今日d同事同我搞生日飯..所以lunch choice左呢間餐廳試...我地大家都是第一次去...當然叫野食就唔多叻....不過佢都有寫明d set lunch既....有steak, beef, roast chicken....etc...起初以為d roast chicken好細件, 點知半隻細chicken...味道好香...但烤味較濃....而burger就比較好食...有好香既牛肉味, 加上一層cheese....簡直一絕....而且佢個包專登再烤到脆脆先放番肉上去...所以口感一流...另外, 亦try左個steak, 雖然已講明要半成熟...但內餡的確有呢個效果....奈何佢既面層太熟...所以有d un...同埋可能太熟既關係..所以d肉已經冇牛肉味...而且仲有dd既老....但整體上都ok既..而且service唔錯....好nice....另外佢既set包左甜品...cholocate既個隻cake唔錯呀...好濃濃既cholocate味...又滑..好食到唔停得口...^^

男友要看F1賽事,星期日晚8點來這裡看直播順道吃晚餐, 幸運地佔了最後一張空枱, 我們點了: 1)Caesar salad w/ bacon, 炸麵包粒極油, 絕對係敗筆! 2)Steak, eggs and chips, 牛扒偏鹹, 太陽蛋煎得剛剛好, 薯條就係一般貨色另點了一支礦泉水和啤酒, 服務雖不至於周到細心, 但效率和態度都不錯.

Love the atmosphere there... some hip-hop, pop muzak playing in the hse...Happy hour drinks are surprisingly not expensive at all... esp. my frd and my fav. Hoegaarden..$42 / pint. Just to mention they always miscalculate TUNA MELT. It's $58 on the menu, but turns out $88 EVERYTIME i go there!!!!So remember to check ur bill before paying~!

別過izza bar 後，走過對面來到devil's avocate. 趁還未過happy hour 先來murphy's 和new castle 各一，兩款都是黑啤，宲道當然前者較佳。跟著order 了tuna melt，來到被它的外形嚇親，這裡的三文治不是普通的plain bread，而是兩塊特厚的Focaccino，中間滿瀉的tuna salad，還有伴碟的勁量薯條，看著已覺很飽。Focaccino 吃落有少許蕃茄味，幾清新，tuna salad 啲醬太多了，似是在吃沙律醬而不是tuna，伴碟的薯條ok 啦，但好似雪藏貨咁，冇乜薯味。以淨飲來說，這裡抵過pizza bar，生啤種類也不少，不失為一個好地方。

要找一處地方喝一杯，選這裡，純因那張沙發呈u型，三個人坐，會比較舒適。大銀幕及小電視同播ESPN，音樂不算嘈吵，環境尚可。是晚喝了三輪。先來的是凍檸茶，因為之前已喝了一杯打底，所以要非酒精飲品來緩衝一下。第二輪是Strongbow，酒味淡，酸味卻極重，友人說的對，絕對是「溝水」之作。最後一杯要了Kronenbourg 1664，算是最「正路」的選擇，因還有下場，只乾了半杯。沒有下酒的花生及薯片，所以亦點了一些小吃來佐佐。炸薯條是幼身的，完全沒有薯味，真是不說也不知自己在吃薯條！洋蔥圈脆漿極厚，亦炸得相當油膩，甚至有「滴油」的感覺，稱之作「垃圾食物」，亦不為過。現在想起來，也不明為何自己會曾對這裡的炸洋蔥圈留有不錯的印象，奇怪奇怪。大家輕輕鬆鬆，談談笑笑，結賬後分道揚鑣，也不錯。題外話：這裡的第一個食評是我寫的，四年多前的事了。第四個，也是我，貶眼又幾年。

難得今天大家都在, 趁離別前來個午飯聚會! There is a choice of spinach potato nutmeg soup/ green papaya salad, we all chose the soup. It tasted so-so, 冇乜味. 難以置信的晚餐。每個星期一晚是Devil's Advocate 的Monster's Night / Pizza Night - 只須$89 便有一個starter、一個12 吋pizza 同兩杯drinks（beer / house wine / soft drinks）。是晚要了客Calamari 和Pesto Chicken and Mushroom Pizza：Calamari 新炸，炸漿有黑胡椒碎，唔錯...伴食的mayonnaise 只得鹹味；Pizza 係即叫即整，可custom made，係薄既餅底...個邊好脆，有D 燶，但個芯就比較稔；由於佢用無extra dressing / pickling 既茄醬做base，所以overall 個味比較plain，但用料- 尤其是蘑菇- 好fresh，雞胸粒都唔錯- 唔o鞋。就個量而言，對兩個窈窕「淑女」- 甚或兩個老外- 而言，份量奇多，相當抵食。
