睇戲前食晚飯選擇了接近戲院的HUSK (時間緊迫,忘了上OPENRICE睇行情就出事了)星期六晚八時許,餐廳客人只坐滿三分一,桌和椅像中學飯堂一樣,椅子沒椅背及軟墊,坐得一點也不舒適。點了泰式飲品(忘記名字)、冬陰功、泰式雞腳沙律、青咖喱豬肉及餐廳推介生牛肉河。等了又等,第一味冬陰功只微暖,無香味辣味泰式雞腳沙律尚可,但汁較淡青咖喱豬肉,咖喱似椰汁加綠色素加水煮,一句︰不知所謂生牛肉河,牛肉質素不錯,湯底味道一般,只是河粉成舊要用力分開食物不是熱騰騰 + 味道差唯一好的是服務不錯

今早同大少爺去 Grand Cinema 睇戲,在大雪房困了兩個半小時之後,饑寒交迫之下慌不擇路,貪就腳便到此,只想簡簡單單求求其其要些熱湯河 warm up 番靈魂同軀殼。要了生牛河、海鮮喇沙和香茅脆雞,牛河和喇沙都是用同一種類的河粉,一大餅的要用筷子 "揚散" 來吃,好似一早預先淥好放在碗中,然後到有 order 時便即刻覆倒到上桌的大碗中再澆上湯,河粉 "淋pat pat",湯唔夠熱亦唔夠香料,正宗越色河粉一定會有的吊味青檸都省掉,而牛肉是完全冇味的;喇沙湯底略為惹味但同樣唔夠熱,隻大頭蝦雖未至於霉但肉質很 "淋",感覺不新鮮,其他海鮮配料少得幾乎找不到,反而有不少雞肉,但都是淡而無味的 問服務員要水,sorry 他們是沒有免費的普通水供應,閣下只可選擇俾錢要樽裝水或是要其他飲品 …… 既然如此,我們亦可選擇唔要飲品,寧願到樓下 Starbucks 買果汁都唔屈服於這樣的服務!一句到尾,冇下次。

一心諗住係得elements開的店舖, 應該都唔會差得去邊啦, 點知.....只有一個美好的裝潢.1. 企咗係門口等帶位啦, 點知係冇人理o架, 係要行入去舖頭, 等啲職員見到你, 先會為你帶位 (唔知係唔係呢間餐廳特登呢?或者其實係要自己搵位, 只係我唔知呢?)2. 叫嘢食啦, 啲職員都算有禮貌, 幾nice, 好肯講解啲餸菜係咩嚟. 不過係中途發生咗段好搞笑的事呢, 話說間離枱的人客投訴啲碟全部都是崩的, 要求更換, 但職員竟然話全部都係有少少崩, 同人客say sorry, 跟住望吓自己嗰啲, 果然都係崩喎, 莫非爛碟都係呢間舖頭的特色? 可知道呢啲小事都會影响顧客對間舖的perception....3. 食物嚟啦....- 酸辣蝦沙律: 係辣辣哋, 但點解咸到飛起......-炸蝦餅: 全晚最好食的餸菜, 脆得嚟又彈牙, 但點解得三件咁大把呢....-生牛肉湯河: 只可以講句, 冇咩味道的湯河囉, 雖然啲牛肉幾新鮮-咖喱魚頭: 自從上次去完星加坡後, 對此味餸念念不忘, 見到呢到有加上係廚師推介, 梗係叫嚟食吓啦. 點知, 個魚頭只係得半個, 仲要冇咩肉食, 加上魚頭又唔夠淋, 跟本都拆唔開嚟食. 不過個咖喱汁都算ok 啦.飲品: 叫咗杯咩菠蘿唔知乜特飲啦 (個名太難記啦). 味道幾好, 好清新開胃, 可能有菠蘿的關係啦. 可惜杯嘢飲太細杯啦, 冰都佔咗成三分二杯, 飲幾啖都冇哂. 4. 水.......點解水都要講? 因為呢部到係冇水供應o架. 話說我杯飲品飲完啦, 朋友食完嘢又想飲杯水啦, 問個職員啦, 職員話呢到啲水要收錢喎.....會唔會離譜啲呢. 茶餐廳都會俾杯水你做吓樣呀, 呢到要收錢!!!!!!! 總括嚟講, 冇下次囉, 冇水的餐廳呀 (p.s. 我記得啲水好似要成三十個大洋一杯o架, 有氣礦泉水喎).

星期六同愛人去Element睇The Mummy,見買完飛仲有一個鍾所以去左呢間野食個early dinner。。 我地兩個人order左一個牛腩粉,一個海南雞飯同一個軟殼蟹。。整體黎講D野真係好差!個牛腩粉。。。個海南雞飯D雞淡到唔知似咩,好似搵滾水滾熟就上碟,仲淡過碗飯!!個軟殼蟹又係淡而無味,唔講都唔知自己食緊咩!最離譜係叫枝蒸餾水都可以漏單,仲要追兩次先到!!呢間野。。 比錢我都唔會再去!!!

I really didn't expect that much as there were still plenty of empty seats on a saturday night. We arrived at 7:30pm & we need to rush as our show started at 8:00pm.We hurriedly ordered 3 dishes:1. Papaya Salad: the portion was small & tasted just average2. Tom Yum Kung Noodles: the soup base was a disappointment as it didn't taste like it should be though it is a bit sour & spicy. It was obvious that some of the essential ingredients were missing to bring out such flavour.3. Seafood Laksa: the soup was a big too thick, but not too bad. It seems that they have added too much coconut oil. However, the prawn wasn't fresh at all!The ambience was not upto standard as its setting resembled of a canteen. One unacceptable thing to me was, most of the plates placed on the table either have broken a bit or have cracks. I was totally appalled by this.Service was fine at the entrance, but a bit chaotic when comes to ordering & delivering the dishes. Some staff really needed to be trained up!
