First try was very tough with lots of tendon. Returned it and was given a second one. A lot better. 🐑Innkeeper’s Special Braised Lamb Shank | Potato Purée | Roasted Vegetables | Beer Gravy: My favourite dish of all times at Hong Kong Disneyland. The lamb shank is very tender and the gravy is rich in flavours. Comes with a rosette that isn’t something too surprising

Cream Sauce: My other favourite. Loved the flavourful mushroom cream sauce that added the great flavours to the meatballs and mashed potatoes One of my favourite dining places at Hong Kong Disneyland 🏰
