嗌咗combo b，大約$130。有湯，有汽水加一個蟹包。湯係curry crab soup。一開始聽落怪怪的，但飲落小小辣但又係cream soup咁，幾新穎同得意，味道不錯，但都係覺得有啲怪。蟹包。個包toast咗，toast到啱啱好！熱熱哋，個包面abit crispy，但咬落去係淋淋的，軟綿綿，好好味！蟹肉一舊舊好正，經調味後及好喜愛那個sauce，超級match!! 如果再多啲蟹肉會更完美，但而家份量也可以接受。所有嘢加埋好好味！抵食！好味！一定會再食！

    I had a lobster sandwich and a beer. The lobster sandwich is delicious. The place was very busy and the decor is very comfortable (basic). The price is reasonable. I will definitely visit again. My colleagues tried the king crab sandwich and the shrimp sandwich. Both praised the food. The soup that came with the set was especially good. Really worth a try.

      This is the second time I visited D.H. Crab in the Taikoo Place area in Quarry Bay. (I always visit a place twice before I review it). The first time I came was on a weekday during lunch and there was a wait for a table. So I got take out as I just don’t wait in lines. This time I went right at 1130 on a Sunday when the place opened up. And I have to say, the food was as good as first time if not better. I like the décor as it is very different than the normal squeezed in Fast Causal place. They

       I like the décor as it is very different than the normal squeezed in Fast Causal place. They have stools have backs and you can sit there without having your back and butt ache in 15 minutes. The interior is done with real wood and not that fake whatever you usually see on walls, which gives it a warm natural feeling. The colors from the pictures of the boats and crabbing make it a very colourful and comfortable setting to be in. There is even a picture of the owner up in the corner of the picture wall when he was a cook on one of the fishing boats in Dutch Harbor.

       The first time I visited, I found the soup (Curry Crab Bisque) a little salty to my liking, which means I don’t like salt at all. This time it was awesome and I asked the owner about the soup. He said it’s a recipe that that he has had for a long time, but working in Asia, (he has worked in Singapore, Korea and HK) he had to cut back on the crab base as it was seen as a little salty. Well to me, good job adjusting, oh, did I mention there was a lot of crab in each spoonful?

       I’m not a big eater as I have to keep that Island body in shape, so I had what they call a MINI Crab roll which is about half the size of the regular roll. But half or not, it was overflowing with crab meat that really tasted like crab, I mean it had the taste of the ocean in it and it was more than enough when ordered with the soup. As an island girl, I love that fresh seawater taste in Seafood which is hard to find in HK, and both the crab and lobster had it.

       But, seeing I want to eat healthy, yea sure, I ordered the lobster salad too. As salad goes, this was nothing really unusual except it was really fresh. It tasted like they had just cut the lettuce, cucumbers, green peppers etc. and everything was like crisp crunching in each bite, and with the Lobster it was awesome and abundant. The dressing was just enough in both taste and quantity. Not too much so it didn’t overpower the lobster, which seems to happen more often than not.

       The whole bill cost me $215.00 and I couldn’t finish it all, so I took the salad home. The full size crab and lobster rolls cost $100.00 (the MINI crab was $60.00). When compared to other crab and lobster roll places I’ve tried, this is about 30 to 100.00 cheaper than what is offered in other places in HK. I didn’t try their local HK craft beer that they offer, but my boyfriend did on his visit and he said it was “solid”, what ever that means.
      題外話/補充資料： The restaurant is open Tuesday through Sunday 11:30 to 9:00.

      King Crab Roll | 長腳蟹包.蟹肉份量未算澎湃 但都不算少😂 長腳蟹肉非常鮮味 加上不同的香料😋 包身塗上牛油 上半部分夠酥脆 而下半部分則像沒烘過一樣 如果可以烘的均勻點會更好😌

        唔知由幾時開始，城中興起一股Lobster Roll熱潮，賣龍蝦包嘅餐廳開到成行成市。的確係嘅，香脆嘅包夾住又大又紅卜卜嘅龍蝦鉗，鮮甜嘅蝦肉多到必晒出嚟，唔係唔吸引啊嘛？不過唔知點解我對龍蝦包又普通，始終都係鍾意芝士龍蝦伊麵多啲。星期日戇居居，見到呢度新開，我又未試過呢類型嘅包，就嚟呢度試吓啦。全場13個座位，牆上有好多蟹及風景相，環境都不錯King crab roll ($120)配一包薯片及飲品，chips以為係薯條點知係一包Lays classic薯片，失望咗；麵包用牛油輕輕煎過，外層鬆脆內層軟綿，牛油味濃郁，口感非常好；皇帝蟹肉拆肉後以適量自製蛋黃醬調味，感覺唔會太膩；蟹肉冇預期中多到滿瀉，而且太過細碎，口感冇咁好，但肉質都算爽口，微鹹有海水味Jumbo shrimp roll ($100)有4隻蝦，蝦肉清新爽口，冇其他花巧嘅醬汁，只有簡簡單單嘅鹽及香料點綴，咁就可以令鮮蝦味更加突出，肉質爽口彈牙，好味！老闆主動俾客人試吓是日餐湯，今日嘅係咖哩蟹肉湯，用原隻蜆及其他海鮮一齊煮，海水味甚濃，可惜我試咗一啖之後覺得太鹹；整體OK，但如果以薯條換咗薯片會更加吸引！

         老闆主動俾客人試吓是日餐湯，今日嘅係咖哩蟹肉湯，用原隻蜆及其他海鮮一齊煮，海水味甚濃，可惜我試咗一啖之後覺得太鹹；整體OK，但如果以薯條換咗薯片會更加吸引！

           I went during the weekend to avoid the office crowd and this joint fits in nicely with ALOHA and Healthy Chicken.

          Annoyingly, they had my favourite grilled cheese sandwich so I ordered that and a mini King Crab roll.

          The King crab roll was amazing because the bun was soft and fluffy with a slight crispiness and the crab was scrumptious as expected because the crab tasted like it was freshly taken out from the sea and oozing with seawater.

           For a new shop, I was quite impressed with the menu because they had pictures for all their rolls including the vegetarian one which most restaurants neglect.
          They also accept card.
