2010年香港第1個3號風球,第二次嚟喇,貪哩度黑黑哋有氣氛感覺舒服.今次坐出露台落住雨有另1種feel.生蠔拼盤~~8隻,第1隻otter最鮮甜.翡翠螺,牡丹蝦,大赤貝~~唔錯燒三文魚凱撒沙律鵝肝~~熟咗啲特級肉眼~~juice正再叫咗4隻otter生蠔,2隻coffin ba心太軟~上次食個皮脆今次唔係,藍莓芝士餅~ok啦1枝紅酒好滿足所以咁貴,不過好識做比咗個9折.

今個星期五,諗住好耐無去,所以同朋友兩個人去幫襯下,點知食完真係好失望,首先,我地叫野食,我地係咁揮手,都無人見到,只係見D人係咁走黎走去,叫左好耐揮左好耐手先有人黎幫我地落單,然後食物方面,1) 個seafood platter d mussel仲正正常2)白酒煮藍貝,雖然家下物價高漲,但係都唔好咁離譜,比以前小左一半,而且價錢貴左少少3)焗田螺 +薯蓉....不禁有點點失望4)墨汁天使麵,味道奇奇怪怪..,好一"pat5)炸雞翼:茶餐廳一樣味道,炸到乾硬,差差差6)煎鵝肝墊以脆硬法包片:無辦法兩者一同下刀切開7)焦糖焗蛋,味道平衡好食!其實以咁嘅味道,食物質素跟價錢已不合比例....照理銅鑼灣是旦一間應該都好食D價錢方面,我相信有一半價錢都係食個裝修,所以並不算低食,呢D價錢實在好多選擇.....睇到有咁多笑臉認真笑唔出

4)墨汁天使麵,味道奇奇怪怪..,好一"pat

5)炸雞翼:茶餐廳一樣味道,炸到乾硬,差差差
6)煎鵝肝墊以脆硬法包片:無辦法兩者一同下刀切開
7)焦糖焗蛋,味道平衡好食!


其實以咁嘅味道,食物質素跟價錢已不合比例....照理銅鑼灣是旦一間應該都好食D
價錢方面,我相信有一半價錢都係食個裝修,所以並不算低食,呢D價錢實在好多選擇.....睇到有咁多笑臉認真笑唔出

很久以前的事了,若非朋友提起這裡港式百寶焗乳鴿,也不會醒起曾在這裡吃過一道海膽意大利飯。海鮮意大利飯是帶著頗重的肉味,是來自火腿粒,可惜一入口就斷芯,是預熱後接單翻煮的,再加上大片海膽,是生怕沒有人知這是海膽意大利飯似的,大是夠大,但對於飯來說,是沒有任何value add的作用,其實簡單一點走肉走海膽,感覺會更好。

It's been some time since we last had oysters and so after reading some positive reviews on this restaurant, we decided to give it a try.

It's another upstairs restaurant with a terrace, and luckily we picked the indoors as people were smoking outside. The decor is resembling the Renaissance style with a huge drawing of the Last Supper (which was actually quite awkward looking at Jesus Christ and his disciples having their last supper when we were literally having a supper...). I guess the designer wanted to add some modern feeling to the restaurant and so the lighting is bluish, but they were far from fetching to me.
So indeed I had little expectation on its food when I didn't really like its decor.

We first ordered a fresh oyster platter which served a variety of oysters from different origins (still don't quite understand why the ice needed to be embellished by blue lights again. Would the dish look cooler with the lights??!). But I appreciated their ideas of putting small signs in front of each oyster for our recognition. We started eating from the right side and then counter-clockwise. They were all fresh and juicy! Obviously I am not an expert in oysters as I couldn't really recall the tastes when looking back at the names but I always prefer Pacific to the rest. Next we had an oyster (again) chowder soup which tasted better than in the photo.


I thought this restaurant is only specialized in oyster and thus had relatively lower expectation on the main courses. But they were surprisingly nice!!

We shared 2 dishes - first came the deep-fried pork hock. I must say this was the best one I had ever tried before. The deep-fried outer part was crispy, and the meat was tender, unlike those with a huge bone or thick skin leaving no meat to eat.

