Ordered the cold vermicelli with chicken with lots of shallots, peanuts and a young coconut. The cold vermicelli was nice, fish sauce not overly salty the shallots tasted crisp and very fresh (different from other restos with the greasy stale taste). The lettuce, cucumber and carrot inside were fresh and added to the texture of the whole vermicelli. But I’m surprised its Michelin recommended. It wasn’t that great. It was a bit of effort with fresh ingredients but there seems to be other Vietnam
