來到Feather&Bone,咬落去個牛扒三文治真係彈牙又惹味🥪,中間嘅牛肉厚身而嫩滑,汁液喺口腔爆開,感覺真係正到爆炸!Egg Benedict做得平平常常,賣相唔錯但味道冇乜特別嘅驚喜,個蛋流心得啱啱好,靚仔過實在。咖啡就有啲失色😔,太酸噴噴,未夠香濃,唔夠我心水。呢度環境真係一流,坐係二樓露台嘅話,飲住杯野望望天,一流享受😌。總括黎講,牛扒三文治確實撼動到我呢位美食博主嘅味蕾,值得再嚟一試。下次嚟可以純粹專攻佢哋嘅肉類美食,期待再有驚喜。 繼續閱讀

好耐無咁投入咁寫食評喇!剛去咗間位於中環嘅餐廳,我就係去試食佢哋嘅扒同甜品🍰。首先提下佢哋嘅Dry Aged牛扒,哇塞,真係咬落去肉汁四濺,好嫩滑,簡直就係嚼開快樂的味蕾派對🎉!原來,除咗主菜噏噏咁正,佢哋嘅Bread & Butter Pudding 同 Chocolate Brownie 都唔遜色呀!Bread & Butter Pudding 真係鬆軟得黎,蜜糖香味撲鼻;至於Brownie,就外層微脆,入口即溶,巧克力香濃得黎又唔係過甜,係甜品控嘅話,真係唔可以錯過喇🍫。喺服務方面,大家真係要講下,Azza哥服務態度超好,願意分享佢嘅推介,令我哋成晚食得咁開心。好多時食扒房,大家可能會凌住主菜唔記得留肚,但我要話你知,喺呢度,甜品都係必試嘅尾場大戲啊🤤!要講嘅就係,呢度唔單止食得開心,餐廳環境都幾舒服,適合悠閒地同三五知己嘆下午茶或者慶祝下。下次想食扒或者搵間靚餐廳,唔好錯過咯! 繼續閱讀

Feather & Bone is a steakhouse known for its "butcher-to-table" concept that guests could visit the butcher's counter, choose their cut of protein and how they prefer the meat to be prepared. Serving consistent and serious steaks, it is a reliable spot for connoisseur of meat.The Mid-Levels branch is nestled in a community of residences and walk-ups, situated right opposite to a grocery store of the same name. We have enjoyed our time with the patient and attentive catering team.- 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚕𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚝𝚜 -✧ 𝗧-𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗲 (𝟴/𝟭𝟬)Visiting on a Tuesday, we definitely had to have t-bone for sake of the "T-bone Tuesday" offer. We ordered two pieces of steaks, asking for one cooked to medium while another medium rare. Both of them were rarer than we have expected, but that did not compromise their flavours and texture.T-bone steak contains a strip of top loin and a chunk of tenderloin, both desired cuts on their own. It is not a fatty cut but was still tender and beefy. Very delectable. The steak came with charred shallots, roasted whole garlics and mustards of our choice.✧ 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗯 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗶, $𝟭𝟵𝟴 (𝟳/𝟭𝟬)The pasta itself was not comparable to those in restaurants specialising in it. Yet the seasoning and spiciness were on-point. There was also generous amount of crab meat. Generally an appetising one.✧ 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗝𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘀, $𝟳𝟴 (𝟳/𝟭𝟬)The pumpkin wedges were seasoned with chilli, pomegranate molasses and mint yoghurt. It was an interesting combination and it somehow reminded me of middle-eastern cuisine.✧ 𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗽 𝘁𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁, $𝟴𝟴 (𝟲.𝟱/𝟭𝟬)Prawn mousse was whipped on white bread and flash-fried. 沿住扶手電梯一直上到頂,今日黎到Feather and Bone happy friday🎉無論server同客人都係外國人為主,加埋佢既裝修設計,一踏入餐廳都有種去咗外國既感覺,好有feel!Server好熱情,主動為我地介紹menu上面既food and drink items餐牌上面牛既選擇唔多,事關想食牛可以出counter慢慢揀~ 即場磅完再同廚師講想點煮 就可以等食~Grain Fed Ribeye + Creamed SpinachRibeye叫左Medium,個人覺得岩岩好!牛排烤到充滿油香,完全唔韌同埋冇筋,就算我地影左陣相 佢都仲好淋好好食。我冇加到醬,配埋面頭既鹽同mustard都好足夠,一定會再番黎食牛Side dish好香好creamy,好邪惡但又好好食朋友叫既Chicken Parmigiana,份量超多,有兩大塊雞,上面仲舖滿左芝士,超肥仔!雞肉唔鞋,而加連沙律菜都好好食,好香橄欖油味~ 但私心推薦牛多啲🤣呢個環境點可以唔飲野,飲品叫左3 Butchers Sangria, 個人覺得佢淡左啲,但勝在夠大杯,一杯飲左成餐飯~兩個人埋單$800有找,下次會再黎🎉 繼續閱讀

☕️沿着半山行人電梯走到接近羅便臣道,就在摩羅廟街口,就會經過在中環半山的Feather & Bone在半山的分店,看到綠色的門面就是了,非常易認☺️大家一定不會走錯.🏡如只是購買咖啡☕️或麵包、蛋糕、鬆餅🥯小吃等,就可直接到旁邊的小窗口自助下單,裡面有個帥氣小哥咖啡師為你服務🥰.買完後就可沿着大街樓梯上一個開放式的露天平台享用,慢慢享受現在的初秋天氣🍂😌.⭐️性价比:4/5星💰人均:$50港元 繼續閱讀
