食呢一間泰國餐廳,餐廳係泰國人開,所以食物好正宗🇹🇭Pad Thai $80一上枱就已經好香,炒得好乾身,食落酸酸甜甜,加埋旁邊嘅炸蒜更惹味鍾意食辣嘅可以加埋辣粉味道更突出,仲有兩隻大蝦好彈牙🇹🇭青咖喱牛肉 $85+薄餅 $35唔食得辣嘅一定要叫青咖喱,好多香料好香濃,再加上椰奶口感十分順滑,配上滑嫩既牛肉,簡直完美配合😍仲十分傳統入邊會有好多茄子吸晒味🇹🇭椰青 $40食泰國嘢點少得飲椰青,呢個椰青特別鮮甜,而且好多肉,好似飯後甜品咁

走進HAPPY GARDEN,一股濃濃泰國風情撲面而來,店員笑容滿面嘅招呼,真係好溫馨🍃。先點咗碗冬蔭功,飲一啖,辣到我嗆得唔停,但係就停唔到口,夠哂香夠哂味道!啲湯裏嘅香茅同蕃茄嘅香氣迷人,墨魚丸就有啲欠缺,唔夠啱口味,但算係小問題啦。再點咗香葉肉碎炒飯,炒到粒粒分明,嗰蒜香味喺口腔裏瀰漫開嚟,真係好正😋!豬頸肉炒芥蘭苗炒得出色,新鮮無話可說,雖然油多少少,但咬落芥蘭苗的清脆同豬頸肉的多汁絕配!最後當然少不了沙爹串燒,火候把握得宜,肉質鬆化,沙爹醬濃郁得黎唔會過分搶味。飯後一杯甜甜嘅龍眼冰瞬間解渴,打住收工,雖然廿幾蚊唔便宜,但值得🧊。HAPPY GARDEN嘅氣氛寫意,泰國STYLE裝修辟喘嘅地方,即使坐喺地下冇冷氣,都感覺到輕鬆自在。真係要讚嘅係店員服務,又nice又有禮貌,使飯局更添風味。下次有機會試吓樓上,睇睇海景食個泰式大餐!

同小朋友去石澳沙灘玩完,一場嚟到食埋晚飯先走。離開沙灘的路旁有幾間餐廳,大多以小食為主,其中一間主打泰國菜,就連侍應都係泰國人。我哋叫咗菠蘿炒飯,材料多,飯炒得好香,原個菠蘿上別具風味。蒜蓉雞亦,8隻雞亦,即叫即炸,又熱又脆,配埋勁多炸蒜蓉,好香口。馬拉盞通菜,呢隻馬拉盞味道相信係自家製,味道同以往唔同,呢隻味唔咸,好鮮好味。串燒有豬牛雞選擇,燒得香口,大大串,好抵食。價值唔貴,食咁轉嘢加埋兩杯飲品,埋單只係4百零蚊,味道好啱香港人口味。餐廳唔大,座位比較迫。

Thai-style minced pork with lettuce was a sure winner, the toasted sticky rice amongst the minced pork was very fragrant and elevated the whole dish. Hainan poached chicken seems like an easy task, but to nail a good poached chicken does put Chef's skill at test. The flavor was good, but the chicken was a bit dry.Spring rolls are an old-school, vintage dish. The stuff inside the roll seasoned really really well. Tasty!Dry shrimp tied nicely with the morning glory, one of the best dishes put out. Salty, sweet, and acidic. The fragrance from the dried shrimp peeked through on the aromatics.The stir-fried mussels were a tad mediocre.Overall, the restaurant has some really good recipes up their sleeves The prices are very modest, but of cos, if you order crabs or other special seafood, that would drive up the price a little bit.
