Nestled in the heart of Central, Crown Super Deluxe promises a dining experience that tantalizes the taste buds and elevates the senses. I was eager to see if the restaurant's culinary offerings lived up to its sterling reputation.StartersOur meal commenced with the Mizuna Salad, a delightful and crisp starter that set a light and refreshing tone for the courses ahead. The greens were vibrant and fresh, dressed with a subtle vinaigrette that enhanced their natural flavors without overpowering them.Adding a touch of indulgence, we opted for the Hokkaido Scallop (at extra price). The scallop was expertly seared, boasting a perfect balance of sweetness and salinity. Its tender, melt-in-the-mouth texture underscored the quality of the seafood and the skill in its preparation.Main CourseFor the main event, I selected the Australian Wagyu Ribeye, a 140-gram cut of beef that did not disappoint. Cooked to perfection, the ribeye was rich and buttery, with a marbling that provided a luxurious, melt-in-the-mouth experience. The subtle seasoning allowed the natural flavors of the Wagyu to shine, making each bite a testament to its superior quality.The Grilled Seasonal Vegetables served alongside were a delightful accompaniment. They were charred to perfection, adding a smoky depth that balanced the richness of the ribeye beautifully.SidesThe Garlic Fried Rice was an aromatic and flavorful addition to the meal. Each grain was infused with a delicate garlic essence, providing a satisfying and fragrant complement to the main dishes.The Miso Soup was a comforting classic, offering a warm, umami-rich broth that soothed the palate. The accompanying Pickles provided a tangy and refreshing contrast, serving as an effective palate cleanser.DessertTo round off the meal, we enjoyed the Yuzu Sorbet, a light and refreshing dessert that provided a perfect end to the lunch. The sorbet's tangy and slightly sweet notes of yuzu cleansed the palate, leaving a lingering sense of freshness.BeveragesWhile we did not sample the Crown Super Deluxe Private Label Ginjo Sake, the wine selections on offer were tempting. The Fume Blanc from Ferrari-Carano, Sonoma County 2019 and the Costieres de Nimes from Chateau Haute Bergerade, Rhone Valley 2020 both appeared to be excellent choices to enhance the meal.Overall ExperienceOur dining experience at Crown Super Deluxe was nothing short of exceptional. 生日食好啲。想食返個有水準的鐵板燒。選了Crown Super Deluxe. 座落蘭桂坊一個極佳位置。餐廳地方寛大。閉環形的鐵板燒枱很有特色。裝潢用上有情調的紫色。暗暗的燈光加強了高級感。餐廳員工好國際化。有很會控制火喉的亞洲大廚。開朗幽默的侍應。知道我們來吃生日飯、又有束花。侍應很貼心地帶我們去還未有人的酒吧區拍照🤳我們點了Deluxe MenuMizuna Salad 日本芥菜沙律如此濃香菇味,有驚喜。甘筍蓉配日本芥菜口感清新又開胃。Assorted Toyosu Market Sashimi豐洲市場精選刺身厚切拖羅,肥美鮮味Tokushima Fruit Tomato 海鹽德島番茄好甜、好juicy!師傅同我地講佢來價一點也不便宜。加一點點粗鹽,味道更加分。鐵板龍蝦是澳洲龍蝦,用龍蝦膏煮sauce 😍 龍蝦只是燒到半熟、比起平時吃的彈牙多汁,更多了一份嫩滑感。surprise 🧡法國鵝肝少有的大件,吃起來有點甜甜的、嫩嫩的 而非入口即化。師傅話鵝肝用麵豉醃過、煮的時候用了點清酒、落黑椒。難怪和平時西餐吃的有不同。燒時令蔬菜原來一直放在桌上的醬油是等待呢刻。波菜配芝麻醬、蘿蔔配蒜頭豉油、菇類就配醋。的確很匹配。鹿兒島A5和牛柳 120g師傅提議我們吃三成熟,最充分地發揮和牛獨特的味道口感。夾著青森縣出產的蒜一起吃。蒜頭香加上外脆內軟口感。配搭和牛柳一起吃,真係食指大動。然後是蒜香和牛炒飯,粒粒乾身有蛋香。日式漬物👍🏼龍蝦頭味噌湯。吃到好飽飽。一位好傾、幽默既廚師,仲會互動分享食材故事,對我來說係好好加分👍🏼👍🏼 繼續閱讀

又到一年一度同BFF Ms K慶祝生日嘅大日子🎊🎊壽星女話想食鐵板燒喎!我地三心兩意,左揀右揀,最終一致決定嚟蘭桂坊呢間Crown Super Deluxe 😬😬我地一入到餐廳地方都幾大,中間有張大圓形嘅鐵板燒枱,啱哂一班十幾人一齊圍埋食鐵板燒,而家仲有一間房酒窖成幅牆擺滿唔同嘅酒,好壯觀,完全feel嗰種高級感同情調😍😍😍Staff 安排入座後仲好細心咁叫我地坐好同拉櫈,原來張櫈係絲絨好矜貴而且仲有碌,同行其中一位係大隻仔,連佢都話未坐過咁闊落同舒服嘅櫈食鐵板燒,哈哈😆我地點了Deluxe Menu 每位 $1288 🥢日本芥菜沙律,口感清新,菇菌配甘筍蓉,又開胃又有營養🥢豐洲市場精選刺身,厚切嚟嘅,唔算好特別但新鮮肥美🥢澳洲龍蝦🦞,龍蝦燒至半熟,肉質彈牙🥢德島蕃茄,十分Juicy和甜美,配粗鹽,超好食,師傅仲話呢個蕃茄來價一D都唔平🥢法國鵝肝,又厚又大件,師傅又話鵝肝係用清酒醃咗三日,口感同我平時食果然唔同,有少少煙熏味,Yummy😍🥢鹿兒島A5和牛柳 120g師傅提議我們吃三成熟,果然無介紹錯,入口即化🤩🥢燒時令蔬菜🥢蒜香和牛炒飯🥢日式漬物🥢龍蝦頭味噌湯睇得出每樣食材都很矜貴,我地都食到捧住個肚走🤭🤭師傅和Staff 不時和我們傾傾偈和拍照,開心滿足的一晚🥳🥳 繼續閱讀

食物環境都可以嘅~純粹講師傅D功夫(刀功/鏟功)非常唔俐落,上碟嘅時候經常甩甩漏漏,分贓唔勻,又要返刀,睇住D食物一仆一碌…..最失敗就係輔助師傅手邊嘅毛巾,通常抹鐵板及鐵鏟的,抹鐵板時毛巾喺食物之間游走時,把食物都碰到移位,又真係不能接受吧…..The food and environment are okay~Just want to talk about the skill of the chefs. When serving the dishes, he was very uncertain and made many mistakes, the foods were not evenly divided. The most failure was that the assistant chef had a towel on hand which was usually used for wiping the iron plate and the spatula. When he used the towel for wiping, the towel touched the foods many times. This was really unacceptable…. 繼續閱讀
