We were pleasantly surprised by the food at this gastropub. It was excellent. We had the Chicken Tikka, light Butter Chicken, some Paneer, and some naan and roti. All was freshly cooked and you could tell it was made with plenty of experience. The place was empty when we went in, it looks inviting but perhaps because we were having a late lunch it wasn’t a popular time. I do highly recommend this establishment. Only thing is that the dishes came out a little staggered, would have been good to get the Naan at the same time as the tikka. Also I don’t think they have a bathroom, didn’t really check. Otherwise thumbs up.

👦🏻喺中環做做下嘢遇上滂沱大雨,見到間酒吧日唞有印度菜set lunch食,決定入去試下。Indian Set Lunch $88湯🥣/沙律🥗+主菜🍛+甜品🍮✨輕盈牛油咖喱雞餐湯係平時食印度菜比較少飲到嘅魚湯。魚味好濃郁,但係一啲都唔腥。佢哋有幾款午餐set,但不約而同都係咖喱🍛。佢哋嘅butter chicken同平時食開嘅有啲唔同。幼滑重牛油香,但番茄味🍅係少有嘅濃,酸酸地幾開胃。雞肉亦都係超級滑💯。甜品係浸糖水Rasgulla,味道好甜好甜。👦🏻比較鐘意浸甜牛奶嘅Rasmalai。📍Gomes’ Gastropub (中環)中環半山堅道58-62號地舖

最近成日食印度菜,朋友仔話係港島區有嘅食印度菜嘅酒吧好Chill叫我一定要去試吓💓於是就趁放假就過咗中環半山區果邊啦☺️哩間印度菜酒吧叫「Gomes’ Gastropub」係堅道,就係孫中山紀念館落少少嘅位置,參觀完紀念館就落去食個飯飲杯嘢就very good fit 啦😝Gomes’ Gastropub 鋪面用咗墨綠色做主色調,配上昏黃燈光的確好有格調👍🏻 而半開放式設計的確令人感覺好chill👍🏻 朋友果然冇介紹錯🤭坐低首先叫咁兩杯啤酒🍻飲,每日8pm前係SOCIAL HOUR ,生啤都只係$40杯🍺抵到爛啊❤️跟住就開始點餐啦💓今日叫啲同平時唔一樣嘅嘢先🤭🫓 Chef Gomes' Light Butter ChickenGomes大廚創作的輕盈牛油咖哩雞傳統嘅牛油咖哩雞係帶有堅果🌰而且香料比較多,大廚特意創出輕盈牛油咖哩雞令到食落更為健康之餘更保留應有的creamy質感,無論香料味定辣味都非常到位❤️🫓Lamb Seekh Kebab 烤羊肉串珍妮推介,必試食物,鐘意食羊嘅你一定不能錯過🙌🏻 用咗免治羊腿肉混合埋香料、辣椒、肉桂、蒜頭同薑,咬落口非常惹味而且肉質結實彈口,再配埋薄荷酸辣醬一齊食,口感更加豐富👍🏻 🫓 Punjab’s Saag Paneer 旁遮普邦菠菜燴芝士食得肉多要食返啲菜平衡返😝菠菜同香料一齊煮熟再加上茅屋芝士配合簡單的烹調手法,提升味道之餘又不失食材真味。🫓Plan Naan 原味烤餅/Garlic Naan 蒜香烤餅烤餅幾乎係每一次食印度菜都必叫嘅食物,用嚟點醬汁簡直係一流💓烤餅口感非常厚身👍🏻 蒜香烤餅更充滿濃濃嘅蒜香,流人垂涎欲滴🤤

#星星之食評 🇮🇳 🇮🇳 🇮🇳我好掛住印度嘢呀!之前我大概一個月會去兩次印度~因為我有request飛印度機!所以其實印度菜我都成日食㗎!每次食都覺得好似返咗屋企咁~ 最近有終於去咗食餐豐富嘅印度餐~ 突然間發現原來都好耐冇食~🧡 🧡 🧡戈爾市場石榴水及德里香料水醬餅頭盤出來係六支test tube 🧪加六個脆餅~一睇個賣相就覺得可愛吸睛~食法係揀一個試管再倒落脆餅到,然後再一啖放入口,感覺脆脆又有酸甜,好開胃!之後我仲試左兩種口味一齊倒!薄荷又帶點紅石榴甜味~唔錯~🧡 🧡 🧡輕盈牛油咖哩雞&蒜香芝士烤餅Butter chicken係我去印度必食嘅一道菜~今次見到我係一定要嗌!咖哩香濃加埋牛油味,融合埋個雞,食得返我去印度嘅感覺~以前我去酒店成日嗌嘅~有咖喱一定要叫烤餅~呢個烤餅真係冇得輸,芝士夾喺烤餅嘅中間,食落嘅幸福感覺~🧡 🧡 🧡勒克㛴羊腿咖哩羊腿咖哩我認為係必點嘅其中嘅一味餸!呢隻大羊腿佢係大件~但佢切出嚟唔靭,好快就可以將佢啲肉切出嚟~食落口嫩滑又入味,都係配烤餅一流!🧡 🧡 🧡煙燻雞塊印度人都鍾意香口嘢,而叫Chicken tikka就最好不過啦!用鐵板上一出到嚟已經非常香,出晒煙咁睇到都好想即刻食,加埋皮到有啲燒焦,簡直香上加香~食落雞柳都嫩,香薰雞肉最岩襯冰凍嘅啤酒~🧡 🧡 🧡烤羊肉串鍾意羊嘅朋友不妨試試烤羊串,加埋檸檬汁,又係一個香口之選~🧡 🧡 🧡加爾各答烤牛肉串望到個名又再思鄉,Kolkata帶給我一個有一個難以忘記嘅凌晨~Transit有蚊,要望住cleaner清潔,放工想即刻返屋企瞓覺~Btw,講返個牛,同平時食嘅牛有點唔同,比較乾身,有少少辣,加埋香料嘅襯托,好有印度風味嘅牛~🧡 🧡 🧡甜品叫咗個古加拉特芒果乳酪,有點甜,質地有啲似cheese cake,甜度係類似Mango Lassi嗰種,我食得出有印度感,因為以前商務艙其中一杯Wellcome drink就係Mango Lassi~另外仲叫咗加爾各答甜奶球,呢個係傳統印度甜品,佢仲要係自家製,口味有啲同香港甜品唔同,唔知點解甜奶球食落感覺有啲似豆卜,吸收糖水精華再咬落去,想感受印度地道嘅朋友可以試吓~🧡 🧡 🧡來一個緬懷之夜,食一道又一道似曾相識嘅菜~ 唔知我幾時會再去印度呢~🧡 🧡 🧡Gomes’ Gastropub (中環)中環半山堅道58-62號地舖