Another main course was grilled flounder. It tasted good with the cream sauce.
We were totally full and contented by then and eventually gave up eating any desserts.

I tried out this restaurant with two best friends of mine. I was glad the restaurant are excellent for catch up. Not too crowed and the environment allows you to engage in good conversation.We ordered two Oyster platters that night. The baked escargot was good too. The size of the escargot are big, relative to the ones that you generally get in HK. Of cause, the mash potato are the best after soaking up the sauce of the escargot.


For pasta, we ordered fresh duck liver with foie gras sauce linguine. Maybe I have high expectation after trying the same dish from Su Casa, this dish was an disappointment.
It was not that there were anything bad with it... It just tasted relatively bland as a foie gras pasta.


As for the grilled steak, it was perfect. The control to medium raw was perfect. Also, I suspected the steak was aged from the taste of it. Of cause, not as bold as dry aged steak, but it was definitely not just fresh cut from the texture of the beef.


The grilled fish was nice too. I forgot the exact type of the fish, but it was juicy and nicely seared.


The highlight was desserts. It was less expected, but their desserts was nice. The parfait with banana fritter was soo soo good.
Must order it again. The other common dessert, molten chocolate cake was average compare to the parfait. Its melting center was good, but you will notice it is not top grade melted chocolate.

Oyster Platter 唔比揀款, 問係咩款又話唔知, 其實大部份係美國蠔, Irish Rock 已係最濃嗰隻, 所謂由淡到濃嘅效果只係由極淡到淡到有少少味, 仍唔係特別新鮮. 唔算難食, 但係咁普通嘅貨色, 到到都有. 鵪鶉沙律, 鵪鶉啲肉只係微暖仲好"鞋", 所謂招牌豬手只係standard 貨色,如果呢個level 都叫招牌嘅, 咁其他嘢嘅 level 都可以想像. 全晚叫好少少嘅只有磨菇松露湯. 原本search 個報紙話室外有 live band, 去到原來係 live 喇叭廣播. 唔介意貴, 但係質素差又貴條氣好唔順.

14-3-2010是日想食西餐, 路過見到呢度有間好似幾 fine 的 oyster bar, 仲有 $100 樓下的 set lunch 供應, 又捉了朋友嚟試試.未有嘢食先到 salad bar「清清口腔」: 菜有 3 款, dressing 3 款 (Balsamic / Italian / Caesar), croutons, pine nuts, grated Parmesan, cherry tomatoes, 洋蔥, olives 之類的配料, 仲有一盤 caviar deviled eggs (?)... 沙律菜算新鮮, dressing 就只試了 Balsamic, 乜咁甜的 Caviar deviled egg 比想像中無咁鹹香, 反而帶點 mayo 嗰隻酸酸甜甜, 都幾好食.湯係 mussel chowder, 賣相有點稀, 面頭就有粒粒白色的餅乾碎, 果然係 chowder 質地唔算濃稠, 飲落帶淡淡奶香; 兩隻青口就認真腥, 諗起都打冷震 整體唔算難飲, 不過好飲就一定唔係的, 可以不試.試了少少朋友的 oxtail & tomato soup,

是日想食西餐, 路過見到呢度有間好似幾 fine 的 oyster bar, 仲有 $100 樓下的 set lunch 供應, 又捉了朋友嚟試試.

未有嘢食先到 salad bar「清清口腔」: 菜有 3 款, dressing 3 款 (Balsamic / Italian / Caesar), croutons, pine nuts, grated Parmesan, cherry tomatoes, 洋蔥, olives 之類的配料, 仲有一盤 caviar deviled eggs (?)... 沙律菜算新鮮, dressing 就只試了 Balsamic, 乜咁甜的
Caviar deviled egg 比想像中無咁鹹香, 反而帶點 mayo 嗰隻酸酸甜甜, 都幾好食.

