圍方高質西餐廳今日就做孝順女陪媽咪同朋友一齊食飯，咁呢間餐廳都食左好幾次，質素唔錯，而且媽咪朋友未試過，所以就再黎食多次啦，諗住試下啲新野。😋海鮮至尊薄餅呢間餐廳就用左薄批，批邊都整到脆口既🤗我最欣賞呢個pizza既地方就有蜆之餘，仲要有好多芝士🧀😚😋鮮奶泡沫松露蘑菇湯呢個擺盤值得一讚👍🏻令度成個湯又多一個層次同口感😊😋龍蝦濃湯伴蟹肉龍蝦味好濃郁🦞個湯仲要有啖啖蟹肉🦀😋海鮮意大利燴飯有驚喜喎，呢個飯嘅面頭竟然有幾隻大大粒又新鮮既蜆肉，仲要冇沙添😙👍🏻仲要有帶子同大蝦🍤配搭住索哂醬汁既飯粒🤭相當好味道🤗😋煙三文魚大蝦🍤沙律菜夠新鮮又爽口，材料亦都好豐富，有青瓜🥒有蕃茄🍅有橙肉🍊再加埋流心蛋汁撈埋一齊食😊正👍🏻😋龍蝦汁大蝦意粉好濃龍蝦汁索哂入意粉入面😚欣賞呢個意粉有好多配菜，例如😋士多啤梨意大利卡邦尼芝士士多啤梨🍓夠甜😙再夾埋好厚身既cream cheese 🧀 一齊食，即刻肥咗幾磅🤣😋抹茶芝士蛋糕配雲尼拿雪糕🍦濃郁既芝士同抹茶🍵味，再夾埋冰凍得黎甜甜地既雲尼拿雪糕🍦中和反個味蕾😙舔舔脷指數👉🏻7.5😋/10😋滿分 值得一試😋

Boxing Day 想食下啲西餐，決定入去圍坊試吓呢間，唔使等位直入。叫咗三樣嘢～西班牙風味烤八爪魚 夏威夷風光薄餅 同埋美國黑安格斯肉眼牛扒首先梗係佢～西班牙風味烤八爪魚，我食嘢當然梗係想有質仲有「量」，好明顯量呢份唔會有，幾「舊」仔八爪魚，二款唔同嘅茄同薯仔，味道一般，但可以接受，當試吓新嘢，同開開個胃。夏威夷薄餅～對我嚟講個餅底不厚不薄，配料加埋個餅底，口感同味道不錯，算有啲驚喜，最怕啲薄餅過厚或太薄，呢個剛好，又夠大個。主角～見到晒，無多修飾，坦蕩蕩唔似港式「乜鳳」要加乜汁乜汁，就係咁簡簡單單二款配菜就得，薯條粗身脆口，菇味正正常常，主角肉眼扒～無論係味道，生熟程度都控制得好好，真係好重嘅牛味，都係果句普普通通嘅牛扒，要出到牛味，喺香港真係有啲難，真係要中上價至食得到，呢度除咗有牛味，仲有一陣燒烤嘅味～不錯。二個人食三樣嘢，真係飽飽。唔知係咪聖誕假期，好似係無套餐選擇，我見其他網友post套餐，可能要閒日至有，應該會扺食啲。回頭度：7/10

Every bite was a testament to the chef's dedication to traditional Italian cuisine.However, our experience was slightly clouded by the restaurant's popularity; it was fully booked that evening. While we appreciated the bustling atmosphere, the waiter informed us that we had a 90-minute limit to enjoy our meal. This time constraint added a bit of pressure, making us feel rushed as we savored the delicious food.Despite this minor issue, I highly recommend it to anyone in Hong Kong looking for delicious Italian fare in a vibrant setting. Make a reservation to ensure you can fully enjoy your meal without the ticking clock in the background. With its fantastic food and charming decor, it’s a spot I’ll want to return to—hopefully with more time to bask in the experience!
