推介指數 Recommendation Level : 🔥🔥🔥🔥於尖沙咀東部都有不少食肆,但是被有高水準的可說是不多,大多數以走平民化路線為主。但是這間餐廳罕有走較專業的路線,以提供自創的雞尾酒做賣點。但餐廳不單止提供特色美酒,今天的食物烹調得十分美味。In the eastern part of Tsim Sha Tsui, while there are numerous dining establishments, only a few offer a high standard of cuisine, as most tend to adopt a more casual approach. This restaurant uniquely takes a professional direction by featuring its own signature cocktails as a highlight. However, the restaurant not only serves distinctive drinks; the food has been prepared deliciously today.黃咖喱蟹肉.蒜蓉包 ($88)Carb Meat in Yellow Curry with Garlic Bread 這個黃咖哩蟹肉多士,當時非常香脆會以黃咖哩,十分有口感,雖然鮮味非常十足,但略嫌黃咖哩的椰汁味較重,掩蓋了咖哩的香味The yellow curry crab toast is delightful; it is both crispy and flavorful with a pronounced yellow curry essence. While it boasts a strong umami taste, the coconut flavor of the curry tends to overshadow the spices.炸魚薯條 ($118)Fish & Chips炸魚薯條的薯條炸得非常香脆,又不會太過油膩。至於主角魚柳,粉漿不會太厚,而且魚味十分香濃The fish and chips feature fries that are crispy without being overly greasy. 兩個女仔想靜靜地飲杯野食個晚飯,就選擇咗呢間充滿藝術感嘅 Avenue75。一入到去就係一面色彩豐富嘅壁畫牆,一坐低職員就介紹佢地嘅餐牌,原來佢地有指定時間嘅special prize cocktail menu,啤酒仲買一送一添。但我同朋友都不敵佢另一本好似童話書嘅cocktail menu吸引,最後叫咗杯Lady Grey($120)同埋Americana($130),野食就叫咗珍寶帶子泡菜卡邦尼($168)同埋黃咖喱蟹肉蒜蓉包($95)職員好好👍🏻問多少少有關Cocktail入面嘅成份都會願意解答~環境舒服,嘢食嘢飲都不俗,係一個chill住傾偈嘅好地方。 繼續閱讀

某日下班後跟男友到訪的酒吧餐廳 個Menu有少少驚喜望落都幾吸引 係fusion菜式✨掙扎咗好耐 最後點咗2個主菜+2杯嘢飲 · ┈┈┈┈┈┈ · ꕥ · ┈┈┈┈┈┈ · ✿ 麻香辣椒雞絲意大利粉 $118:非常惹味 用扁意粉煮同個醬料更加match同掛汁 ✿ 炭燒香草羊扒 • 新薯蘆筍 $168:燒得唔錯 肉汁仲keep到 伴碟都好食! ✿ Guinness $108:呢杯健力士係全餐最貴😂志不在酒 我又點咗一杯非酒精類嘅飲品 柚子味很清新🌿 · ┈┈┈┈┈┈ · ꕥ · ┈┈┈┈┈┈ · 餐廳食物定價合理 水準👍🏻但係酒水真係not affordable 💸下次會想試其他嘢食😆 繼續閱讀

係尖東揾食,神機妙算地挑左間名堂十足嘅餐廳。一入去,見到裝潢搶眼,令人心情都充滿藝術氣息。開始嘅提振,係一杯色彩繽紛嘅「Ukiyo-e」🍸,唔止外表靚麗,飲落去嘅柚子香味同梅酒甜味混合得剛剛好,鮮果同酒香交織,一流!再來唔少得嗌幾樣吃飽餐,龍蝦汁海鮮意粉真係出色,龍蝦醬汁香濃得黎唔覆蓋海鮮本身嘅鮮味,意粉爽口彈牙,啖啖海鮮嘅量,真係飽滿得滯。😋泰式炸蝦餅同蟹肉牛油果沙律都唔錯,尤其係啲蝦餅,炸到外層脆口,裏面蝦肉鮮甜彈牙,但係沙律就若有似無嘅鹹味,未夠哂kick。整體上來講,呢間餐廳提供既味道同體驗真係令人難以忘懷,雖然唔算平民價,但呢啲令人啖啖回味嘅料理,值得一試!👍 繼續閱讀

見朋友介紹過嚟食嗌咗個海鮮意大利飯同埋兩碟小食海鮮意大利飯($148)味道正正常常份量較少普普通通燒白鱔($78)肉質爽口彈牙 好有魚嘅油香味不錯不錯泰式沙嗲($68)豬、雞都燒得入味香口個泰式醬汁亦整得好食仲要有四串 抵食特別一提店員服務態度好好用心介紹食物抵讚👍🏻 繼續閱讀
