尋日放假同幾位朋友一齊出嚟食個lunch,呢條橫街窄巷都比較少人認識,如果唔係朋友介紹我諗我哋都未必識得嚟,首先我哋嚟到,見到佢有個set lunch,$98,勁抵我哋四個人隨即叫咗兩個之外,除即仲有叫其他嘢食,四個人前後開咗兩支白酒一支紅酒,埋單都係$2000左右。。真係覺得好抵食,呢種小型餐廳嘅法式情懷,味道又唔錯,都好值得嚟體驗一下,印象中覺得最好食就係牛,羊臂,而果支紅白酒都非常好飲飲飽食醉嘅一個下午歎

四個人前後開咗兩支白酒一支紅酒,埋單都係$2000左右。。真係覺得好抵食,呢種小型餐廳嘅法式情懷,味道又唔錯,都好值得嚟體驗一下,印象中覺得最好食就係牛,羊臂,

而果支紅白酒都非常好飲

The food are all quite good but the wine are really not great especially the white wine. I tasted all but can't really order one and the staff had no knownedge about wine, telling me that maybe the wine is too strong too me. (There's no such word to strong in wine tasting. And she's trying to blame me) The white all tasted like opened for a long time for 2-3 days. Pouilly Fuisse is my all time favorite but theirs tasted like nothing but very high acidity with totally flat layer. (about HK$120 pe

Pouilly Fuisse is my all time favorite but theirs tasted like nothing but very high acidity with totally flat layer. (about HK$120 per glass) I'd say it's not even called an alright Burgundy with none creamy flavor. I tasted all on the list included mocasto but no flory taste but sour which shocked me again. All the bottles are with less than half or a glass only. The only reason I can tell why a supposed to be good wine would taste like that was opened for a long time. It's a shame it they try to brand themselves good and wine pairing while the food are good but wine are not. oh btw, the restaurant are very small and they got a wide opened window with a seat outdoor stick with the window. People smoking at those seats will bring all the smoke inside the restaurant especially the closet table which is really unpleasant to customers inside.

Came here randomly and ordered a ribeye for 2. Excellently made, juicy middle with crispy outer, and made just like I requested. Also, since it took a bit more time to make than expected, they offered us a free appetiser to tied us over. Really appreciated this gesture of consideration!Will come again.

Winebeast小店改了名字。問何解? 原來是客人常把小店跟譚臣道的店混亂了。然而除店名改了,menu也是天翻地覆的改變。如果要嘗他們的wine tasting menu, 以後要到譚臣道的bristol了。新的menu更貼近小店風格,跟朋友趁happy hour輕鬆地喝上一杯,來一點小吃,是下班後的樂趣。重要的是食物依舊美味,寧不叫人高興?

The former Winebeast location has changed her name & comes with a new French chef.It's a different style of le bistro Winebeast.But the food is still delicious.The price are too humble to reflect its true quality.The chef is also sincere enough to greet every table during our meal.Must try before the price go up or the chef move away for his better development.

An extensive wine list with lots of wine by the glass at retail price (starting at $38), beers and cocktails, in a much laid back atmosphere, day through night with special offers for Happy Hour. Nothing's wrong with a cup of warm mulled wine during this cold weather while Christmas is also approaching quickly. 
The restaurant offers a few special options for a very affordable price, while weekend brunch and lunch sets are also available for under $300 each.

Homemade pate en croute from Alsace, pork, foie gras, frisee lettuce $138

A crumbly puff pastry wrapped around a mixed meat pate with a piece of foie gras in between, with a sweet glaze sauce to ease down the greasiness from the foie gras. The flavour of this en croute is perfectly balanced. Delicate yet not too overly indulging.

Homemade smoked Mackerel Rillettes, toasted bread $68

One of the signature dishes from chef as they house smoke the Mackerel in a smoke box using wood. The fish meat is then mixed wiht some herbs and pepperika, giving a really smokey taste that goes well with the crisp bread.

Homemade duck confit, potato, confit fruit $198

The duck confit has been baked until very crispy on the skin. The new potatoes and mixed fruit, apple, pear, and prune at the bottom at the bottom have also been cooked until very softened and they absorbed all the juice from the duck confit.
