同朋友12個人去屯門醫院上堂前食個中秋午飯竟然唔使等位😍仲要包房鼎泰豐唔需要多介紹,喺台灣都食過四次一定係食小籠包同湯麵,之前仲會食佢個泥芋小籠包甜品▶️ 雞肉小籠包 ($72) |小籠包 ($70)每籠六粒,總共叫咗四籠小籠包皮薄煙靭有質感🥟冇話爆汁,但肉汁juicy食得出雞肉同豬肉分別,雞肉嗰個帶少少薑味以小籠包嚟講幾唔錯▶️ 清燉牛𦟌湯麵 ($92)面同湯分開上湯底清淡,帶少少甜味,配有香蔥有四片厚切牛𦟌,偏向多肥膏啫喱位,入口軟腍,幾好食🐂麵質似上海拉麵,少彈牙唔易斷🍜一定要配湯食,如果唔係好乾唯獨覺得味道淡咗啲,自己倒咗大量醬油落去調味🙈▶️ 杏仁豆腐 ($50)朋友唔介紹都唔知香港鼎泰豐有杏仁豆腐甜品叫,都幾大盅布甸比較流質,好動L,同燉奶口感唔同🍮杏仁味超重,甜品來至頂層糖漿另外有一粒士多啤梨作裝飾-雖然同台灣鼎泰豐風味同feel好唔同,但水準味道唔錯👍🏻環境舒服,適合一大班人聚餐服務好好,有笑容有禮貌,上菜快手我哋都叫得幾多嘢:四籠小籠包、兩籠流心奶皇包、一碟紅油炒手、八個主食、兩個前菜、五個甜品有$12/位茶水費同加一服務費,平均$150/人貴過台灣但算合理

去咗外國咁耐,一直都好心心念想食鼎泰豐小籠包老實講,試過唔同地方唔同餐廳嘅小籠包,始終都冇一間係比得上鼎泰豐而我鍾意佢嘅原因係:皮薄餡靚多汁今次返到嚟,當然第一時間就要去醫下肚,嚟到屋企最近嘅屯門鼎泰豐,新年期間下午茶時間都唔需要排隊招牌小籠包依然新鮮熱辣辣,加上醋和薑絲,咬一口湯汁四溢,濃而不膩;紅油炒手揀咗菜肉餡,最愛炒手汁,酸酸辣辣夠晒開胃;炸豬扒(胡椒味)配湯麵,相對比較失色,豬扒正常發揮,配上胡椒粉都幾惹味,但湯麵就比較淡口總括來說,推介小籠包和紅油炒手依然最愛!

今日去了屯門行街,突然掛住小籠包,便到屯門一個商場內吃。因為鄰近地鐵站,所以好快就行到過去。我哋叫了擔擔麵、炸豬排湯麵、經典小籠包(共6件)和迷你芝麻包(有三件)。擔擔麵香、有花生醬香,麵條沾醬後口感唔錯炸豬排湯麵,湯麵配以清湯,炸豬排以碟上,豬扒略嫌較乾。小籠包好味,多肉汁和夠熱,記得沾上醋和薑絲一起吃迷你芝麻包有芝麻蓉,細細件甜點也不錯。

今天和家人來屯門吃飯,家人喜歡吃中菜,所以便去這間餐廳吃小籠包,食物質素是可以的,不過價錢昂貴,份量偏少。小籠包:小籠包每一件都很細粒,根本是「一口小籠包」,雖然豬肉都算嫩滑,而且湯汁亦鮮甜美味,但份量真的太少,性價比很低。蝦仁燒賣:蝦肉都算爽口彈牙,豬肉亦鮮甜美味,整體質素都出色過小籠包,當然,價錢亦貴過小籠包。肉絲蛋炒飯:雖然炒飯的口感比較油膩,但是味道不錯的,只是份量很少,而且價錢亦有點貴。菜肉餛飩湯麵:由於湯底不濃郁,所以麵條沒有什麼味道,有點淡而無味,是一款很清淡的食物。赤豆鬆糕:鬆糕的質感都算軟熟,味道不錯的,不過$62價錢真的有點昂貴。菜肉包:全場最便宜的食物便是它了,$48兩包菜肉包,味道都挺好的。價錢方面,加一服務費之後,4人總共 $535。總結來說,這間餐廳的食物味道不錯的,只是價錢真的太昂貴了,而且份量亦很少。
