記得數年前的生日在大阪渡過,那天在心齋橋道頓堀望著かに道樂外牆的巨蟹招牌,心想不如今日食蟹都好喎!!入內沒看餐牌上的套餐,可能當造關係有特別的推介,,於是要了一個40000円的鱈場蟹餐兩個人食.刺身、炭燒、火煱、天婦羅、清酒蒸一次過試勻晒!咁就出事喇!試過食新鮮會郁嘅,從此對其它雪蒧貨無哂興趣!(後來才知最貴的套餐是10000左右,難怪會有個厨師攞隻生蟹出嚟解說一番,又有個阿嬸教埋你點食咁好服侍!)有長輩在此試過這裡的秋蟹套餐說俗!於是又燎起了心癮.來到才知主要是吃皇帝蟹,鱈場蟹只佔其中一味.King Crab Meat in Light Sour Soap----兩大條皇帝蟹柳拌酸醋汁,蟹肉是用蒸的方法去做,味鮮甜,酸醋汁調教得不錯,酸度適中不嗆喉.Snow Crab Sushi----味道和日本吃過的分別不大,只是蟹脚體型較少,放在上面的蟹膏味甘甜,不用點豉油也夠味.Grill King Crab Legs With Butter----牛油的味道較清,更能吃到肉的鮮味,一直認為用燒的方式最能吃到蟹的鮮味.Grill King Crab Legs With Chilli Pepp

來到才知主要是吃皇帝蟹,鱈場蟹只佔其中一味.
King Crab Meat in Light Sour Soap----兩大條皇帝蟹柳拌酸醋汁,蟹肉是用蒸的方法去做,味鮮甜,酸醋汁調教得不錯,酸度適中不嗆喉.
Snow Crab Sushi----味道和日本吃過的分別不大,只是蟹脚體型較少,放在上面的蟹膏味甘甜,不用點豉油也夠味.
Grill King Crab Legs With Butter----牛油的味道較清,更能吃到肉的鮮味,一直認為用燒的方式最能吃到蟹的鮮味.
Grill King Crab Legs With Chilli Pepper----加了蛋黃醬及七味粉去燒,蟹的味道被搶去,但較惹味香口.
King Crab Hot Pot----賣相麻麻!蟹肉浸湯太耐變得鬆散味道亦變淡!煱內的荳腐及菜只是普通之物,不見突出.
Coffee & Chocolate Ice-cream----哈根大師出品.
$680 x 2 +10%
這個價錢當然有更好選擇,但經Member Discount 50%後,每人$400左右又好像可以接受!

朋友生日因有DBS 有7折..故豪一次請朋友到此食生日DINNER BUFFET.....食物很少款..但質素很好.....生豪刺身帶子...龍蝦, ORDER 式的和牛..都是上盛材料....食完再次回味...加上白酒紅酒任飲....真的要大讚....折後平均每位四百多....如果重量的朋友....這不是你的選擇了....重質的朋友必試..因我個人覺得胃只有一個呢...

set dinner 有三款main course揀,選了價錢中間的us prime rib eye有包食,皮脆!頭盤是炸蟹柳,有點點沙拉配埋,ok開胃!湯是龍蝦湯,有海鮮粒,有點酸,都係開胃us prime rib eye,7成熟差不多剛剛好,肥瘦位都有,加上扒上有牛油,夠曬香!甜品caramelized mille feuilles,其實是chocolate味,但有一層香蕉夾心,本人麻麻香蕉coffee,normalprime rib eye無揀錯!鐵板上,夠熱,香味一路keep住flow出來!

Going there to celebrate birthday, full of expectation, as the price is not cheap.We arrived by 6:30pm, quite early, when approaching our seat, there's not so sure.............. our expectation will be fulfilled, as buffet is only serving cold dishes and desert.afterwards realized that all hot plate only available upon request, quality is ok, choice are quite limited. 已有一段日子沒有來這裡, 今次是裝修過後第一次再來!,其實只不過是換了新的佈置擺設,以往熟悉的枱布餐椅餐具已全部更換,坐下慢慢看清楚原來連餐牌也有作出更新.看來真有求變的決心!但變好定變壞就真是要試過先知!想不到變一變竟然連最愛的麵包籃也變走埋...現在只剩一款麵包和牛油及Cream Chesse 加Pepper打成的Dip.麵包是外脆內軟而牛油質感依然很軟滑但味道不及Amigo的濃,Cream Chesse的味道就很一般.雞肉凱撒沙律----因為掛住傾偈唔記得叫要走雞肉!結果來到有三大件雞胸...羅馬生菜無切開而是原片上,Parmesan Cheese份量很少很碎及沙律汁落得極少.還有幾片咬唔開嘅石頭法包,這個沙律完全不合格!加洲卷----本來以往必定會叫的是鵝肝鰻魚卷,但自己和友人皆年事已高都是不宜再食呢個喇,都係食清淡少少穩陣! 加洲卷飯粒分明軟硬適中.海鮮拼盤----第一次在餐牌出現的新項目!海鮮盆分兩層:下層的內容有一打U.S Island Creek,青口,虎蝦,而上層有兩隻龍蝦同阿拉斯加蟹脚.虎蝦及龍蝦的肉結實有鮮味,這款蠔食落就肉比較爽及重海水味,但蠔身偏瘦不夠飽滿!其

