I placed order for an Americano and asked to add milk to it. After tasting it, I felt a little more milk will add more texture to it. So, I ask the guy to add some more milk to it. He was busy with making a few more coffees and indicated he had already added milk while making it. After I waited for him to served all others coffee ( a well wait for more than 7-10mins), his supervisor told me that they have added enough milk and twice to my coffee. My impression was he added once only. They also emphasized that for each cup of coffee no more than 20ml of milk is allowed. 20ml of milk to a large size americano js very watery, particularly to the choice of the coffee beans I chose. I have had coffee all over the world and it is only this coffee booth refuse to add a few more drops of milk. What an unpleasant experience and has ruined my day! 😤👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
