@中環前幾日去咗大館行,有一排冇嚟都幾多新展覽睇。行完有啲累就揾個地方坐下。呢間喺一座嘅「Gishiki Longue」環境好靚好有特色,坐得好舒服。呢到menu都有好多款cocktail可以揀,有興趣仲可以叫bartender調配一款你最鍾意嘅酒。仲有一啲小食送酒,同朋友放鬆下一流。Ō-tobide (大飛出) $138(Peachy, grapey, bubbles)Gin, orange sake, white peach, upcycled wine 呢杯以水果為主打,表面有啲士多啤梨同芒果做嘅泡泡,聞落去好香。飲落去就有啲橙同桃嘅香味。Jūroku (十六) $138(Coconutty, velvet, refreshing)Rum, coconut, hyuganatsu shrub, anko paint, pineapple foam 朋友飲呢杯相對上light啲,佢以椰子作為主打。啲正方形嘅冰好靚,仲有啲掛邊嘅紅豆。色香味俱全。Cheese & cold cuts ($118)18 months comté, Brie, ibérico bellota choriz

呢盤有兩款芝士同肉,好適合送酒食。質素都唔錯㗎,芝士香滑尤其係Brie,火腿同腸仔味道適中都唔會太鹹。
Ebi tempura ($88)
Light, crispy coated shrimps
好耐冇食日本嘢,見到有炸蝦就叫咗。佢一碟四隻都好大隻,好脆好爽口彈牙。個天婦羅汁仲有少少柚子嘅味道,好夾。