個牌頭好長嘅U.S.D.A Peime Red Angus Beef Meyer All Natural
Rib Eye 350gm----Medium Rare,上檯時看見外表略焦切開後見到脂肪包裹著Medium Rare應有的粉紅色,牛味很濃肉身頗淋!只需點少少芥辣已很夠味,無需要再加任何醬汁.
食完已經飽到個胃無位再擺甜品.
如果注重多一點細節會更好!例如食牛排時換過隻Pre Heat 嘅碟會唔會效果更好呢?

As my auntie joined the JW Marriott Gold Card membership, I dine in the JW Marriott once a month. Once we arrived the restaurant, I can see there are many choice of seafood (spiny lobster, oysters, mussels ...), sushi and sashimi (sake, homate...) in the buffet counter. also salad, fruit ....... and my favourite --- Dessert!!! They have my favourite tiramisu and blueberry cake!!! yeah! hurray!!!

My aunt and I were just wondering how come there is no hot food item in the buffet counter. The waiter came to our table proactively and showed us we can order hot item (miso soup, tempura, teriyaki...).

I love the miso soup with king crab leg, grilled spiny lobster, shrimp tempura most. I order 3 miso soup for myself and my aunt also had 2!!!
The shrimp tempura is very crunchy and the shrimp is very fresh!!!
And I love the california roll, dragon roll also!!! and the sushi chef also made me a spicy tuna handroll!!!!!!

After having 2 rounds of seafood and sushi, 3 miso soup and many many hot item, it's time to order coffee tea. I had a coffee and aunt had latte.

When we were having coffee, the restaurant manager approached and asked for our opinion for the lunch. He also told us that they are serving the illy coffee. wah!! what an amazing coffee!!!! And the manager informed us they are going to have a sake dinnre in early march. I took a look of the menu and it sounds very nice. He also showed us the new menu they have - seafood tower, ceviche, steak...
Since I don't drink wine, maybe I can show my high school wine expert to dry!!!

又係一間咩都有得食既餐廳~ 日本刺生方面, 沒什麼特別, 同平時食自助餐既質素差不多~ 上次order 左個刺生飯, 好多材料, 好飽~西餐方面, 有次叫左個龍蝦set, hm...隻龍蝦好似熟左少少~ 甜品都ok 既~整體黎講, 都算平均~~ sushi bar 總好過樓上間fish bar!! 順帶一提, 呢度d 服務員非常nice~

今日與另一半慶祝聖誕。多年前來吃過鵝肝、牛柳和龍蝦,留有良好印象,
今天重來,都有點期待。點了兩個set。

第一個是The Lobster set有四個courses ($740)
1.頭盤是蟹鉗沙律配Arugula和超薄布幾片,蟹鉗固然得兩塊,好珍貴,個義大利芝麻菜沙律沙律就寡的啦。平凡。
2.番茄凍湯,龍蝦肉和幾粒麵包加牛油果蓉伴碟。味道和份量都麻麻。
3.龍蝦拆肉跟有幾粒羊肚菇的茴香味噌汁。龍蝦肉有D韌。個sauce又唔係咁討好。
4.甜品本來跟另一個set dinner一樣,但負責人答應換個chocolate dome給我們。Flexible的service值得一讚,但甜品來時卻不是chocolate dome,要叫來負責的才換回給我們,要扣分喇。軟朱古力外層,裏面是慕絲,太甜了點吧!
整體上這個餐是另我們失望,portion細,味道又不是很好,不太值。