湯係 mussel chowder, 賣相有點稀, 面頭就有粒粒白色的餅乾碎, 果然係 chowder
質地唔算濃稠, 飲落帶淡淡奶香; 兩隻青口就認真腥, 諗起都打冷震
整體唔算難飲, 不過好飲就一定唔係的, 可以不試.

試了少少朋友的 oxtail & tomato soup, 蕃茄的清新酸香及牛尾的鹹鹹濃濃平衡得不錯, 早知我又飲


跟湯仲有蒜蓉包, 烘得十分脆口, 不過我食嗰塊 garlic 味唔太夠濃, 朋友嗰塊好食 d 喎


主食揀了 spaghetti with black truffle and scallops ($88), 未食已聞到勁香 truffle 味, 好吸引. Spaghetti 唔算 al dente, 但絕對唔係軟腍腍, 條條沾上了幾 creamy 的醬汁, 加埋勁香的 black truffle, 好食; 帶子件件厚薄不一, 薄切的煎得有點過火, 較厚的就外香口內嫩滑, 不過厚薄一樣鮮甜, 好食. 幾好食的一碟 pasta, 值得試試.

朋友的好似叫 roasted smoked duck breast with honey pineapple, 鴨胸嫩腍多汁, 帶輕輕的 smoked 味, 蜜糖汁就好甜, 雖然幾好食, 但實在幾膩, 大家 order 的話要留意.

飽到食唔落 dessert of the day (是日仲要係 lime cheesecake, lime sherbet 就食到啫...), 最後只要了杯咖啡: coffee base 賣相有點稀, 乜都唔落就咁飲係好苦及好澀
, 落糖及熱奶後平易近人得多!

食物不錯, 室內環境亦舒服好坐, 燈光昏暗帶點 romantic, 不過影相好困難, 哈哈
如果天氣無咁悸焗, 坐室外應該仲正; Waitress 友善有禮, 服務亦很不錯.

連加一每人 $100 有找, 值得試試的 -- 可惜佢離公司咁遠啦.

經朋友介紹, 見呢到食評唔錯, 就來到這裡一試我好鐘意佢個outdoor, 可以邊飲酒邊食煙, 正! (本人係個煙民, sorry >.<)依家有露天位而又好食的餐廳真係好少如果同朋友聚會, 這裡是適合坐好耐傾計的地方我地order左:生蠔拼盤 - 無得自己揀邊個國家既蠔~ 師傅揀左美國, 法國, 日本, 英國, africa~ 質數都幾好 ~ 都好新鮮! 只係有一, 兩款唔合我個人口味蒜蓉包 - 勁好味! 炭燒架~~好香口! 脆卜卜!蟹餅 - 本來想食墨魚餅, 但佢話無, 所以揀左呢個~ 都唔錯呀! 仲混左d洋蔥碎係入面添! 海膽煙肉意大利飯 - d飯好煙un呀~~ 個忌廉汁又唔會食到好"漏"或者好濟! 岩岩好~ 不過其實個汁咁濃味, d海膽就變得無味了...整體黎講我覺得呢到幾好!! d伙計都好有禮貌! 哈哈好快會再返黎食~~再試其他野!!

套餐自助沙律+湯+主菜+甜品+咖啡或茶自助沙律都幾多野,不過唔係好夠凍咁有薯仔沙津,菜幾款,凍肉,麵包粒,橄欖,沙津汁都三種排骨係用焦糖蘋果汁,好似d BBQ醬咁酸酸甜甜,但食落就無乜個d 即用醬有陣怪怪既膠味不過我諗個汁仲有加其他酸野(醋或檬)落去,因為蘋果應該無咁酸另外有1/3個蘋果甜品法式焦糖燉蛋雪凍左,焦糖薄薄的凍,但個燉蛋口感只係好多鮮奶油...無蛋味不過價錢唔貴又ok好食,要食自助沙律係度好過UCC

雞粒入面有粟米, 我鐘意呀, 紫紅色既汁就一般..
*令人失望的栗子朱古力慕絲蛋糕 & rum 酒
2樣都好差 , 特別係杯酒, 1啖已經怕怕
cake既賣相好靚,但一切就散 =( 而且味道好啖
總括而言,如果識選黎食,呢間餐廳都唔錯, 因為service同環境都good ~

