今次lunch hour隨意揀左一間未幫襯過嘅cafe，店內嘅裝修簡潔時尚，食物質素都幾好，唔止得個樣，set lunch有前菜同一杯$35或以下嘅飲品。 .Appetiser:Mixed tomato salad : 沙律幾清新，有藍莓、火箭菜等，個汁有用心調過，帶甜，唔止得醋味，黃車厘茄多汁又甜。.Sourdough with homemade miso butter, seaweed butter:呢個比較一般，麵包無烘熱，牛油食唔出有其他味道。.Grilled asparagus:最鍾意呢個，蘆筍無草青味好嫩，有烘麵包粒、香橙、芝士碎同堅果碎，好食，如果份量多少少就好。.Main Dish:Avocado Toast:厚抹、熟透嘅牛油果蓉加上紅、黃車厘茄、紅蔥頭同溫泉蛋，面頭有食用花點綴，主菜嘅Sourdough有烘過，外脆內軟。Prosciutto Parma Ham Tartine:包身有少少煙韌，配上一大塊parma ham、mozzarella 芝士粒、蘋果片同車厘茄，味道豐富，火腿唔會過鹹過油，面頭仲有啲炸茶葉碎（似係earl grey），口感好似川椒雞伴碟嘅炸珍珠葉

見到openrice有takeaway offer所以試下～叫左grilled chicken set 配grilled asparagus+flat white ($99)因為路途有點遙遠 所以拎到返公司已經暖左但估唔到仲係好好食😍Grilled chicken 燒得好香😋邊位燒到少少脆 但肉質仲係勁嫩滑👍用匙羹都切得開 lol連側邊既伴菜/薯仔都有燒過 超好食望落雖然細細份 但原來雞扒好大件好飽😂Grilled asparagus一樣無令人失望Asparagus爽口無渣 面頭仲有幾粒花生碎同蘋果片食落幾清新😻雖然外賣黎講 $99都唔平但味道真係相當唔錯👍可以encore👍

要揀間有顏色取向嘅咖啡店有人向我介紹咗依間我係晏咗少少到大約下午一點十分我想要嘅三文魚賣晒店員話今日比較多客人另外有款雞的都賣晒了咁我就order咗個avocado toast大約一點十七分咖啡到了玩咗一輪電話等嘢食無聊同杯咖啡影咗一輪相再等咗一輪開始feel到唔對路隔離枱早過我到食物都未到再隔一陣見背後另一枱食客離開期間我聽到那位食客話「太耐喇」我見都一點四十分了我都催了一下單結果我等到一點四十七分實在不安走了店員有不停向我道歉我都好無奈我都想講Sorry因為我都唔知有無下次在中環開店午飯時間請不要讓食客等多過半小時真的

Although this cafe is situated in the metropolitan Central district, the ambience is secluded from the world. We were not too hungry so we just ordered three dishes and a cup of coffee. 朝早係中環因為未到約朋友嘅時間，所以就入咗一間咖啡店坐下。跟住叫左杯flat white， $38 ，但堂食要+10% service charge，所以係$42 （雖然係無人serve的.......）。我覺得佢咖啡豆可以再香濃少少，但環境幾好hea, 總括黎講不過不失。

原來呢到有間coffee shop 架 😱 個位置明明係條人來人往嘅街，但係平時都唔覺眼。餐廳 裝修幾舒服，好適合同朋友黎傾計。1pm 前埋單仲有15% off 呀～Avocado toast 📍$108熟透嘅牛油果加埋唔同色嘅細番茄，紅蔥頭，同埋一啲細花仔，視覺效果好正，好多顏色 😍 面頭仲有個溫泉蛋架... 個洗流心都做得好出色Latte 📍$38入口好滑，飲到最尾仲有啲堅果咁嘅after taste。不過唔知係咪lunch time 多人，個拉花麻麻地*每人最少要叫一杯飲品*

Finally decided to try out Interval Coffee Bar. It's been open for a while and probably one of the most convenient locations ever. Located in Wellington Street, it's not even hidden in some side alley. It's an interesting place as it serves coffee during the day but at night, it's serves coffee based cocktails only.I ordered a latte ($38). They also offer food. Menu in English. There is no 10% service charge. The latte art was pretty. The temperature was just right. And the coffee ... went down

Interval依排話題性十足 因為樓下開左間pop-up store 所以舖頭好多裝飾都帶有Loewe圖案 啱哂影相 野食方面推薦steak salad 反而carbonara udon質地就太淋 好在有sausage commitment嘅半肥鹹香煙肉攞番分 至於咖啡就幾合我心意 味道唔太濃烈又可以揀植物奶

在中環區，要跟客戶談事情，真的很需要有一個比較安靜的地方，在星巴巴等地方，吵到不行。有天吃午餐時，經過Interval Coffee Bar，以金色為主調的小店，挺有藝術感。我就記在心中，一定要找個時間來！終於找到時間來一杯咖啡，我們點了一杯Black Coffee($38) 及 Flat White($42)。因為我身體關係，不太能喝奶製品，所以Black Coffee就是我近年的朋友。這杯咖啡沒太大想法，平庸的咖啡☕️，不濃烈，但到最後幾口是很酸很酸。這是我對這杯咖啡的感受，就沒太大深刻印象的。至於Flat White，我沒喝，朋友的回饋是一般般，不過拉花挺好。#見到有人食avocuddle#下次想試白蘭樹下Gin酒多啲

最近忙著溫書準備考試，但係偏偏屋企太多誘惑實在冇辦法專心溫書，唯有搵間cafe坐得舒舒服服咁溫～無意之中發現到呢間cafe，其實門口並唔顯眼，唔仔細望的話好容易會錯過～叫左杯latte清醒下腦袋，紙杯嘅隔熱墊好了啊，清新得黎帶點文青感覺～另外order左個chocolate pastry，麵包整得唔錯幾鬆化，有好濃既牛油香。再加埋朱古力醬係中間，即刻令到溫書都無咁痛苦～坐喺窗邊嘅位置，仲可以睇到中環人來人往嘅畫面～感覺幾得意～好味指數：🌕🌕🌕🌖

在中环想找吃饭不排队，且食物素质高、新鲜的地方简直比登天还难。作为Coffee addict，立志要喝遍至少中环的所有咖啡。所以Interval coffee bar第一天开的时候，就慕名而来。第一次印象就超级好！因为那时候店里暂时只提供咖啡，我外带了一份salad，被这里安静舒服的环境吸引，想直接坐在店里吃。店员超级nice，不光不介意，在餐具尚未齐备的情况下，努力给我找到一双筷子。简直感人！大概五月开始有lunch提供，都是新鲜健康的餐食。作为瘦身人群一定要来试试啦！有四款可以选，暂时我只试过两款，价格都是78hkd，绝对新鲜美味，颜值也很高。完全能看出厨师的用心～加上一杯咖啡，整个set也就100出头，性价比很不错啦！cauliflower salad+温泉蛋，口感清香，味道适中，吃完也不会觉得不够饱。roasted pumpkin+crab meat更是，蟹肉很多啊，绝对对得起价格。南瓜又香甜饱腹，相信很多中环的OL都会爱上～更难能可贵的是，可能因为主打coffee，午餐时间并不会很多人来吃饭，也可能是不太知道这里有这么好吃的午餐啦！很喜欢跟朋友中午约在这里，舒服的聊聊天，享受
