Ebb and Flow released their spring afternoon tea and since it is berry based, I decided to try it.The Spring Blossom and Fruit Tea offered was really good even though I am a coffee person. I preferred the Spring Moon and we could choose not to add honey.The afternoon tea is served and the taste was lovely. The berry based desserts are on the tarty side but I enjoyed it a lot. However, after the finishing the afternoon tea, I was just not hungry yet I actually had a ramen just an hour ago. Maybe

The food & atmosphere are wonderful. It gives off a warm vibe. Unfortunately for the staff who works hard, the supervisor on duty was rude & bossy. She would avoid attending customers & look for a waitress who is already busy to attend customers so you can imagine the overall service is below average.It’s a pity because service is one of the essential elements of an eatery inside a hotel.

昨天在中央圖書館上完堂，下午放假休息下。就去咗這𥚃嘆下，沒有期望之下，就有少少驚喜！向女部長示意一個人，已經一路帶我入坐，仲有兩個 table 比我選擇，我當然選擇靠牆不當眼位置啦！坐下即刻問我食飯抑或飲嘢？為的是預備餐具，並遞上溫水和 iPad menu，隔了一陣子就走過來問我想食咩？服務不錯👍🏻！我點了豚肉生薑配日本飯，頭盆有餐湯（薯仔湯）和沙律選擇，因為我不吃 cheese, 問沙律可否走芝士👍🏻，侍應說可以，於是頭盆叫沙律。 點餐後，送上麵包牛油，吃完後，遞上蔬菜沙律🥗，好新鮮！主菜送上，有少少驚喜！明明叫豚肉生薑燒，點解有一碟蔬菜天婦羅嘅？仲要皮薄鬆脆好好味！豚肉生薑燒都好味，肉片不太肥，薑片少咗啲，有好多大蒜，好入味！吃吧！送上至愛嘅黑咖啡，慢慢休息嘆下！

《Ebb&Flow》📍銅鑼灣告士打道310號柏寧酒店地下呢個地方嘅氛圍非常好😆，環境都好清靜好適合朋友約會嘅地方👍🏻，而佢哋新出嘅「粉紅色夢幻茶會」都非常適合打卡📸，食物嘅味道都唔錯🤤，推廣期：2023年7月1日至8月31日 （僅適用於週六、週日和公共假日）供應時間：下午3時 至 5時，要食嘅就快d去啦🤩，唔好錯過啦😇‼️➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖✨ 粉紅色夢幻茶會$258/位 $458/2位 （8/10）鹹甜美點包括手工製作龍蝦軟包和煙燻三文魚卷，櫻桃、百香果和覆盆子巧克力奶油杯，新鮮草莓拿破崙、傳統英式鬆餅及粉紅蔓越莓鬆餅配以果醬與英式奶油🧁而我覺得係咸食方面最出色嘅係三文魚卷，佢地採用嘅三文魚都好新鮮😆，而且魚油香味都好濃🤤，而係飲品方面🍸，草莓味都好突出✨，佢地嘅草莓冰沙都有好濃嘅草莓味😍，佢地嘅傳統英式鬆餅及粉紅蔓越莓鬆餅都好鬆化✨，拿破崙都好脆，一d都唔膩😋➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖✨食物（8/10）✨環境（9/10）✨服務（9/10）

Shopping in Causeway Bay can be tiring. Pullman hotel lobby ( ex - Parklane) is a convenient place to take a break and chit chat with friends!The menu is not huge but it has something for everyone. We ordered the afternoon tea staples - club sandwich with french fries, waffle with ice cream , earl grey tea and homemade fruit tea. The waffle was a bit over cooked but everything else was yummy.Only issue I have with this restaurant is that it does not come with a wheelchair friendly toilet.

I am a not-so-regular patron of the Ebb & Flow but I chose to go there couple times for lunch in the past months as  i always enjoy the food and the relax atmosphere there. Yesterday  I was a bit bothered with the $70 per cup of Americano. I brought two clients there for lunch;  each of them ordered set but I deviated a bit to have my fish & chip (ala carte). I later found that my cup of coffee alone costs $70 which is around 33% of the set lunch price. I do know that I should be charged $70 for

去咗柏寧Hotel staycation， 去咗酒店大堂側邊有呢間Bar餐廳飲嘢。餐廳設計好新潮，最矚目的是白色圓形内裏紫色嘅半圓凳，坐落去好舒服、好有Cyber feel。叫咗一杯fruit punch, 朋友點咗咖啡附送餅乾，好細心，坐得好舒服，好chill 呀！

男朋友生日，係k網站book左個package係包埋下午茶既，checkin完坐陣就落去食👍🏻環境好靚，望海，裝修亦好開揚，唔會有壓逼感✨安排左窗邊位置比我地✨野食有五款，兩鹹三甜。有scone、朱古力撻、牛油蛋糕、串燒同埋煎餃子。我本身好鍾意食scone，覺得佢地個scone好好食👍🏻唔會一餅嘢好實咁✨其次係串燒，雖然同出面差唔多，但作為串燒係好食既，唔會因為係酒店就好大期望🤣 至於其他就普普通通，因為6點要食晚餐都冇食曬。嘢飲有蘋果汁嗰啲可以任斟❤️望住個景咩都補翻曬👍🏻✨

Throw back to Christmas last year ~I had 3 dishes at Ebb & Flow - seafood platter, fish fillet and potato and pork with grilled veggies. This lunch was apart of my staycation package and I had an overall pleasant experience - food was decent for the price. However, I wouldn’t recommend the pork. We got two glasses of complementary champagne. The service was great but expected as this is a 4-star hotel after all. 

