一直聽朋友講有間炒飯好正,一間喺旺角一間喺牛頭角,今次佢開觀塘就去試吓啦。今次試咗美極牛肉鬆松子炒飯,同埋試咗招牌蝦頭油炒飯。本身都好怕好油,雖然食完隻碟都真係有啲油,但食落其實又唔會好膩喎!個招牌蝦頭油炒飯真係超級香,好香口好惹味。真係好少食到啲炒飯係粒粒乾身粒粒爽,同埋有埋啲蔥花蛋花口感更加豐富。另外個美極牛肉鬆松子炒飯,俾咗好多松子,又有蔥花又有生菜,食落勁有口感。雖然好似好簡單,但係其實你叫我喺屋企炒到咁嘅質素都好難。美極亦係永遠都抗拒唔到嘅一個調味料,佢永遠都係好惹味,但最重要都係呢間佢本身嘅炒飯底真係做得好唔錯,好乾身啲飯唔會結到一嚿嚿。雖然好似真係就咁嚟食碗炒飯,但係其實都幾值得黎。 繼續閱讀

讚:份量大,好肚餓都可以食好飽脆皮牛腩飯牛腩少量牛味。炒飯底,唔太有鑊氣。而個價錢唔俾白飯,炒一炒,算係咁。蔥油,好多油,撈少少送飯還可。$96連凍飲黎講,未必會再食。我一個黎食,要搭枱。張枱腳唔穩,員工上飯放低,都搖到我杯奶茶差啲倒瀉。枱細,對面搭枱既,試過彈左粒飯過黎。午市黎食,一直坐滿人,有女士拎飯盒裝一半入盒。見出餐位多人叫太陽蛋既飯。 繼續閱讀

I have eaten at this restaurant a few times already by now so it’s just right that I give this restaurant a review. I am a HUGE fan of fried rice and I can cook a good fried rice myself, so you can believe it when I say this restaurant serves one of the best fried rice in Hong Kong. Even better than other expensive restaurants out there.The standout and my favorite is the deep-fried salt and pepper fried pork rice. It is served with generous portion of pork, dried chillies, and fried rice of course. The dish may look spicy but it’s not spicy at all. It has just the perfect balance of spicy and salty. And the pork is very tender. I have tried other dishes in this restaurant but this is by far my favorite.The only negative aspect that I can think of about the restaurant is its size. It is quite small and they have a lot of patrons so if you come here during peak hours you will need to wait a while to get a table and it will surely be for sharing with other customers. 繼續閱讀

之前食過旺角分店覺得幾正今日經過觀塘想帶屋企人嚟試下😋發現呢間店原來呢間嘅菜式有啲唔同,係專食炒飯嘅一場嚟到即管又試試佢😃根據餐牌上面嘅兩個必食推介,我哋點咗兩個炒飯:✨️ 即叫即炸椒鹽豬扒飯 3🧡/5 呢個炒飯只係暖暖哋,唔係十分熱,有啲失望🥹但每啖炒飯都帶有避風塘風味嘅炸蒜味道非常惹味,唔會太油膩🥰豬扒都唔錯,幾厚肉雖然相對熱啲,但都未係即刻煮起嘅溫度,可能係做完之後稍微冷卻咗不過,總體來講,呢個飯嘅味道唔錯有風味👍🏻✨️ 秘制沙爹牛肉雙燶邊蘭王蛋飯 3.5🧡/5 呢個飯相對熱啲而沙嗲汁同煎蛋嘅流心蛋黃配搭得非常好,特別香滑😋沙嗲汁嘅味道比較濃郁牛肉嘅份量都足夠,啲肉質唔錯,唔會過於乾柴,咸香味適中不過食食吓都有啲heavy總結:3.5🧡/5兩碟飯份量都多啲炒飯都做到粒粒分明嘅效果調味偏濃,鍾意食濃味同香口嘢嘅人士應該會鐘意但呢間餐廳嘅選擇比較有限,基本上都係圍繞住炒飯,冇咩其他類型嘅菜式可以揀雖然炒飯嘅味道幾吸引,但如果鍾意多樣化嘅選擇嘅話,可能會覺得有啲單調不過,如果嚟開附近,呢度都值得一試嘅😊 繼續閱讀

慕名而來食佢哋個蘭王旦蔥油炸豬扒炒飯,嚟到一望真係有驚喜,先講炒飯和豬扒的份量的確好大,成塊豬扒冚晒隻碟,搞到冇位𢳂飯,以為今次搵到筍嘢,點知炒飯一食落口唔係熱,唔係即炒之餘又冇鑊氣,淨係食到好大浸香料味,好多蔥油驚死你唔夠,蔥油味道偏鹹多油,搞到飯底都好多油,油淋淋好滯口,而且好口渴,食一啖就飲一啖水,豬扒是熱嘅,但係冇乜味總之好淡口,最正常都係隻蘭王蛋,正正常常流心,冇乜特別驚喜,80幾蚊埋單,我諗唔會再有下一次。 繼續閱讀