第二個set dinner 都有四個courses ($650)
1.蟹餅跟Arugula沙律,有些少紅椒伴碟。蟹餅好好食,啖啖蟹肉又軟滑。芝麻菜就麻麻喇。
2.Foie Gras跟truffle brioche和無花果做的甜酸chutney。Foie Gras和suace仍然有水準,好味道!
3.主菜是火雞胸伴蕃薯蓉。火雞胸有栗子stuffing,不過唔係好食得出喎。蕃薯蓉有D甜D。火雞胸都算滑,雖然唔叫好好食,但一D都唔差。
4.甜品是Chocolate Ice parfait,有朱古力和薰衣草雪糕,薰衣草雪糕的薰衣草好濃,另一半說很難吃,我可以接受,但也覺得薰衣草的味道太勁,反而不好。
這個好set比較似樣,重要平D。
但同上次來比(都有2年以上了),D portions真是細很多啊。食哂成籃麵包都不覺得很飽。不過跟麵包的番茄chutney、南瓜醬和醋實在好好味道,一路食一路讚。Service方面,一般啦。甜品錯了和無叫cola又無端端嘛。

Came here for lunch with colleagues today. Ordered the $248 set lunch, which included appetizer, main course, dessert, and coffee/tea.Appetizer - Shrimp cocktail in mango sauce: Ok. Nothing special.Main Course - Pork Chop: Quite tender and not too fatty. The sauce was pretty good too; not too oily or stuffy.Dessert - Lemon Tart: Thought it tasted a little weird and too sweet. Probably won't be visiting again as the food didn't quite impress me.

Appetizer - Shrimp cocktail in mango sauce: Ok. Nothing special.
Main Course - Pork Chop: Quite tender and not too fatty. The sauce was pretty good too; not too oily or stuffy.
Dessert - Lemon Tart: Thought it tasted a little weird and too sweet.

Probably won't be visiting again as the food didn't quite impress me.

6) 甜品: 大部份都頗甜.最好食係american cheese cake. 芝士味好濃. 一個字"正", 但只得1個, . 想食第2round, 已經比人取晒, 之后, 到我哋走, 都冇refill. 唔夠喉.
最后, 雪糕必然要食. 有green tea, red bean 及芝麻味. 我覺得最好味係芝麻味.
服務方面ok. 但入紙叫食物, 就有漏單出現.
總括, 會再去.
因有1個免費, 故平均每人是$230, 好抵.

While the decorcation is not very special or elegant, the food is excellent. We tried the lobster set ($580 per person), which was value for money. Wine was rather cheap too...we got half bottle of decengt California white wine for only $200 ! Plus you get 20% off by using HSBC platinum card !

一年一度生日,緊係要大肆慶祝下啦~~蒙牛帶我去jw食個dinner,唔....見到menu樣樣都幾吸引,食咩好呢?蒙牛叫左個1000g的龍蝦餐, 我就a la carte, 正~~頭盤的帶子parma ham沙律, 個帶子係雪藏的, 口感有點化, no good, parma ham超咸, 但係配埋個帶子一齊食就中和左就ok啦, 沙律中有好多火箭菜, overall個portion都算大.另一個係龍蝦salad, 個龍蝦尾好大條,portion都大, lobster bisque好濃味, 好香好滑, 但係可以再杰身一點.主菜叫左個13oz的sirloin,medium, 好大塊好厚身,但係佢overcook左, 入面熟左d, 無左粉紅色同血水, 個面層有點硬同埋苦, 唔夠juicy, 蒙牛的龍蝦risotto, 有好多件龍蝦, 真係好多, 好抵食, 但個risotto好似濕過頭,口感太腍.套餐的甜品係一個青檸icecream加係千層餅上, 個icecream唔夠涷, 個餅加埋rasberry呢個配搭好好, 酸甜適中, 好好味另預先order左一個choco mousse cake, 個

service ok, 食物都ok, 環境就一般啦, 皆因個燈光不太match, 價格比想像中便宜, 不錯不錯~~

The environment of this restaurant is not too good coz the light is dim and make me feel sleepy.The service is ok. u can also order sushi bar 's food. Toro is excellent, $450 for 5 pics. Uni is veryfresh $300.Appertizer:lobster soup is excellent,creamy and fresh but i recommend 2 people share one soup (too large). Groose liver is good but i suggest medium well (70%) cook.main course:us prime rib eye is juicy and the source(cow 's blood+butter) is special and match with the steak. loster 700g is

好多酒店餐廳只注重環境同氣氛, 但呢道連d嘢都好味, 食咗個龍蝦餐, 有大蝦沙律(good).龍蝦湯(唔苦).700g龍蝦(仲有d天使面)-太多.食唔曬,但真係好好味.朱古力做嘅dessert(唔係好記得個名係咩).飲品.成個餐基本上去到main course已經飽到食唔曬,因為唔記得咗話比你哋知佢擺响枱d面飽真係好味到不得了,食曬一籃個waiter問仲要唔要,結果再要多一籃,結果就係食唔曬個main course.嘢食絕對good,不過就貴咗d,兩個人食咗一千一百六十幾.
