甜品方面,就有一個甜品盒,入面有
Red Velvet Raspberry Cake🍓, Rum Chocolate Cake🍫 同Pina Colada Cake,鍾意佢每件嘅蛋糕都係細細件,咁就可以食多幾隻味,都唔使驚太飽啦,食完三件蛋糕唔夠喉的話,仲有一個大份嘅Tiramisu,tiramisu cream口感幼滑,為全日嘅afternoon tea完美作結😋

我同朋友帶兩個小朋友一齊去high T,食物水準唔錯,但係服務生態度極差,由我企喺門口問有冇位,waiter明明企喺度望住我,竟然唔應我,我以為我只講得細聲,所以再講多次,佢叫我等等就行開咗,我已經覺得怪怪地,到食物嚟嘅時候已經擺到成枱都係,佢竟然揸住碟野叫我自己執好張枱比個位佢放低啲嘢,哈~依間餐廳可以做到咁樣都真係⋯⋯「有管理質素」收起啲污糟碟嘅時候仲跌咗啲汁落去我啱啱shopping袋衫裏面,好彩只係喺個袋側邊,爭啲就掂到我啲衫,我望住佢,連sorry都冇聲,之後叫咗熱茶4杯,有3套杯碟都係勁污糟,叫佢哋換過D杯,仲慘過乜咁,都係唔好意思都冇,有料!

由舊鋪搬到新鋪一直支持,當然舊鋪有terrace 好好多,忍吾住寫食評因為service 超黎越差。我諗而家果班待應係炒散?見到我係黃種人求其俾張枱,我有訂枱一入黎就講左訂枱姓名,之後就話我坐住果張window seat應該係一個日本人訂左,都無景要window seat把鬼咩,換左一次枱。order 左酒之後又話我坐緊張枱俾錯左我,居然換返頭先話我坐錯窗邊果張枱喎⋯⋯無語。果時我4pm去到book枱個優優係early dinner 8折,問左3個不同既waiter / waitress 幾經辛苦至拎到本dinner menu ,我當時心諗,食個飯姐,好吾想做晚餐咩。食物係無得輸,仲要有折,係個raviolis 個皮太厚,以後吾叫。同埋呢間意大利餐廳最大優點竟然有扒食,係US prime果種一塊既扒,吾係傳統意大利餐燴到林晒果啲所謂既扒喎⋯⋯食完好嘢心情好返,埋單佢又吾記得打8折俾我,又要提,好在我精明有睇單。最後搞左甘多野,佢竟然同openrice講我無出席!我寫左一大篇英文講返我呢個甘「愉快」既用餐過程,間餐廳終於記得我,一間餐廳的沒落,就係因為人。不過有折我依然會去食early

I've been here 3 times and I must say I'vr never been disappointed with their food which is authentic and well-executed. Whereas the previous two times were for dinner, this time it was for their weekend brunch. The brunch takes the form of a buffet with appetisers, seafood, meat carving and desserts at $388, with an option to add a main for only an additional $30. I've been here 3 times and I must say I'vr never been disappointed with their food which is authentic and well-executed. Whereas the previous two times were for dinner, this time it was for their weekend brunch. The brunch takes the form of a buffet with appetisers, seafood, meat carving and desserts at $388, with an option to add a main for only an additional $30. This time we did buffet and added one brunch set main and two a la carte pastas. The buffet selection was quite standard but there were quite a lot of choices, and I particularly liked the huge grilled asparagus, the whelk, the meat carving (very juicy and tender beef cooked to medium rare!) and the tiramisu. For mains we had Parma ham tortellini from the brunch set, and handmade tagliolini with crab meat and pappardelle with braised beef shank. My favourite was hands down the crab tagliolini - loved the spring texture of the handmade pasta and the flavour was on point (which is often not the case with other crab pastas I've had). The other two were decent, and I think were made from dry pasta instead. Overall I was very satisfied and will definite visit again!