18/9/09(五)沒有訂位,但來得早,順利入座。環境比想像中較一般,可能因座位編排較密。自助沙律吧雖然種類不多,但沙律菜等新鮮企理,滿意。意大利菜湯和西蘭花忌廉湯都沒有失望。主菜法式香煎比目魚柳配芥末忌廉汁令人大失所望,原因是比目魚柳本身沒怎味道,全靠調味,反而配菜好吃,下次不選魚就是。另一主菜地中海式燒羊架配摩納哥野菌意大利飯則挽回不少分數,羊架既香又夠羶,意大利飯可口。整體而言,也覺滿意,午餐時份巳訂座的客人陸續湧至,下次還是訂位好。

I'v been here twice.surprised they have changed their menu.more choices available. Food is good for value. you can tell that their chef has paid lots of effort on designing and cooking the food.In the other words, It takes a while for them to prepare your food too.Do make sure you have enough time to enjoy your meal here,otherwise,save it for some other time. People came here for their fresh seafood, esp oysters.However,I ain't a big fan of "cold dish" person.I still haven't tried their seafood

People came here for their fresh seafood, esp oysters.However,I ain't a big fan of "cold dish" person.I still haven't tried their seafood platter yet.From my observation,their seafood platter sets are very generous at good deal.Their staff is very patient to give you advices on picking your oysters too. Meanwhile,They have wide selections of other food. My bf is a steak-lover. He used to a big fan of Outback. After trying the grilled ribeye,he said this is his new favourite restaurant. Also,don't miss their dessert.this is the only western restaurant serving "right" creme brulee in HK.

concluson:Hotel quality of food at reasonable price,friendly service
Tips: grab a coupon from the lobby for free glass of wine or homemade dessert

環境一流,D畫真係睇極都唔嫌多....應該係第三次去, 所以寫個食評講返野食, 頭盤例牌生蠔淡至濃,個人覺得, 今轉比上一轉鮮味,或者真係餓蠔餓左排,炸豬手, 切片上, 一樣咁好味,記得要點醬食!!焗羊架係好OK的, 烤得岩岩好,去法國旅行果時都食唔到,朋友點了House Shiraz十分配個main course, 亦令到賬單漲價不少但換來個滿足既晚上, 值得~~

我的pasta係南瓜帶子扁意粉。南瓜汁很creamy但不膩,味道也剛剛好,帶子一般。喜歡扁意粉是因為較彈牙,但這裡的扁意粉未算做得al dente。

氣氛暗暗的,服務也不錯,是一般較高級的西餐廳有的水平。但如食友般說,牆上印上了「最後的晚餐」,的確有點兒奇怪
。食物質素未算超級特別,中上吧,一試無妨。

好友生日,經好友的另一位好友極力推薦下,於是便到ANA Oyster & Grill食生日飯。甫進餐廳,便看到左手邊達文西的last supper壁畫,畫前一張長檯,感覺有點突兀餐廳分為室內外兩部分,是夜所選正是室外位置,方便吸煙及食雪茄的食客。事實上,餐牌上亦有各式各樣的雪茄可供選擇。既然餐廳打正Oyster旗號,頭盤便叫了生蠔。服務員細心介紹每款生蠔味道口感,值得加分,再加上生蠔新鮮且選擇多,簡直100分然後,想要推介的是炸豬手,正如其他食客介紹,豬手表皮炸至鬆脆不肥膩,保留豬手裡的膠質,有咬口...難得的是味道調較得剛好,不太鹹卻很入味。豬手切件上碟,方便食用,再加分至於其他的意粉及飯感覺只是一般,較失望的是dessert Tiarmisu,不及Fat Angelo's好食反而另一款朱古力心太軟布丁做得非常出色,朱古力味濃,蛋糕外面夠脆夠乾身,推介當晚一行八人,在沒有叫酒及食唔飽嘅情況下,七折後位位要$230,消費不算低同場加映,廁所污水湧現,店員腳踏污水走回餐廳,扣分
