The weekend brunch buffet in Carpaccio is terrible.$188 + 10% service charge, of course if not expensive if it is in a high quality Italian restuarant, but is definitely expensive when the food served are of low quality!I would expectam surprised that Bacon, harsh brown, baked tomato and sausgae to be served in brunch buffet, but the problem is that the above food account for 1/3 of the hot food served in the buffet! The remaining 2/3 include roasted pork rib which are not refilled after all are

The remaining 2/3 include roasted pork rib which are not refilled after all are finished, Penne Rigate with eggplant and tomato sauce with bad taste, octopus, beef and deep fried chicken which is so hard and dry that cannot be finsihed.
The remaining food served include ham and salami and mushroom soup which are alright only. I didn't try the salad and cannot comment on it. Overall, the food is of low quality.
Pizza is also available, but the waiter will only take it out every 1 hour and each customer can only get one small piece (1.5 cm wide!!!) each time. And the tomato sauce on the pizza taste very odd.
For the fruit, the sweet melon is ok. For the water melon, it is too old and not sweet at all.
The dessert is horrible! It looks nice but really taste bad. The only acceptable one is mango pudding! Please DO NOT try the cake, the taste is too strange and I cannot describe in words, especially the one looks like rotten 平安包! It taste like rubber!
The apple juice and pineapple juice are good, probably because it is by Mr. Juicy.
The tea and coffee are, luckily, normal.
A scoop of ice cream (Diameter similar to 50 cents coin) is served in the end, which is melting when it arrived, though its taste is again, normal.
The enviroment is ok, just like the other restauarnts in iSquare, which is expected.
The staff is too slow and it take 20 minutes to settle the bill, when the restaurant is not full.
I will say that the quality of brunch buffet in any restaurants cannot be worse than the one by Carpaccio. You can get better Italian food at the price of $200 per person in many Italian restaurnats in Tsim Sha Tsui (Including Pizza Hut!). I will say that the quality of this brunch buffet is at most similar to the breakfast buffet of a 3 star hotel in Hong Kong.
