原本這是一個質素甚佳的團購, 只怪自己遲了到訪........ 先看看團購網所列出的內容:原來這家餐廳於三星期前轉換了管理層 (大概是易手了), 連帶上述八成的食物選擇也不見了。說的不是店方因團購而刻意減少選擇, 而是連主餐牌的食品選擇也大幅減少, 數量甚至比原來的團購餐牌更少！頭盤依然是沙律和餐湯的選擇, 凱撒沙律賣相求其, 沒有誠意可言。餐湯只有南瓜湯一款選擇, 餐牌內的價錢是 $70, 實際份量卻只比湯匙大一些而已, 屬超級迷你版, 基本上喝兩三口便喝完, 實在過份。主菜方面, 原有的 Pizza 選擇全面消失, 原本心儀的燒豬肋骨同樣不翼而飛, 幸好還有兩個肉類新選擇。從相片可見, 兩款主菜的配菜是一模一樣, 而在場所見, 基本上任何主菜的配菜都是這樣, 唯一分別就是不同菜式的「主角」, 再一次, 毫無誠意可言。鴨胸色澤紅潤, 鴨味很濃, 肉質卻較堅韌; 反而燒牛肋肉沒有過韌的情況出現, 奈何調味過重。原本是衝著甜魔大力推介的 Bomb Cake (酒味心太軟) 而來, 就算團購餐不包, 也打算單點的, 只可惜這個「名物」也隨著店方的轉變而消失了, 是「檸茶」感到最可惜和失望的

I pass by this place all the time it was an impromptu decision we stopped by for dinner.We ordered the steak (dinner special) and black truffle sauce pasta.The black truffle sauce with mushroom pasta was excellent. It was aromatic and tasted fantastic.The steak was juicy and tender. 下午去砲馬地睇樓, 行到腳軟又肚餓,男朋友話不如去食小小野,咁見到brown就入去試試. 我叫個pizza而男友就叫個咖喱雞. 我個pizza好脆口,D料好新鮮而且熱烘烘,好過一般連鎖店pizza又唔會乾曾曾,茄味濃郁, 一試就知新鮮蕃茄. 我比較喜歡thin批, 唔會成口cheers滯到死. 男友就好鐘意curry唔使5分鐘就食完. 我就用pizza沾少少咖喱汁試味,果然唔錯. 講下餐廳環境, 好舒適同D侍應幾細心, 又唔會一味叫你食D貴野又或者叫你開貴支酒攞你命. 有機會住happy valley再試其他食物.

同GF因小事大吵一場,隻身離開現埸去冷靜一下. 求其入佐間bar自我cool down (後來先知道佢叫brown) , 見有stella 生啤就叫一杯定一定驚先. 待應送上啤酒及花生, 一個人坐住bar table, 有D爵士音樂, 好似夾唒成個blue mood 咁, 死未.我問待應有無地方食支煙, 她說有個露天雅座. 接著就帶我去後園坐. 估唔到out door 另有洞天, 非常雅緻. 二話不說就點支煙. 平時GF唔俾我抽煙, 這一刻成個人放鬆哂. 女待應說有燒秋刀魚, 佐酒一流, 就叫她預備一客. 魚味清甜而無腥味, 外皮脆卜卜, 內裏魚身鮮甜多汁, 肉地肥美同啤酒夾到絕. 不知不覺二條秋刀魚只剩下魚骨, 廚師手功值得一讚. 剎那已黃昏, 心情平伏下來. 又想起女友形單隻影, 中秋都應該人月團圓, 就起身結賬會佳人.

The Vietnamese Curry is magnificent! Very tasty and very spicy! I could eat this everyday! The pizzas are very distinct also! A very nice place overall. The inside bar is great and the outside seating area is very cozy and quiet! Recommended!!

I went to Browns for Brunch today, I'd heard it had a renovation so I wanted to see the changes. The seating is much improved, especially the outside area.
