I was blown away by not only the food quality, but also the price and service. These types of 'finger foods' 'tapas' style is exactly what I love to, food grilled on a stick. We were served but a very nice lady who kindly explained about their crafted beer. We had the following: Soft-shell crabcob on the cornbeef rendang onigiri (blows your mind) Sichuan Chicken WingsVery good price, very good crafted booze, and good service. Will definitely come again.

◽️今次要介紹嘅餐廳係位於堅尼地城嘅 Fugazi,係提供各款串燒嘅酒吧。裝潢貫徹住工業風,而一旁仲擺設咗鞦韆椅,營造出舒服嘅氣氛。Fugazi is located at Kennedy Town, which is a bar providing various kinds of skewers. It is decorated with industrial style, with a hanging chair aside that creates a cosy environment.◾️連殼烤美國帶子 (US Scallop) $38帶子配上蒜蓉及牛油,令到味道更惹味,另可加少量青檸汁提升鮮味。The scallop is served together with garlic butter that gives a gamy flavour. Few drops of lime juice could further enhance the taste of the scallop.◽️和牛牛柳 (Wagyu Beef) $36肉質鮮嫩,用上鹽同胡椒調味,略嫌味道過鹹掩過肉味本身。Wagyu beef is tender in texture. The saltiness of salt and pepper covers the taste the wagyu itself.◾️印度烤雞肉 (Tandoori Chicken) $25味道帶少少辣,擁有印度風味道濃烈嘅特色,幾推薦依款串燒。It has a strong flavour of Indian style tandoori chicken, with a slightly spicy taste. We recommend you to try this skewer.◽️紅蝦 (Red Prawn) $25肉離殼令到更容易剝殼,肉質結實,味道則較淡。The shell can be peeled off easily. Red prawn is tough in texture, but the taste is quite plain.◾️海螺 (Sea Snail) $48質感好彈牙,加少許青檸汁能更好地提味。Sea Snail is chewy. It matches well with the lime juice, that gives a refreshing flavour.◽️日式燒菠蘿 (Yaki Pineapple) $22烤過嘅菠蘿表面形成少許焦糖,令表面嘅質感爽脆,同時味道變得更甜,少了一份酸澀味,頗推薦這款串燒。Pineapple is caramelized on the surface after grilling, that gives a crunchy layer on top. Also, the flavour becomes sweeter and the level of sourness can be reduced. We recommend you to try this.◾️粟米棒 (Cob Corn) $28烤過嘅粟米比較乾身,變得粒粒分明,撒上少量鹽可以加強味道。Corn becomes dry after grilling. Saturday night drinks and dinner with the hubster, one of his colleagues was Fugazi.An Asian grill in Kennedy Town - the western part of Hong Kong island, has plenty of sake, beer, spirits, wine and whisky on offer.Foods primarily include grilled skewers, but also a few other appetizers like Indian samosas and Nepalese or Tibetan momos.The momos were an absolute hit with the hubster.All was good on the food front except for the main entree - the vegetarian red curry. I'm assuming they completely forgot the salt and hence it tasted one dimensional. It was housed with okra, eggplants, tomatoes and fried tofu, served with basmati rice.We tried a couple of their sake and kept on topping it up, followed by whiskeys.

a great bar with a great atmosphere, the drinks are reasonably priced, the patrons entertaining and the staff hospitible.after a couple drinks the food goes down very well as well. the swing chairs at the back are also a fun twist to any visit!the big appeal are the drinks. sit your self at the bar and the beers and cidres in tap while limited are big hitters. the food served is classic yakitori style and is served on skewers. these bite sized morsels are packed with flavour and are a perfect partner for beer.

2019第一餐晚飯,亦都係我第一個生日飯😅係另一個APP搵到呢間,仲要訂五點半有半價,即時心心眼😍 加上午餐食好少,早啲食完全唔係問題😁😁又近港鐵站,幾好😃👍🏼在對面馬路望到佢喇,個門口都唔多似正門咁,但好有型咁😎 行到門外,噫⋯⋯未有客,都驚驚地,有時都不太喜歡包場 feel ,但一場黎到,入啦😅 急急忙忙之下好似揀錯位咁,坐咗 bar 枱兼對住咗落單位,好似要對住個侍應食嘢咁👉🏼👈🏼⋯⋯好彩,坐坐都無咩嘢,侍應都好nice 兼有禮😊 都傾咗兩句。 內部裝修都好有型😎餐牌食物唔多唔少,一面睇哂,有四款咖哩飯添。反而酒嘅選擇就幾多下🍷🥂🍻🍶 ,其實成間店都少少酒吧feel 。 但唔好意思,我倆都唔好酒😝 所以我叫咗杯凍檸茶,侍應都好細心,上檸茶時上多一杯水,仲要唔係水喉水,讚👍🏼😊我倆叫了7款串燒,一碟軟殼蟹1~蒜香牛油龍葵菇⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️2~海鹽牛油露筍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️呢兩款我哋都encore咗,露筍仲叫多兩串添,好味之餘,亦覺好抵,廿六有成6段!3~鹽、胡椒海螺,有炸蒜片伴碟⭐️⭐️⭐️4~鹽、胡椒和牛牛柳 ⭐️⭐️(但未係勁好味,所以無encore😛)5~小茴香、四川辣椒新彊羊柳⭐️⭐️⭐️ (好味,好有羊味,但女友麻麻地食羊,好難得佢試一小粒,而今晚我胃口一般,所以一串就夠lu,呀!雖然話有四川辣椒,我又唔多覺辣🤔)6~海鹽日式燒波蘿⭐️⭐️ (ok啦,唔夠好味,但以廿二蚊一串黎講,份量好夠😃)7~沙嗲雞肉⭐️ (肉質麻麻,沙嗲醬都唔夠香,所以呢個係全晚最低分😏)8~全枱最貴嘅出場喇,五十八蚊,脆香軟殻蟹,配泰式沾汁 ⭐️⭐️⭐️(雖然未夠脆未夠香,但同但泰式汁好夾,好味😋👍🏼)最後真係有半價!食咗9串加全隻軟殻蟹兩再加一杯凍檸茶再加埋tips,每人都係一百蚊,超值😁✌🏼
