上星期朋友帶我嚟到尖沙咀嘅 Kaboom,餐廳以東南亞為主題,提供唔同特色嘅Fusion菜色。入到餐廳,就見到有維港嘅夜景,環境好舒適夠晒開揚,食物同樣吸引,適合同朋友傾吓計聚下舊呢。✨ Chilli Salmon Cups細細杯嘅 Chilli Salmon Cups,精緻特別,既有三文魚嘅鮮嫩,亦有酥脆嘅餅皮,一啖放入口就啱啱好啦~✨ Typhoon Shelter" Cuttle Fish避風塘墨魚香脆爽口,墨魚鮮嫩彈牙,我哋都食到停唔到口呀~✨ Grilled Gai Yang Chicken以泰式風味醃製嘅烤雞,內裡鮮嫩多汁,配埋金黃色嘅印度薄餅,口感豐富,大滿足呀~✨ Baked Sambal Sous Vide Black Cod Fish阿拉斯加黑鱈魚鮮嫩多汁,加埋辛辣嘅參巴醬,香口惹味,令人回味無窮 🤤✨ I Need To Keep Fit!呢杯以健康為主題嘅cocktail,口感順滑口感,仲有椰奶同豆腐嘅香味,有一種清爽解膩嘅感覺。✨ Padang鍾意飲果香濃郁嘅mocktail,可以試吓呢款充滿果香味嘅 Padang,除咗有檸檬嘅香味,亦有荔枝嘅清甜。

呢間餐廳回訪 非常打卡主打精緻嘅泰國菜食物同飲品都極具特色仲可以望住維港景色真係好有情調Thai Style Beef Tartare with Bone Marrow牛肉他他色澤鮮紅亮麗,食落完全無筋,牛味鮮濃,配埋魚子醬食真係好奢華,牛骨髓燒完之後好香,配埋脆脆一齊食口感更豐富。Southern Vietnamese Crab Cups以蟹肉同蟹膏製成,Size啱啱好一哂食哂,食落蟹味非常香濃,配埋蛋黃醬好夾。Curry Duck Confit鴨腿肉烤外皮金黃香脆,肉質結實多汁,配埋辣辣哋嘅紅咖喱,極具特色。仲有燒菠蘿同大大片薄脆伴碟,非常豐富。Grilled Spanish Octopus Thick Egg Noodle with Pad Thai Crab Sauce上菜時就俾大大條嘅燒八爪魚吸引住,八爪魚烤得好香,肉質彈牙,pad thai個汁鹹鹹地非常惹味,每條麵條都掛哂汁好正。Every Day Fells Like A Monday呢杯係用嚟治癒Blue Monday嘅Cocktail,藍綠嘅色澤好搶眼,啱哂打卡,飲落帶點柚子味。Jambi主要係以蘋果汁同斑蘭汁製成嘅Mocktail,同時加上椰子Foam,飲落好清新涼快。

放假了,兩口子到KABOOM吃晚飯。瞬間被其自然系裝潢所吸引。天花鋪滿竹材,搭配木質元素,營造出異國海灘餐廳的悠閒氛圍。室內外皆能飽覽維港璀璨夜景,室外還有一個頗大的户外空間,可以飽覽全維港景色。當晚我們選擇了吧檯座位,近距離欣賞調酒師的技藝。 雞尾酒1. 〈Wohoo, What A Day!〉 (Tequila, Mango Purée, Calamansi, Pineapple Juice, Coconut Syrup and Condensed Milk Cream)以龍舌蘭為基底,融入芒果泥、卡曼橘與菠蘿汁,尾韻帶椰糖與煉乳的綿密香甜。入口充滿果香,酸甜平衡,煉奶很順滑Creamy。 2. 〈Let's Get Cracking!〉 (Earl Grey Infused Whisky, Chocolate Liqueur, Ovaltine, Caramel and Oat Milk)杯子外型有趣,真是一個蛋殼呢!伯爵茶浸泡威士忌,結合朱古力利口酒、柯華田與燕麥奶,焦糖香氣很特別。還有陣陣的茶香與麥芽風味,質地絲滑。前菜泰式生牛肉他他配牛骨髓Thai Style Beef Tartare with Bone Marrow(Beef tartare, bone marrow, Dijon mustard, caper, shallot, chives and Thai sauce) 生牛肉碎拌入芥末、酸豆、紅蔥與泰式醬汁,口感細膩微辣。烤牛骨油脂豐潤,可以用叉刮出來吃。和蘸附骨髓的簿脆片和泰式醬汁同吃,十分好味。 參巴醬炒蜆Sambal Fried Clams(Clams, chilli, garlic, Thai basil, sambal paste and butter)蜆肉飽滿鮮甜,以參巴醬、蒜片與泰式羅勒爆炒,醬汁辛香濃烈,尾韻還透出牛油的香。主食泰式龍蝦汁義麵配加拿大龍蝦尾Thai Lobster Sauce Spaghetti with Canada Lobster Tail (Lobster sauce, grilled lobster tail, garlic confit, onion and broccoli) 龍蝦醬汁濃郁鮮甜,意粉十分彈牙掛汁,蒜油與洋蔥十分香。龍蝦尾經炙烤,肉質緊實彈嫩,充滿東南亞風味的意粉非常特別。 參巴醬低溫慢煮黑鱈魚 Baked Sambal Sous Vide Black Cod Fish(Alaska black cod fish, sambal sauce, yoghurt, lemongrass, bell pepper and baby carrot)阿拉斯加黑鱈魚以慢煮鎖住油脂,魚肉如奶油般柔嫩,入口即溶。微微辛辣的參巴醬佐以香茅與甜椒,辛香中帶草本清香,層次複雜卻和諧。還有薯仔和菜也十分好味。 我們餐後登上戶外露臺,維港夜景盡收眼底,KABOOM 以東南亞靈魂重新詮釋 Fusion 料理,醬汁尤為出色。雞尾酒創意十足,搭配維港景緻,下次我們會選戶外用餐,享受這微醺時光。

Kaboom having two floors including the indoor one and rooftop, it’s pretty hard to make a booking maybe because i’m always last minute hahaa, haaa finally we come here to enjoy our dinner here yaya, the nightview indeed great esp the aia carnival is on now yaya, super bright lightening and the view is so good, and i’d suggest all tables become standing so you can have a even better view hahaa Grilled Chicken marinated in Thai dressing, seasonal vegetables and roti, even the chicken is a bit spicy but it’s good dipping into sweet sauce, it neutralizes the slickness haha, the chicken isn’t that juicy or smooth but the taste is fine and those vegetables are just okay because they are kinda too hard, both carrot and asparagus, and potatoes don’t have seasoning at all lol, but i do appreciate the thin indian pancake, tasting good haha, overall the dishes not bad Salmon Rice Paper Rolls including salmon, cucumber, thai basil and sambal tomatoes sauce, this one surprisingly good, the rice paper rolls are super smooth and soft and i love the salmon ingredients haha, my favoriteee one, also the side salad is so good with sweet vinegar sauce, the dishes simply so fresh as a appetizer hahaa outsides:insides:The food is quite nice ah and the environment is lovely with different generation of songs, such a good gathering place yaya
