第二次光顧,今天適逢姨媽從加國回港,一行13人諗住高高興興食餐welcome dinner, 怎料不歡下場,這餐廳waitress 態度無禮,不負責任,從落單到出菜亂七八糟。食物品質與收費不符,收費絕對不便宜。全場只有兩位waitress ,我們13人只有2 sets 餐牌,要逐位看完再輪下位,waitress 已經少居然叫其中一位路過的waitress 落單,她不停說:「我好驚寫錯單,你地再等等,叫另一位同事幫你地」,另一位態度來到就無禮,我們order羊扒 肉質一般,薯角炸到焦黑,煙三文魚凱撒沙律order 已要求多醬,點知無多過又要叫人再加,但waitress 要叫幾次先來,不停說等等,前後叫兩個焗豬扒飯,點知只得一個出爐,全抬親友已經食完,餐飲都來一半了,追問那位waitress為何尚欠一份焗豬扒飯,呢位態度勁差的女人說:做緊袈啦,等等啦!問她還要需時多久,她只回應做緊啦! 家人當然不滿啦,所以好憤怒問她要否明天再來吃?呢位勁無禮貌的waitress好不客氣回應:「咁幫你取消囉!但系個餐你頭先食咗前菜及餐包我要計翻你錢喎!」嘩!今時今日呢種服務態度真的不能接受,為何order 遲遲未到,不但一句sorry、唔好意思、幫你追追…都沒說,還要求幫你取消order, 這叫什麼服務態度?最離譜居然主菜唔上比你等你無得食。跟住再叫餘下幾杯餐飲,呢位勁差態度的女人不但無改善態度,還對我們說:「你地叫餐飲一次個叫啦,唔好叫完一次轉頭又叫。」點解可以這樣的態度…其它order 我都不再多提,水準一般無驚喜,最後結帳,呢位waitress 又大大聲對座在收銀櫃檯老闆說:「呢位食咗餐包及前菜的人要收翻錢呀!」我覺得比錢$30無問題,但何解呢間餐廳老闆見到事發經過都沒有過來說一聲:不好意思! 對我來說老闆做生意的手法是不願意留熟客,你們不滿意可以不來用餐。★★永不再光顧★★

今日第二次再光顧,叫了辣番茄雞柳黑椒腸意大利粉,味道適中有水準頗不錯,客人不太多,喜歡靜靜地享受頓飯,這裡是不錯的選擇!前菜選了泰式青瓜雞沙律,辣辣地帶酸頗䦕胃。有機會到佐敦會再去幫襯。

佐敦區有唔少食店,即使喺呢條橫街內已有唔少餐廳。初初以為葫蘆餐廳同一般港式西餐廳冇嘜分別,但嚟到確有少少驚喜。店內裝修優雅,燈光略暗,頗有情調。而且有唔少卡位,可以慢慢享用晚餐。星期六晚7點幾,店內已8-9成滿。晚市有焗飯、扒類等set dinner,價錢由$100-$200不等。包括前菜、餐湯、主菜同飲品。前菜唔加錢只可選凱撒同木瓜絲沙律;加$40-70可以有多幾款選擇。我order咗焗豬扒飯,另外嗌咗杯紅酒。House Red Wine味道唔差, 算易入口。不過杯紅酒竟然係凍嘅﹝雪過嗰種﹞⋯焗豬扒飯真係烹調需時,都等咗好一段時間。不過見到碟飯就覺得唔係白等嘅。賣相吸引,飯面鋪滿汁同芝士;汁內除蕃茄外,仲有啲蘑菇同洋蔥粒;豬扒肉質鬆軟,整個飯焗亦得熱辣辣,嗜多汁嘅我,食到一半向店員要求多啲汁,店員亦樂意提供,呢個飯食得確係滿足。老公嗌咗set。青木瓜沙律調味以醋為主,有沙律菜同木瓜絲及少少雞肉。一般啦。南瓜忌廉湯唔係creamy嗰種,但南瓜夠溶同味道亦算濃。餐包就麻麻,好似一般超市買到嘅quality。焗南瓜忌廉汁多宝魚飯賣相吸引,多宝魚肉質嫰滑,亦係佈滿南瓜汁同芝士。南瓜汁帶甜,不過咸咗少少,要飲多幾啖水先得。焗豬扒飯係我其中一個常點嘅食物,我就覺得呢度嘅焗飯整得唔錯,各方面都幾balance。今次只試咗焗飯,所以唔知其他食物質素如何。但只評焗飯,就覺得好ok。單叫焗豬扒飯只係$64(其他焗飯會貴啲),配合環境同食物質素,都算抵食。服務方面不過不失,唔算係好殷勤嗰種。整體嚟講可以再encore。

It was Friday afternoon, not easy to have a free weekday to spend it with my wife and daughter, strolling in the Yaumatei-TST tourist shopping zone. We missed our lunch and decided to take a light meal in this cafe before going home for our dinner.I was the first one to order. The waitress double confirmed with me : Tea Set #17, Teriyaki Chicken Ramen in Chigoku sauce, with coffee. Yes, feeling assured, I smilingly looked on the other two members of my family, still flipping the menu, undecided in what to eat. After speaking more than 10 minutes to each other, they finally made up their mind: my wife ordered a tenderous rib ramen and a teriyaki chicken ramen for my daughter.We waited for 15-20 minutes, almost finished our coffee and tea which were served BEFORE the ramen. A few tables were occupied meanwhile by new came in guests. The first bowl brought to our table was, oops, the tenderous rib ramen. My wife was kind enough to share a small spoonful of ramen and a piece of rib with me. She wanted my approval that the dish was sub-standard. Well, the tenderous rib was OK, but I couldn't disagree with her that the noodle was not thorough cooked and the soup was cold. Another 5 minutes gone, the second bowl brought to us was, oops, the teriyaki chicken ramen. Meanwhile, my wife asked the waitress to remind the chef to cook the noodles more thoroughly. The waitress nodded and turned away. It took about 10 minutes for my daughter to finish her dish, now it was the turn of the two female members of my familly looking at me smilingly, still waiting for my dish. Disgruntled and seeing the other tables brought with dishes after dishes, I asked the waitress to expedite my chigoku sauce ramen. The waitress nodded and turned away. Another 5 minutes gone, I told myself I shall wait for 5 more minutes, then we shall pay and leave.Finally, the waitress came smilingly with a bowl, it was a teriyaki chicken udon. She asked if I wouldn't mind to take it. I said no, she said she'll ask the chef to do the right dish for me. I said sorry and we have to go. The waitress asked us to remain seated while she cancelled my dish in her ordering system. Finally we paid the two ramens and left.I feel grateful for not charged for the cup of coffee I have taken.

已經是第4,5次去了今日食的是咖哩雞飯咖哩汁不夠送飯而且飯碟太大咖哩連雞另上夠細心咖哩太甜雞肉味道不錯. 薯仔有薯條的感覺 好似有稍微煎過. 比一般咖哩薯仔香口 價錢小貴 上次試過的照燒雞定食也不錯有小沙律 燒汁好味 好送飯 還有肉醬意粉 味道一般熱朱古力好飲
