The food is alright but be warned about the rude owner who doesn’t like anything that he my perceive as being criticism, even when it’s not. Maybe he’s paranoid, unhappy or has low self esteem but he should learn to have better customer service to survive in a transient place like HK. You can get the same food in other places in HK but with kinder staff

Come for their Sourdough dish, but it had already sold out by the time my friend and I got there.Ordered  BEULAH with their homemade bun, the scrambled egg was nicely cooked.Service was not as bad as heard. Will return for their homemade sourdough.

今日諗住試下Baked, 原本得到店主老婆推介想叫個Brekkie Wrap, 但係佢提我會耐D咁我就話改Beef Burger. 期間我無催促過佢亦都無叫過佢催廚房. 我唔知道佢同店主兼廚師 Zahir 講左咩, 因為Zahir 好嬲咁係廚房叫出來話: 我地呢到唔係快餐店, 叫我去第二度, 跟住係咁講. 點解佢地內部溝通有問題要顧客受氣? 我地無催過任何人都要冤枉我. 希望店主明白想受人尊重唔係你自己覺得對食物好有堅持就得, 同時亦都要識尊重顧客及他人. Went today because a friend wanted to try. 希望店主明白想受人尊重唔係你自己覺得對食物好有堅持就得, 同時亦都要識尊重顧客及他人. 

Went today because a friend wanted to try. Sat down and asked the waitress (wife of the chef and owner) what she recommended and was going to order the brekkie wrap, she reminded me that it might take longer so I ordered a beef burger instead. During this process I did not rush her or ask her to rush the kitchen. I'm not sure how they communicated when she put in the order, but aferwards, the chef and owner Zahir shouted at us from the open kitchen saying that this is not a fast food restaurant and I should go somewhere else etc. He kept ranting on even though there were other customers. 

I did not rush his kitchen  or ask his wife to hurry up, he just decided to accuse me even though there was a miscommunication on their side. 

If you want respect then earn it. 
題外話/補充資料: Visit Bakehouse or other bakeries instead, at least the chef is not going to accuse you in public.

Anywho, we tried to explain to him to say we weren't criticizing his food. But he didn't take any of it and just went 'bla bla bla bla' and walked away. When we left he also mumbled something really loud in his language. Anyways, everyone is entitled to their own opinions, however I do think his customer service is absolutely unacceptable. This is not how customers should be treated, and if we did say something offensive, we will definitely apologize, or made you misunderstand something, but we weren't even given a chance to explain ourselves. This is quite disappointing because I do think this is quite a nice brunch spot, but never in my life have i felt so insulted.

我自己實在太愛麵包,而喜我也喜歡在繁忙的都市中找一點慢活的空間,Baked完全符合了我的要求。Sourdough酸麵包是這裡的招牌,自家製,很有特色。當然要一試Avocado on toast,十分有水準。首先,Tomato Salsa,不會過酸,反而有清甜的感覺。其次,牛油果加上調味,配以sourdough,每一口麵是享受,香,滑,脆。再加上Rose Latte,一個美好的Brunch帶出愉快的一天。友人試了mushroom on toast,同樣出色。火箭菜加了很多分。另外這個burger 份量很足,也值得一試!

Curried Mince的肉碎不感油膩,加上適量香料調味,不會過咸,保留了天然豬肉味。
Mushroom on Sourdough有香濃的忌廉磨菇,但感覺不太「滯」,而且磨菇大少適中。

六月份,餐廳推出了新菜單。遺憾是我最喜歡的Open Steak Sandwich消失了,但新主角也十分有驚喜。

右邊是OG牛肉漢堡($180),可當作Open Steak Sandwich的代替品。180g的漢堡扒非常有份量,厚厚的很有口感,調味同樣拿捏得剛好,食物鮮味不會流失。蕃茄和生菜十分新鮮!不過$180一個漢堡,價錢實在太貴了。

左邊是Bakoven,即Chicken wrap($160),老闆即叫即搓麵團!滿滿的牛油果和雞塊令人無比滿足!牛油果軟稔,壓至半溶,混合芝士片,還有淡淡黑醋。十分足料。

老闆對煮食的認真和熱誠,都體現於各精心設計的食物上。每款麵包都色香味俱全,十分足料。可惜價錢偏貴,每次換餐牌都有加價,不能常常來吃。

老闆娘十分熱心,排隊等位,她會記下客人的電話,有位再作通知。午餐時段,一段等半小時,食物也要等半小時左右,上次去等了約45分鐘。時間充裕的話,可和邊等美食友人聊聊天。另外也要記得餐廳於星期一休息,摸了兩次門釘!

鍾意食芝士🧀嘅朋友唔可錯過。麵包🍞上面充滿芝士🧀(可以拉絲😝)再配上梨肉🍐同火箭菜🌱。梨肉🍐好鮮甜🤭配上梨肉黎食可以避免因為食太多芝士而覺得太滯😚。但小編相比下覺得Mushroom on Sourdough比較出色😬🤤👹

因為係小店經營,同埋得一個廚師👨🏻‍🍳,所以等候時間會比較耐🕐,但真係值得支持💃🏻。💁🏻‍♀️廚師好用心去製作食物,食物質素亦都好好😍

我對sourdough嘅迷戀程度已經不能用言語表達,呢間cafe嘅自家製、用上祖傳埃及酸種嘅sourdough,酸度同麥香都係我嘅菜,香脆嘅表皮包住煙韌綿密嘅麵包,成功俘虜我嘅心!Mushroom on Sourdough 一定要試!麵包上鋪滿大大粒新鮮蘑菇用濃而不膩嘅蘑菇忌廉汁煮,加埋隻水波蛋,熱辣辣好comforting!最重要係塊sourdough即使浸左汁都唔會變得好soaky,大推!🥑Avo on Toast都好唔錯,有大量嘅蕃茄同牛油果,加隻太陽蛋basic but👌🏻
