自從希慎廣場裝修過後,第一次去到地庫2樓,見到這間日本餐廳價錢尚可接受,而且滿$1200還送特上六點刺身拼盤,就進去吃個晚餐。【香蔥碎吞拿魚腩配脆米餅】擺盤十分精緻,有大量的三文魚籽鋪在肥美的吞拿魚碎腩上,配合脆米吃,爽口滋味。【宮崎海膽】濃厚滑流的質感加十足的鮮味,大滿足!【禾日燒鵝肝】肥美的鵝肝燒得外脆內軟,配上發包中和油膩,再加士多啤梨和燒汁,又咸又甜最滿足味蕾。【禾日串燒盛】端出來的時候有一個恆溫的炭燒爐,車海老蝦肉鮮甜;北海道帆立貝甜甜地,兩大隻帶子肉又彈牙惹味;宮崎鹽燒雞翼脆皮中間充滿肉汁;北海道豚肉白蔥串夠甘香;鮮冬菇有牛油的香味,令冬菇更加惹味。【宮崎和牛極上壽司盛】宮崎和牛一大片,選了三成熟,店員即席用火槍燒得焦香,十分重和牛香味。另外十一款壽司最吸引是海膽和三文魚籽軍艦。【特上六點刺身拼盤】每款刺身有兩大片,整體都是鮮味十足,分別有鮮吞拿魚中腩、赤身、甜蝦、帆立貝、深海池魚和油甘魚。 繼續閱讀

銅鑼灣希慎廣場地庫最近重新裝修了,發現多了不同的咖啡店、甜品店、餐廳和零售店,而且其中一個角落,看到一間日式居酒屋——禾日。餐廳食物種類頗多,刺身、壽司、串燒、熟食、甜品等,應有盡有。而酒的類別也很闊,梅酒、清酒更有多款的選擇。我哋今次兩個人,啱啱好可以叫二人品嚐晚餐。炸軟殼蟹蟹籽沙律前菜沙律有兩款,最後選擇了炸軟殼蟹蟹籽沙律。炸軟殼蟹好脆,應該有成隻的份量。蟹籽沙律好清新,有口感,而且份量慷慨!海鮮茶碗蒸茶碗蒸入面有好多款海鮮,有蝦、蟹肉同松茸!蒸蛋吸收了海鮮的鮮味,十分嫩滑!刺身刺身拼盤是吞拿魚腩、油甘魚和北海道帆立貝。刺身新鮮,吞拿魚腩油脂充足,入口即溶化,而油甘魚同北海道帆立貝味道鮮甜!北海道豚肉白蔥串豚肉十分厚身,燒得啱啱好,肉質鮮嫩多汁,加埋香氣四溢嘅白蔥,味道很夾!自家製日本免治雞棒配日本雞蛋另一款串燒叫了喜愛的免治雞棒。這個雞棒是自家製,用上日本雞肉,咬落10分有口感,燒到金黃,配上日本蛋汁,味道更濃更滋味!季節野菜豆腐煲野菜方面,我們選擇了季節野菜豆腐煲。入面嘅豆腐好嫩滑,加埋不同的新鮮季節野菜,配上清甜湯汁,熱辣辣, 十分暖胃!季節野菌釜飯而禾日。米有四款選擇,有魚生丼、卷物。最後我們選擇了暖笠笠的季節野菌釜飯。入面有季節野菌,一打開就聞到濃濃的菇菌香,飯粒軟硬適中,很清新健康的釜飯!禾日甜品分別有禾米雪糕和清酒雪糕。禾日禾米雪糕食落有濃郁嘅米香,仲有啲脆脆嘅禾米粒,口感豐富,一脆一軟!用米做雪糕我還是第一次吃,感覺新鮮特別!禾日清酒雪糕微微帶酒香味,不會太甜,適合喜歡清酒的! 繼續閱讀

I decided to try out one of the new restaurants located in the Urban Playground area of Hysan Place for lunch one day. Inebi is a Japanese restaurant that is in a far off corner of this area. The restaurant is quite large with plenty of tables and a sushi bar one side.During lunch they offer lunch sets. Menu is in English and Chinese. Sets include a miso soup, salad, chawanmushi, appetizer and pickles.I decided to get the Assorted Diced Sashimi Donburi ($158). Food came out very quickly.The salad was not that good. Greens were fresh but there wasn't much dressing on it.The miso soup was ok. The appetizer was some savory burdock and there were a couple of slices of pickled daikon.The chawanmushi had no flavour. The egg was a bit too over cooked. All that was included was a bit of dry chicken meat.The sashimi was mainly salmon. There was a few bits of tuna and some flying fish roe along with cucumbers and tamagoyaki. Not too assorted in my opinion. The sashimi in the donburi was fresh but the rice was hard as a rock. It also wasn't seasoned.   For this price, I could get much better elsewhere in Causeway Bay.Not exceptionally cheap in price and definitely not value for money. I doubt I'd be back. 繼續閱讀

媽媽的生日是在1月中。那個時候我和弟弟也各有各忙,沒有正式吃一餐好的生日飯。於是今天特意嚟到銅鑼灣,吃一頓好的日本菜。 禾日位於銅鑼灣希慎廣場,從地鐵站出發不用3分鐘便到,地點方便。這間舖頭的裝修挺有特色,掛了好多日本特色擺設。我們一行二人叫了不同菜式一起分享。 海膽越光燒飯團(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)海膽味道鮮甜,吃起來綿綿的,有淡淡海水味。配上微微燒焦的飯糰,吃起來層次感豐富。 蒲燒鰻魚飯(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)鰻魚飯份量頗多,大約有6至7件鰻魚,吃起來肥美,油脂感十足,配上蛋炒飯,令人停不了口。 北海道豚肉稻庭烏冬(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)朋友叫的這個稻庭烏冬也不錯。 豚肉肥美可口,稻庭烏冬吃起來有點煙韌,而且掛湯力十足。 季節野菜豆腐鍋(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) 最後叫了個蔬菜鍋,吃點蔬果菜平衡。包括了大蔥,金菇,草菇和豆腐等等。湯底比較清甜,能夠吃得出蔬菜的鮮味,為這天晚餐或上完餐劃上完美句號。 總括而言,這間餐廳除了食材新鮮外,師傅的廚藝也十分不錯。下次經過銅鑼灣也會找時間來一試。  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~  禾日 銅鑼灣軒尼詩道500號希慎廣場URBANHOOD B2樓B202號舖 推介菜式:蒲燒鰻魚飯、北海道豚肉稻庭烏冬  👍🏻地點方便  👍🏻海鮮鮮味  👍🏻廚藝高超  繼續閱讀