前排同朋友慶祝生日, 去左IFC嘅Isola食lunch雖然Isola嘅三層下午茶都好似唔錯, 但大食妹真係好肚餓, 忍唔到下午茶時段Isola嘅午餐係semi buffet形式, 前菜同甜品都係buffet, 而主食就係六揀一<Linguine all’astice e granchio con salsa ai pomodorini piccanti>大食妹主食方面揀左Linguine all’astice e granchio con salsa ai pomodorini piccanti其實就係龍蝦蟹肉蕃茄扁意粉扁意粉軟硬啱啱好, 配上酸酸微辣嘅蕃茄汁同新鮮嘅龍蝦同蟹肉, 超級好食<Bistecca alla griglia, lardo d’Arnad e patate rustiche al rosmarino>朋友就嗌左份Bistecca alla griglia, lardo d’Arnad e patate rustiche al rosmarino其實就係安格斯牛扒我地揀左五成熟, 外面煎得窿窿地而裏面就好juicy上高放左幾片煎好

我地揀左五成熟, 外面煎得窿窿地而裏面就好juicy
上高放左幾片煎好似煙肉咁樣嘅油脂, 配搭牛扒咁食一流呀

We ordered the take away set for two. The food is delicious. Soup is full of vegetables. Salad is fresh and from a variety of food type, which made it fantastic! Meat is tender for the main dish. Desert surprised us and would definitely great if you pair them with sime wine.

Worst food I have ever paid for in my life. Meat was over cooked and COLD! No sauce came with the steak. I got the 400 gram ribeye and it was $400 hkd of inedible meat. Gave some of the steak to my dog bc I couldn’t eat it and even he didn’t want it. PS. My dog eats everything. Steer clear. Waste of money.

It started pretty good with the waiting staff friendly and the seafood platter decent... can’t go much wrong with seafood platter ... only reservation was that the oyster was not top quality without any sea water and hardly any flesh ... a below average hotel buffet oyster... rest of the seafood platter was alright.Then came the interesting part when we were served the tenderloin medium-rare... firstly, it was served already sliced though we didn’t ask for it to be sliced... that’s fine I can li

Then came the interesting part when we were served the tenderloin medium-rare... firstly, it was served already sliced though we didn’t ask for it to be sliced... that’s fine I can live with it...
but then half of the steak was cooked through well done ... there was really no ambiguity since it was served sliced already... the other half sliced up were medium done....
so sent the steak back without tasting as it was just too obvious and the waitress was also embarrassed too and acknowledged it is medium at best...
So here comes the fun part ... the chef came out from his kitchen to lecture me and started with Sir, in my mind the steak is medium rare.... wow... a chef leaving his station to tell off his customer ... he must have been really offended...
I said ...ok that’s fine but when I reached for the slices which was completely cooked I couldn’t help but had to reply that ‘but it really doesn’t look medium rare’ ... it’s cooked through white and hard....
He stormed off without apology and said he will make it again...
Is that what any chef should be doing...coming to embarrass his customer in front of the guest’s friends, showing his righteous superior air... and even without checking his product? Did he really think he cooked it medium rare? I wanted to go to the kitchen to show him how to cook a medium rare steak!
I did loose my appetite by then and asked for the bill... in my heated emotion, I went to the kitchen... and there he was arrogant and indignant... and told me in his mind it was medium rare.... and then he claimed he went to my table firstly to apologise.... what? He didn’t utter any word near ‘sorry’ when he thought he should march to my table with his nose pointed in the air to show what a fool this customer was! Not a word near sorry! Marched off indignantly saying he will cook it again after being shown the white cooked several slices of meat he sliced! several slices cooked ... not even just the the piece at the edges!
I’m sorry ... Gaia chain and Isola really has a big problem .... as I left , embarrassed and feeling surreal even the manager and waitress apologised and said they didn’t think the tenderloin was medium rare and the chef should not have behaved that way
never going back to a Gaia chain... my god I didn’t realise greyhound was Gaia in HK... no wonder it is many times inferior to the real greyhound in Thailand!
Sad... I shouldn’t bother with this post... the chain and restaurant is just a pretentious establishment thinking they can reap off locals whom they think are dumb and whom they have utterly no respect !

同朋友黎試下哩到食tea, 咸點還可以的,三文魚卷不錯,但整體咸點熱返些少會比較好!甜點真係不得了既甜,甜到怕怕!!最好吃的甜點第一位是blueberry 果個,新鮮果肉係底!其他真的試一口便放下了,很甜很甜!!總括黎講環境靜靜的,有點情調~員工態度一般! 再來的機會=5%

