One of the Michelin 1 Stars Restaurants in HK 🇭🇰 Have been wanting to visit this NY style italian restaurant for so long for their signature Spicy Rigatoni Vodka and NY Lemon Cheesecake 😍 love the vintage styling interior of the restaurant with vintage floor tiles and classic chandeliers, really nice place for celebrations! Also look at the dessert cart its just toooo cute!🎂

had high hopes on carbone so frankly food was goo, slightly above average, but still could have been even better? anw would still really recommend and def worth trying for the whole dining experience!!

The PLATED menu features some of the best items of Carbone and is priced at $488 per person. It's a deal as every item would cost much more on their a-la-carte menu. 🥶
Food was delicious; and overall experience was all right. Service was so-so cuz some of the servers gave us the feeling that they were in a rush all the time and wouldn't spend a second or two to introduce you to the restaurant and its dishes.

Carbone's { sp𝗂𝖼𝗒 rigatoni vodka } is a beloved dish, and I am happy that it is included in the PLATED menu as an appetizer. Rigatoni is tossed in a creamy tomato-based vodka sauce. Its large surface area would allow the pasta to hold the sauce sooo well that you'll be able to savour the heavenly sauce in every bite. Other appetizers include beetroots and meatballs.
For the main, you could choose one from the three options: pork chop with peppers, chicken parmesan and snapper oreganata.
We opted for the pork as there is a little "recommended" icon beside it. The pork was tender and a little juicy. The peppers gave it quite some flavors but overall the dish was a little bit on the bland side.
Lastly you get to choose one dessert from the dessert trolley. We got a slice of their chocolate cake and it was so chocolatey and nutty. It was served with a scoop of ice cream.
We were offered a slice of the cheesecake as well as we were not informed that the chocolate cake was with hazelnuts and one of us is actually allergic to nuts.
The cheesecake was sooo good and I would definitely recommend it if you could only choose one dessert!

想來《Carbone》一段時間,恰巧他們正提供PLATED menu,可以在一頓午餐內盡吃他們的招牌菜式,而價錢更比單點便宜不少,立刻把握機會訂座了~
PLATED每逢星期一二供應,供應至四月尾,想嚐的話記得預早訂座哦✨

餐廳室內環境蠻寬敞,座位很舒服,只是音樂略嫌嘈吵(不過客人開始多的時候就還好)

蕃茄味濃,帶點辣味,很creamy;Rigatoni口感剛好,也很掛汁,每一口都是享受~
另外的紅菜頭跟肉丸也很不錯~

配上三色椒,加添一點味道
整體來說味道有點寡,質感有一點點乾🙈

吃第一口才知道裡面有榛子,不過巧克力味跟榛子味都很香濃

因為不能吃堅果的關係,餐廳另外給了一件〔New York lemon cheesecake〕
⁣這個很好吃,在濃濃的cream cheese味裡帶點檸檬香,味道清新,不會很膩,絕對要試試看~

在訂座時有備註來慶生的話,店員會在上甜點的時候,一字排⁣開的唱出意大利文+英文生日歌,有點尷尬,哈哈 ∠( ᐛ 」∠)

For ᴍᴀɪɴs we chose the 𝚂𝚕𝚘𝚠-𝚌𝚘𝚘𝚔𝚎𝚍 𝙿𝚘𝚛𝚔 𝙲𝚑𝚘𝚙, it’s a super huge cut of meat that’s 𝘴𝘭𝘰𝘸-𝘤𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 🤤 would’ve liked more of the 𝘳𝘰𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘱𝘦𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴 🫑 to go with it!!

Disappointing meal and average taste. Definitely not worth the price and for an insane $120 sparkling water PER HEAD (including service charge). Not worth revisiting. Too hyped up. Also ordered the burrata but it was so dry and seemed like it was just bought off parknshop. Very disappointing and overpriced ribs, way too salty and small portion for the price. To be fair the cheesecake was good, only good item out of a 1700$ lunch.

成功解鎖 carbone皮革的座位,偏黃的燈光,大大小小酒樽,讓餐廳的氣氛的確很有"教父"的氛圍▫️Spicy rigatoni vodka 其實vodka就唔係好感受到,但粗管意粉加上濃厚creamy的醬汁交織在一起,真係十分之夾▫️Sirloin Diana 意料之外咁好食,炭燒的焦糖化表皮肉質軟熟,醬汁有點偏鹹,個人覺得還可以(重口味愛好者) 甜品NY cheese cake的確充滿美式風情,但個人就覺得太厚實太膩了

在網上看到很多好評,一心想帶老公試好嘢!一開𨋢門就聽到很美式嘅音樂,但音量都幾大,差啲連reception 講嘅嘢都聽唔到!除咗要掃「安心」仲要show 打針記錄😏😏但我只係同老公兩人去食,二人一枱喎!坐低之後,發覺啲音樂愈來愈大,燈光就愈來愈暗,網上見到嘅set lunch menu 無左,講真,好失望!😰都算喇,散叫幾樣主打菜式,但老公已想走咁款🙄🙄一開始會切一舊芝士比你,每人有三款包,味道一般,再配幾塊Salami腸,味道ok👌🏻!最開心係睇住佢整沙律,都好專業,個Caesar salad 上面有好多cheese 再配幾條魚仔,味道又咸又酸,好特別,沙律菜好新鮮!👍🏻其餘就係薄切生牛肉配磨菇,食得出牛肉係好嫩好新鮮,平時我唔敢食生牛肉,但佢呢種整法唔難食!最後就係廚師推介意粉(好似蜆殼粉)口感煙韌少少辣!但整個過程好難傾計,背景音樂🎵實在太吵耳!

最後就係廚師推介意粉(好似蜆殼粉)口感煙韌
少少辣!
但整個過程好難傾計,背景音樂🎵實在太吵耳!

意大利南部 Campania 附近的 Taurasi, 來自當地的小型酒莊 Perillo, 用上100% Aglianico, 被喻為南部的Barolo, 在舊木桶陳年5年, 2007 年的Riserva 充滿black cherry, prune, dried fruit, 木桶的cedar, smoke, tobacco, 陳年的earthy, leather, savoury. Complex, 高酸, silky 的單寧毫不霸道, long finish.

碟pork chop…. 係個waiter叫我哋食,因為portion會適合啲。我原先想叫魚,佢哋不斷重複叫我轉食豬!現在咪知道咩事囉!其實係咪好多人投訴過份量呢?

免費的硬芝士同salami 是最最最有份量!

Food quality ….. the sashimi fish … not fresh and not cold enough as raw food!🤮
The rest is ok! Pork chop slightly over cooked but it has the biggest portion compared with other dishes!
Dessert算叫做最好食!👍🏻

Overall, I don’t think I will recommend this restaurant. There are a lot of Italian restaurants offer homemade pasta with a reasonable price and good portion. And, the most important is …. Taste are similar too!

Carbone Hong Kong is located in Central area, which is a quite nice location. We went there for lunch. We received a fine service.A must try is called “Spicy Rigatoni Vodka”If you love spicy food this is a fine choice. The taste is filled with cheese and spicy but in a balanced way.”NY lemon cheesecake” is not too sweet. Fresh taste.
