I got the double scoop for 50HKD and got the signature white rabbit icecream that comes with a white rabbit drizzle sauce on top which is to die for. 想吃冰淇淋，特意在網上找一下沒試過的。店員有禮，也樂意讓我們嘗試不同口味。Artisan gelato 2 scoops $44Base加了$12要了Cookie Bowl。曲奇偏硬，沒什麼特別，主要是拿來拍照，也是不錯。甄沾記椰子糖帶著椰子味，不算很濃郁，倒是挺獨特，另一球好像是當天的special。比較取勝的地方是雪糕也算很滑，也算大球。整體印象並不算特別令人再房，但口味特別，要是有朋自遠方來，到中環碼頭這邊還是可以帶他們一試。

呢一個薄荷朱古力雪糕，食落去有淡淡的薄荷香味，啲朱古力唔係一粒粒嘅，類似Oreo嘅質地。而佢曲奇餅底比較硬，味道一般。價錢都算合理，拎上船食，別有一番滋味🤣🤣

最近都搭天星過海 突然間想食甜品就睇下有咩黃店甜品店係附近所以就黎左呢間Igloo Dessert Bar 宜家係復活節 鋪頭除左有復活蛋仲有做緊白兔糖口味雪糕不過覺得白兔糖已經好甜 如果做埋雪糕的話個感覺會更加甜我試左兩隻口味既雪糕 分別係好立克同埋青檸味好立克味道太甜 基本上唔係好食到好立克味 反而青檸味感覺好新鮮所以揀左呢個味道最後點左雞蛋仔雪糕 可能個店員係新黎 見到佢唔太熟手所以整個雞蛋仔出黎唔好食個雞蛋仔唔夠厚有D薄口感不足 同埋無咩蛋味 甜味就尚算可以可能會覺得青檸味配雞蛋仔有D奇怪 其實我本身怕雞蛋仔太甜所以揀左唔太甜既雪糕青檸味雪糕獨立地食係可以的 檸味好新鮮唔算太甜

最近大熱既白兔糖味雪糕其實香港都有得食呢！呢間位於中環碼頭既igloo dessert bar 其實早於2018年已經有推出過大白兔糖味既期間限定雪糕！然後佢地見白兔糖味雪糕前排網上大熱 就決定推出翻啦🎉_雪糕筒 (兩球) $58 🍦{大白兔糖雪糕🐰}店主話俾小編們聽佢地啱啱又做左改良 除左雪糕裡面放左更加大量既白兔糖去整之外 仲加左白兔糖粒粒入去 然後面頭再淋上白兔糖漿！食到白兔糖漿同白兔糖粒粒 咁就一定有白兔糖味啦 哈哈哈😂不過說實話如果淨食雪糕部分的話 白兔糖味就會唔太濃比較淡 反而奶香就比較突出！不過要還原白兔糖味真係有難度 因為佢係有很specific的(奶粉:忌廉:煉奶)比例🙊 如果要像真度更高 就可能唔可以單靠整融啲白兔糖落ice cream mix度 因為大量額外既奶同cream就會冚左白兔糖味🤔 不過呢個只係個人想法 可能店主再研究一下🤔🤔不過值得一讚既係雪糕奶味係好濃郁的💓💓 同埋質地真係超滑！仲帶點煙韌感添！😻 係唔錯的～～_{Coconut water sorbet 🥥}但比起白兔糖味 反而呢個weekly special

估唔到中環都有大白兔糖雪糕食位置喺中環7號碼頭之前見期間限定去試食白兔糖口味雪糕將白兔糖&雪糕融合，呢間有白兔糖奶香，仲有一粒粒白兔糖粒融入雪糕，幾有咬口杯裝雪糕一球就$34/杯，筒裝雪糕就$42/支杯裝雪糕兩球就$50/杯，筒裝就$58/支佢嘅白兔糖雪糕奶香味濃郁，有白兔糖味，仲有啲顆粒口感，雪糕質感較硬身，無咁快溶晒…不過我覺得有啲貴........

大白兔糖味雪糕🐰$34 最特別係佢上面啲醬，好重大白兔糖味較甜，雪糕就係好重嘅牛奶味但唔太特別🤔質素整體唔錯，但如果係大白兔糖味雪糕呢講主題唔太出🤔🤔🤔

其實好早已經知道Igloo 有"白兔糖"味嘅雪糕賣, 而且好想試下, 但係因為位置上嘅問題, 就一直都未有機會去試! 之前係四月頭, 因為要過去中環, 咁我就專登揀坐天星小輪由尖沙咀過去, 一落船行出去就係Igloo.咁我就當然要咗"白兔糖"味雪糕啦, 平時我都會prefer 杯上, 但係今次揀咗cone.雪糕嘅味道其實都唔係好食得出"白兔糖"味, 但係就加咗"白兔糖"味嘅topping 上去, 就增強咗嗰味道, 本身Igloo d 雪糕係唔錯嘅(之前都有食過), 如果價錢可以再平少少就very good 啦

Nostalgia hits are real and it gets me every time.I’m sure every Asian kid has had white rabbit candy in their childhood.My favorite part was always the rice “paper”. So I was a bit disappointed when there wasn’t any of the rice paper element added to this gelato. However it still tasted really good.This gelato itself is smooth, but a little on the icy side. I saw the recent news that the US had a hit of “white rabbit candy” ice cream, but actually we have it in town for some time! So I am tempted to try out that as well.Just ordered one scoop of white rabbit, with a bit of syrup on top. The ice cream itself is rich and milky, reminiscing the taste of real white rabbit candy in every bite! The syrup is sweet and of a condensed milk like consistency. The waffle cone is also crispy and dry, feels freshly made and crunchy!
