嚟到銅鑼灣想搵個地方舒舒服服傾吓偈,搵到呢間日本餐廳,最近佢哋推出咗個午市套餐,價錢由$168起跳,每個set都包埋茶碗蒸、沙律同埋秋葵漬物,加$12有飲品,真係性價比好高必試嘅係海膽蟹味噌甲羅燒,用蟹殼煮到香噴噴嘅蟹味噌,加埋新鮮甜美嘅海膽,濃郁香滑嘅口感簡直係絕配!個蟹味噌香濃得嚟唔會太鹹,海膽嘅鮮甜味都完全保留到,食落層次感十足。另外推介嘅係黑門令彩虹丼,上面擺滿咗新鮮嘅吞拿魚蓉同埋海膽,啖啖都係鮮味!個吞拿魚蓉油花分布均勻,入口即融,配埋香甜嘅海膽,再加埋香香嘅溫泉蛋,簡直係一個完美嘅組合。如果想食刺身,大阪木津海鮮丼就最啱你!新鮮嘅三文魚、吞拿魚、帶子同埋其他刺身都擺得滿滿,每件刺身都肥美多汁,刺身厚薄適中,食落質感一流。底層嘅飯都係日本米,粒粒分明,啱啱好吸收晒個丼飯嘅醬汁配菜方面,茶碗蒸滑嫩香濃,沙律新鮮爽口,秋葵漬物夠入味,每樣都做得幾出色。最最重要係份量足,一個人食一set絕對夠飽!地方又坐得舒服,啱晒晏晝想靜靜地傾吓偈

上次已經試過尖沙咀店,太耐無去日本,又好想食甲羅燒,真係得黑門水產令我有响日本的感覺黑門令蟹味噌甲羅燒蟹味濃郁,自己在枱上燒香蟹膏再配醃春蛋令蟹膏增加香滑度,又令蟹膏更加鮮美 磯燒白蛤燒前店家會比你看一看,我看到的蛤是十分新鮮又脹卜卜,白蛤肉質鮮嫩,經過燒烤後配上少許檸檬汁,味道清新爽口 壽喜牛肉鍋牛肉鮮嫩多汁,壽喜燒醬味道濃郁,再配大量蔬菜,冬天食到暖笠笠焦糖蘋果鵝肝多士焦糖蘋果的甜味與鵝肝的肥美令口感上層次分明,酥脆的多士底部更增添了香脆 鐵板墝山賊醬蟹蒜地雞佐酒一流,上菜時味道好惹味山賊醬的香辣味道讓整道菜更具蒜香四溢,我好想再encore

野食係ok 但成set連茶碗蒸 可以話未蒸好 要再等 已經等到寂寞到夜深到見到侍應捧住成盤茶碗蒸出嚟 逐張枱俾返客人但都唔記得比返我🙏🏻 我喺咪係佢眼前消失咗?見到隔離成set上連茶碗蒸上 都冇諗住唔記得比返我 收人$188未計加一 成間員工都發緊夢🙏🏻 已經下午時間 客人又唔多 又唔坐滿 睇落員工又多都可以未訓醒咁仲要聽到枱枱都漏單 係咁催單🙂 建議換過哂啲staff🙂↔️🙂十分差 差勁差勁差勁 食到成肚氣!!!