假日，由朋友介紹到位於銅鑼灣柏寧酒店地下的西餐廳享用午餐。餐廳設計走簡約風，燈光柔和，與鄰座相距甚遠，十分舒適。其中一邊牆身有高身梳化，牆上掛有香港舊式建築的圖畫，很有特色。餐牌用平板電腦顯示，午餐包括前菜（湯或沙律）、主菜及咖啡或茶，價錢只須$208，以酒店地方來說，相當吸引。點好食物，先送來餐前麵包，軟棉棉的，鬆軟而麥味濃。我點了蕃茄雜豆湯作前菜，熱騰騰的相當暖胃，蕃茄湯酸甜開胃，令我提神。內裡紅腰豆、白豆和黑豆，增加了口感。朋友選的煙鴨胸羽衣甘藍沙律，賣相不錯，嫰綠的羽衣甘藍配上鮮紅的車厘茄和青瓜，各款蔬菜新鮮。煙鴨胸嫰滑有鹹香，十分滋味。主菜送來了，我選了照燒金菇牛肉卷、日式炒野菜及日本米。金菇牛肉卷的牛肉燒得剛剛好熟透，仍保持牛肉的細嫰。淋上照燒汁，相當惹味。炒野菜顏色豐富，吸引食慾，紅蘿蔔絲、椰菜絲和冬菇絲十分爽口。日本米飯軟熟微甜，溫度極高。朋友選了香煎新鮮石斑魚柳，賣相精緻，就像一件藝術品。表面的魚柳大大片，魚肉細嫰，肉味香濃。底下配菜有青瓜和小蕃茄，清新健康。我們接著點了餐飲，我點了熱檸茶，它提供TWG的茶包，熱茶香醇，入口香滑。餐廳使用了Degrenne品牌的茶具，

Staycation 包埋海鮮晚餐🦞Starter係海鮮拼盤，比較好食竟然係熟蝦🦐夠爽，而生蠔都新鮮🦪有海水味，龍蝦普普通通，其他海螺青口就麻麻😅Soup係法式洋蔥湯🧅洋蔥味極濃好甜，麵包已經浸係湯入面，吸哂湯汁😋配上瑞士emmental cheese，味道濃郁🍲之後到Main course，分別係Angus Ribeye Steak 🥩 同Seafood Risotto🍚 Ribeye Steak 一放底…薄既程度有如大X活😮‍💨一心諗住比次機會佢，可能味度唔錯呢…結果係..煎得香既，火力夠煎到2面油香出黎，好過大X活😅 Risotto都麻麻🙄好重奶騷味，蜆就大隻，可惜蜆肉就好似蠔豉既size..蟹鉗好鹹🦀最後係甜品，小仙子同小🐷都無咩expectation🥲都係普通牛奶奶凍配唔甜既士多啤梨🍓總括而言Dinner普普通通

//環境🌕🌕🌕🌑🌑 間餐廳就係lobby，附近都多人出入，座位都係普通木檯木凳，唔算特別舒適😂不過服務態度超好，仲有口罩套提供，加分!! //食物🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕 佢個set lunch 包一款頭盤同一款主菜，menu會日日轉既，而我地就order左香蒜忌廉湯，紅酒燴牛尾寬條麵同香煎海鱸魚柳🤪首先上既係麵包，口感超級鬆軟，佢既好食程度令我對之後既野食更加期待😍碗香蒜忌廉湯面頭淋左D橄欖油，飲落蒜香味好濃，creamy得黎唔會覺得膩，最正係佢加左煙肉碎，令個湯多一份鹹香之餘，口感都更加豐富🥰個紅酒牛尾寬條麵雖然紅酒味唔算好出，但個麵有手工麵條既彈牙，同軟嫩既牛肉絲形成一個美妙既口感，表現亮眼🤩而個煎鱸魚我最鍾意係個汁，佢係用味噌去調配，味道香醇，同個魚好夾😜魚肉好嫩滑，不過美中不足既係個魚皮煎得唔夠香脆🥲

同朋友來這裏staycation, staycation package 跟了Ebb & Flow 的海鮮晚餐. 首先上咗個海鮮拼盤，一嚟到賣相OK，食落去就知道食物質素一般，D海鮮雪到一啲口感都冇，淨係覺得冇乜味. 之後上個法式洋蔥湯，我覺得還可以. 跟住就係主菜, D薯條嘅賣相真係非常差，塊牛扒一般唔係話好好味. 全晚最差就係嗰個意大利燴飯，覺得個汁同個飯係唔match 同埋真係唔係好似意大利飯. 成個Staycation最失望嘅就係跟呢個晚餐. 😣整體來講侍應服務有禮, 餐飲環境舒適但食物質素有待改善.

Torn for choices in the causeway bay area, I was wanting something which was western, slightly decadent, and with comfortable seating. Preferably with the option to order champagne to wash down the previous week's miseries. i also wanted somewhere where the terre d'hermes I wore would stills smell like an overpriced perfume and not a cocktail of bacon grease and sandelwood when I finished dining. I wanted casual but slightly fancy brunch with prices that are accessible for us daily MTR users. Th
