好吃是好吃,毕竟是Black Sheep集团旗下,出品一般都不会差。人气也很高,几次工作日中午路过都在排长队 (walk-in only),但开在IFC这样的地方确实毫无性价比。·主打pasta和pizza,short menu,定位应该是Italian bistro但又不明确。菜式和食材都只能算小酒馆,份量也一般,全靠heavy的调味以及大量的碳水给人直白的饱腹感,但价格和环境却都不轻松。·【Carpaccio di Gamberi Rossi】红虾反复捶打成泥状,混合柠檬和葱碎的清香,橄榄油淡淡的青草和辛辣香气次第推进,让一股软糯而多变的鲜甜在味蕾上游走。·吃得这么小心仔细是因为一共就薄薄一层差不多两三口的量,恨不得把盘底刮出声来。·【Linguine al Granchio e Gamberi】没创意但不出错的番茄蒜香调味,意面相当入味,但盘底油比较大。蟹肉丝丝缕缕缠绕其间,让每一口面条都挂上若有若无的鲜味。·虾仁不知是默认这样还是失手,我觉得处理得蛮糟糕的,肉质就跟冻货一样软耷耷,没有一丝期待中的饱满脆弹。·【Rigatoni alla Genovese】是signature之一也是最喜欢的一道,管子粗的rigatoni是得天独厚的酱汁载体,浓稠的洋葱炖牛肉酱埋在通心面下、附在通心面上、填进通心面中,在奶酪的黏合下与之融为一体,咸香味无处不在。·Rigatoni在香港的意菜餐厅中并不常见,口感也很地道,结实但并不夹生,在酱汁缓缓溢出的咬合瞬间,牙齿也能清晰地感受到它的质地。可能因为形状,我甚至觉得它比长条状意面更有嚼劲。·酒单一张是easygoing的餐酒,一张是premium selection,餐酒走量,可以by glass/half bottle/bottle,这点还是考虑细致,不过酒款介绍真的写了等于没写,非常的意大利。·Waiters态度热情幽默,但倒水拿纸巾这些细节还是有疏漏。

Pizza was good but it was over priced. Nobody should be paying close to $300 for a pizza. But what can you expect? This is a Black Sheep Restaurant, renowned for serving decent, simple meal with an expensive price tag in the Central area… Toppings on my pizza were simple and the provola affumicata went well with the chili. The pizza at this place never disappoints but that’s because I am not Italian. 個 pizza 都算好食。不過價錢就真係有D貴。其實都係麵包🍞加芝士,洗晤洗收幾百蚊。薄餅D料都算晤錯。個pizza辣辣地,夾埋D菠菜一齊都幾好味。

ifc呢家意大利菜又是一個我將會無限安可的餐廳!在香港比較少專門做那不勒斯菜的意大利餐廳🥹今晚吃的我們一行幾人直接找餐廳要來麵包把每個盤子都刮乾淨了!!-Linguine alle vongole 💰hkd278 圖四以經典的蛤蜊意面拉開序幕!白葡萄酒激發出蛤蜊極其鮮甜的一面,蒜香增添層次感。扁意面和清甜的醬汁簡直不要太配🥹Rigatoni alla Genovese 💰hkd248 圖三超寬超可愛的通心粉配上洋蔥帶來極其濃厚的口感!帕瑪森芝士🧀的調味再添醇厚奶香,吃上一口配🍷不要太開心!🥳當日最佳絕對是圖一seasonal的蝦🦐蟹肉意面,羅勒🌿是最點睛的一筆。但是因為是季節性的所以我連名字都不知道hahah-前菜和pizza每一樣都很頂🆙有把這家菜單都刷一遍的衝動🥹🥹

Located at 1st floor of the ifc mall, a recommended Italian restaurant specialising in pizza and pasta.The starter salami bread is nice for a small stomach as a main - the crusty dough is fried in nice olive oil which adds to a great taste.Today’s special seafood linguine is a happy surprise for whoever enjoys the original taste of the pasta and prawns, mixed in crabmeat’s fresh flavour.Overall not a bad choice if you miss Italian food. The waiters and waitresses are very friendly - happy to introduce their menu and keeping an eye on empty glasses too - a satisfactory experience.

Falcone位於中環IFC, 係Blacksheep旗下嘅意大利餐廳。餐廳主打正宗拿玻里Pizza、手工意粉。餐廳環境高雅古典,充滿異國風情。啱晒同朋友gathering/約心儀對象dating💕 🍕Porchette e Provola ($258)拿玻里Pizza, 餅底鬆軟有咬口,餅邊好脆!Provola 芝士個味道好濃郁,配搭煙肉同焦糖洋蔥,甜香味濃!🍕Capricciosa ($258)呢個Pizza味道比另一個Pizza較淡味,可能因為蘑菇真係好多,有啲蓋過埋芝士同火腿嘅味道,所以我哋都係鍾意另一個Pizza,個味道豐富好多!🍝Rigatoni alla Genovese ($248) 粗管意粉配以慢煮牛肉,紫洋蔥同芝士, 入口惹味十足。尤其鍾意佢個Al tende口感!!! 呢個超好食!必試!🍰Nemesis Al Cioccolato ($98)朱古力蛋糕嘅朱古力味好香濃,而且食落去口感好smooth,個味道就好似心太軟咁。旁邊嘅忌廉主要用嚟平衡返個甜味,因為個蛋糕真係好甜,如果唔太鍾意啲好甜嘅蛋糕,可以考慮其他甜品。🎀Melo’s rating: 🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑(5個🍑為滿分)餐廳只接受Walk in (不過可以提早email佢哋排wait list)嗰日我哋七點去到攞飛,最後都等咗個半鐘先有得入座。
