Omakase dinner. Highly recommended by brother.Counter seating 6 with separate table seating 4. Some ad hoc alfresco seats available (perhaps for Winter…)Electric grill. Chef proudly noted that his lung po chicken was sourced from Yuen Long- mostly female.Here’s what we had.Smoked chicken with raw onion that has been processed, (which- as noted by chef- we could eat carefree as it wouldn’t give us bad breath).Chicken Breast with yuzu pepper Chicken neck Chicken neck skin. Chef noted that his menu offered skin from various parts of the body; eg skin from the tummy area was generally more thick and fatty; local diners preferred them a bit crispier- hence he picked skin from the neck Drumstick Chicken with leek Kidney Diaphragm with shiso Inner thigh: sweet tastingBottomShiso bak choy with Dry aged chicken Slow cooked duck breast Tomato from Holland with chicken oilOkra with chicken oilChicken minced meatball with egg yolk and liver Chicken wing Crown and shoulder Liver Add on: 提燈 (fallopian tube and ovary) with half done egg yolks. 重點慢態度差性價比低詳細內容Book咗7:30pm包場咁我哋都唔好,收遲工所以遲咗廿分鐘要齊人先開始上菜其中一個8:00先到所以就8點先開始食我諗由8:00到10:30食咗十串都無大家要自己考慮上菜速度如果係for飲酒傾下計,又覺得千五蚊人頭ok嘅就可以考慮但都唔會推薦因為地方好細細得嚟又好嘈你係唔會聽得清對面朋友講咩除非你大叫如果兩個人嘅話可以考慮下而且佢嘅食物水準都唔係高無乜特別可能佢真係有用心製作但我就食唔出有咩特別亦都驚喜唔到大家但就驚嚇到我哋一路食一路肚痛同埋餐具都未清潔乾淨總結係食物對唔住個價錢

差不多3年冇去過元朗, 聽朋友們講呢到嘅焼鳥係佢地心目中第一, 當然要遠征試試聽講以前有單點, 近期轉做Omakase廚師發板, 連甜品有19道菜, 自己拆本地新鮮土雞, 一次過食到同認識到雞唔同部位, 本地雞肉質比較緊緻同濃郁, 油脂都較低, 適合香港人口味🤭鳥刺し - 煙熏雞柳刺身將雞胸肉煙熏過, 好似食緊煙三文魚咁, 非常特別亦係佢地招牌菜之一燒き鳥12品 - 半熟雞胸、雞頸肉、雞頸皮、雞槌、京蔥雞上髀、雞胗、雞腿心肉、羽子板(雞尾)、雞肉慕絲青瓜卷、雞翼、雞肩肉、雞肝半熟雞胸雖然較淡, 但內裡好嫩唔似雞胸, 而且大廚應該對雞來源非常有信心先會半熟其他雞串總括係有雞皮夠香脆, 油脂感剛好, 每款肉都做到應有嘅效果同味道酒肴2品 - 紫蘇白菜淺漬、梅子紫蘇鴨腿肉日式漬菜相當解膩同成功間場; 鴨腿肉亦非常出色燒き野菜2品 - 雞油燒荷蘭串茄、雞油燒豆苖鳥出汁 - 雞清湯甘味 - 開心果雪糕雖然幾道菜都係埋尾菜式, 但一啲都唔馬虎, 善用雞酒、豆苖時令、雞湯清甜、雪糕有開心果追加 - 提燈提燈即係雞卵巢同埋未孵化嘅蛋, 訂座已經預留, 同其他餐廳比較細但蛋味更濃, 喜歡食蛋嘅朋友不彷試試開瓶費就買一支可以開一支, 另外要多謝店長賜酒ss, 差啲飲到出唔到元朗国 🫡