好耐無同老公出去食下午茶。一入到餐廳見到全白色裝修好似去咗旅行咁。餐廳播住純音樂,望住落地玻璃伴著開揚景觀,都幾嘆。The classic afternoon tea served daily from 3pm to 5pm ($348 兩位)咖啡不過不失。茶係俾熱水加茶包。4款咸點火腿芝士多士,夠熱,加分牛角包,凍咗比較油膩煙三文魚卷,大大塊好足料薄餅係酥皮,唔多料9款甜點核桃撻,唔甜,有好香核桃味香蕉muffin,偏乾,我比較鍾意濕濕地嘅口感雜莓奶凍,足料好味Tiramisu,咖啡味好香Panna cotta,檸檬味好酸,做甜品間場最適合Mango square cake,甜酸比例啱啱好Puff,唔ok,有藥水味朱古力波,內餡太甜Blueberry macroon,夾心有果肉,有誠意總結係,咁嘅價錢咁嘅質素加咁嘅環境,性價比超高,值得一試。

今日舊老闆請食飯,去咗IFC呢間高檔野。去到叫咗個semi buffet,然之後就可以出去攞嘢食啦。一開始最令人矚目嘅當然係窗邊嘅美景啦,景色來講十分之好,餐廳嘅裝修用咗近天空嘅顏色來做佈置,同靚景非常合襯。出去攞嘢食嘅時候發現其實前菜都非常之多嘢揀,有各種不同形式嘅沙律,仲有唔同嘅海鮮先包括蝦,青口等等。唯一要讚一讚嘅係啲蝦係剝左殼嘅,切咗個頭同切咗個尾就食得,啱晒我呢啲懶人啦。前菜食完兩輪之後就到主菜啦,今日揀咗呢個三文魚,非常之一般。望住同事識嘅呢個龍蝦pasta,要加$99 ,賣相不太討好,亦都唔似出邊嗰啲龍蝦pasta左成隻龍蝦殼喺上邊,不過同事都話幾好食嘅。最後去到甜品,選擇係非常之小嘅,而呢一個價錢來講應該可以加強一下。叫埋嘢飲咁就完咗今日呢個buffet lunch啦。最重要係多謝老細,如果自己嚟嘅應該唔會嚟食。買單大概$500一位啦。

出去攞嘢食嘅時候發現其實前菜都非常之多嘢揀,有各種不同形式嘅沙律,仲有唔同嘅海鮮先包括蝦,青口等等。唯一要讚一讚嘅係啲蝦係剝左殼嘅,切咗個頭同切咗個尾就食得,啱晒我呢啲懶人啦。

前菜食完兩輪之後就到主菜啦,今日揀咗呢個三文魚,非常之一般。望住同事識嘅呢個龍蝦pasta,要加$99 ,賣相不太討好,亦都唔似出邊嗰啲龍蝦pasta左成隻龍蝦殼喺上邊,不過同事都話幾好食嘅。

最後去到甜品,選擇係非常之小嘅,而呢一個價錢來講應該可以加強一下。叫埋嘢飲咁就完咗今日呢個buffet lunch啦。

最重要係多謝老細,如果自己嚟嘅應該唔會嚟食。買單大概$500一位啦。

餐廳位於IFC飽覽維港景色可以望到ICC西九龍點左一杯非常有特色嘅CocktailBartender用上一個小小嘅木盒裝住cocktail由客人自己親自用鎖匙打開立即散發淡淡煙熏味道Cocktail用上窄頸玻璃樽 非常體驗特別的體驗另外叫咗一個白酒青口青口非常鮮甜 有濃郁酒香配上香脆的多士 吸收白酒湯汁一齊食簡直是一絕除此之外仲點左羊架 order 左Medium rare羊肉中間仍然係粉紅色 肉質保持鮮嫩食落有淡淡羊肉羶香最後是甜品 造型非常特別 好似蘑菇形狀原來是朱古力 為晚餐完美作結

Happy Friday值得一去既優質餐廳餐廳就是那種適合知己好友靜心下來交談的地方,身處IFC,望着餐桌旁的一片維港享用高級餐廳美食再好不過了。 菜單近來更新了,新增的海鮮拼盤真的好吃得超乎想像,沒有額外烹調的冷盤要非常好吃不容易,而餐廳的出品之所以優勝,是因為拼盤上的每一種海鮮都處於最佳保鮮狀態。龍蝦跟生蠔固然令味蕾幸福滿滿,常見如青口肉質鮮甜度竟然跟生蠔般令人滿足,整體來說海鮮拼盤幾乎無可挑剔,是一款讓人放心又滿意的菜式。特別一題,餐廳的特色cocktail會詳細介紹創作靈感和ingredients,例如我喝的叫作MONTERA,酒底有利口酒和各種乾料調製的苦艾酒,其實cocktail除了比較甜膩之外還有別的做法,風乾香草口味相當有趣,藏在木箱的呈現方式玩味十足。
