我比較喜歡韓國，所以都食咗好多香港嘅韓國餐廳，呢間每個食物都精緻好味，有在韓國🇰🇷的餐廳水準。今次因為人少所以叫不到太多。叫了五個食物兩支酒 都非常滿意，好幸運當日訂到位，但我只能book 到6:00 其他全被reserved . 環境似bar & restaurant , 都好有氣氛，侍應服務非常週到。唯有好像是用餐時間兩小時 ，其實如果只是食飯都足夠，但飲埋酒又好似爭小小咁。好快要去食第二次再試其他食物

Finally got to try this newly opened Korean bistro locate at sun street wanchai, took over the spot of the then Roots. We ordered soy source marinated crab x 2, prawn pancake, spicy fried chicken, bossam, spicy beef soup. We came here mainly for the soy sauce crab, it was delicious, but they serve two small rice ball with it, we had to order more rice to pair with the crabs. 。Buckwheat Kimchi Pancake ($78) - 第一次食加了蕎麥的泡菜煎餅，加入蕎麥的煎餅香脆得來又帶點煙韌，配上泡菜粉絲等材料非常美味，很有驚喜。👍🏻。Bossam ($248) - 燜豬腩肉很嫩，而且我中意佢唔會太多肥肉，配上蘿蔔泡菜和有嚼口的醃漬生魷魚令人食欲大增。。Fried Chicken ($98/4pcs) - 炸雞嫩滑多汁，外層炸粉酥脆可口，非常惹味，而且佢調味做得幾好。。Grilled Eel ($228) - 烤鰻魚則較普通，味道單調亦沒有鰻魚的油脂香，份量亦較少。。Soy Sauce Marinated Crab($258/1pc) - 喱個係我暫時係香港食過最好食嘅醬油蟹，蟹肉非常鮮甜嫩滑，蟹膏香濃，醬汁調味剛剛剛好，加入了辣椒檸檬，食落很清新爽口。👍🏻👍🏻。Bibimbap ($128) - 較fusion及健康的韓式拌紫米飯，加入了藜麥和西式生菜，拌上韓式辣醬、雞蛋、牛肉，美味同健康同時兼備。

誤打誤撞黎到，餐廳主打modern korean food醬油蟹有驚喜，唔太咸，味調得好焗雞好正，肉冇overcook，仲好嫰滑，熱lak lak 上食得嘴lam lamdumpling 就正正常常，唔係差但就冇上面兩款食物咁有驚喜會再黎食，希望之後唔好跌walt

Make sure you book in advance! We got here on a Friday just as they opened at 5pm. They were fully booked but kindly offered us the outdoor table seats until 7pm. We said we'd be done by 6pm and they said we could sit inside.We wanted to have the Danji Soju cocktails in Yuzu & Plum flavours but Plum was not available, so we thought to try just one Yuzu first. They were so kind to split it into two glasses without our asking, and the Yuzu cocktail was so good we ordered another full glass each!Ev

Cozy and comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, very delicious food. Since there were just 3 of us, only managed to try a few dishes: buckwheat kimchi crepe, Galbi, Danji fried chicken and Japchae! All of them were very delicious! Definitely want to try other dishes. Also had Gooksoondang rice wine - milky white color, goes well with the food. Thank you Jennifer!
