For a salad lover working in central, it’s hard to fathom why this is only my very first time visiting kale 🤪 it’s very crowded here during lunch hr, but queue is killed off pretty quickly. Salad bowl here was not as green and light, but certainly a healthy salad choice for big eaters with excuses of not feeling full with salad. I had a difficult time finding a delicious salad that satisfies my tastebud until I met Kale. I ordered the eggs, avocado and kale salad for lunch through online dining platform . It arrived at my office still hot. The kale was fresh. The brown rice and the fried eggs were hot and satisfying. The avocados were ripe and the pomegranates were delicious. I felt full, healthy and positive after having this salad. I would recommend it to office workers who want a warm, tasty and nutritious lunch.

Had their crab meat salad and it was great! The salads here come in two sizes and I opted for the smaller one which is big enough. You can choose any or all of the five salads they have on offer as your base, and I chose kale & pomegranate, beetroot & orange, and quinoa & pumpkin seeds. Everything tasted great and fresh and went really well together. The crab meat especially exceeded my expectations and the amount was quite generous. 印第安香料雞肉自選沙律（可自選1款以上的沙律）揀左紅菜頭及藜麥$98 small size外賣攞上手，feel到的雞肉係熱的沙律是凍的～雖然睇落好細盒～但打開發現係塞到滿晒而且仲有好多雞肉一盒野我食淨4成（留返聽日早餐/lunch再吃）細食嘅話加約$20叫個large size，我估兩個人食都夠飽雞肉應該是健康的雞胸肉（無油）唔鞋，亦好香口紅菜頭沙律及藜麥沙律，分別用上不同的醋汁及配料去調味～紅菜頭混合切碎的橙肉，so freshing ~藜麥質感濕潤有咬口又唔會淋bebe ~配埋南瓜籽好特別

雖然不是素食者，屋企人更加無肉不歡，所以間中我也會找一天去清清腸胃。偶然之下認識了這小店，心想有一天一定要來試試看。 中午來到已滿坐（地方是有點小的），等了幾分鐘好彩有個位真幸運，我要吃Hot Dish,所以揀了Sunny Side-up Avocado Kale Brown Rice,可選一款沙律，揀了Beetroot Salad. 太陽蛋非常新鮮美麗，牛油果熟度剛剛好，甘藍有點少，糙米飯份量非常足夠，再加上很多紅菜頭，絕對滿足。 看看餐牌還有很多款食物想試，我想我要定期來了

因為之前健身關係 我比較留意公司附近有乜健康野食 發現左呢間主打食superfood “Kale” 餐廳 Menu 上佢主要分salad 同 熱食 我之前食過好多次salad 質素雖然有陣時唔穩定 比如有時汁比較咸 吞拿魚無咁新鮮 發生日子多數係星期一 大概同weekend 比較少生意有關？ 但今次我選的食物是熱食 蟹肉飯配Kale 味道無令我失望 kale新鮮 蟹肉亦都好食 最主要係無殻 （之前食過一次有殻） 汁量份岩岩好 唔會太多 都無太少令比較乾希望店鋪保持到呢個質素

認識這間沙律小店是因為有follow一個有關 eat clean 的 Facebook page，看到 page 內分享說這裡的沙律大大份，好健康又飽肚，心想一定要來試試！小店鋪仔細細幾cozy，最多只能容納十多人。枱面的瓷磚幾吸睛。初次光臨不太明白怎樣order，店員細心的解釋，選了主菜後，沙律有五款可以選擇，計重量的，可以五款全選，也可只選一兩款，我這麼貪心，當然是五款每款都要些！我的 cajun chicken，嘩，雞肉份量果然不少，香料味十足，正呀！沙律深不可測，全是superfood 紅菜頭藜麥羽衣甘藍等，真是超級健康！朋友的吞拿魚，他略嫌魚的份量少，比起我的雞，又確實沒那邊澎湃🤭吃完，覺得份量剛剛好，是夠飽的但不會好飽，這可以應付普通肚餓，我朋友這天超級餓，他吃完就覺得不太夠，哈哈！

無意中進了Kale食晚飯，入去才知道是食沙律的，正！食物：每個人口味不同，本人就很喜歡，客觀味道是不斷有人進來買外賣也有外賣公司不斷進來取客人點的外賣，目測在短短30分鐘內外賣的有大概15個orders環境：比較細但算ok, 一般本人不會逗留在這些小餐店詳談，但當晚的4張枱就有3枱客人在吹水！服務：ok，事實上都不需要什麼服務的！價錢：以本人乾瘦的錢包算是貴的，但以中環的食 店價錢應該算是合理吧！總結：有機會會再光顧亦會推介這小店給朋友

由註冊營養師主理嘅餐廳果然非同凡響，今晚參加左Eat Clean同學會嘅小聚會，已經預先喺報名前order定餐點，同學會嘅元老亦都好細心咁拍左條片教大家點去，原來喺中環地鐵站只需要3分鐘左右就到，見佢餐牌上嘅價位以中環同埋Eat clean黎講，真係物有所值有我最鍾意嘅霓虹燈設計✌🏻各位志同道合交流eat clean心得，座無虛席雞胸肉應該係用咗慢煮方法，所以一啲都唔鞋口，仲有我最愛嘅番薯條，唔算好脆但帶有濃香嘅番薯味，甜甜地唔使點茄汁都好好味呢餐好豐富，估唔到eat clean都可以食得飽又好好味，今晚蛋白質夠曬數，Target completed!中環返工嘅朋友仔真係好幸福，有間性價比好高嘅健康選擇

I usually try to come here once a week for a high fibre healthy lunch and tried the cauliflower rice set today to mix things up.The set includes 2 fried eggs, avocado, choice of 1 salad (I chose roast veggies) with cauli-rice. It also includes a calamansi drink (not pictured)Though it’s pricier than other dishes at about $128, I like that it includes a drink and I love their cauli rice.

閒時來清清腸胃⋯呢個豆腐便當🍱配羽衣甘藍沙律睇落細份，但食落超級飽肚！牛油果，豆腐，藜麥，羽衣甘藍，石榴，牛油果醋汁⋯好多樣野，雖然我係鍾意食肉既😹但佢味道唔差，而且食完清宿便work啊😆😆😆💩

It’s a good thing that the food is fairly customizable here ...e.g. The Cajun Chicken with customized salad. I added 2 types of Salad to the Cajun chicken - 1) Kale Salad (Kale, Pomegranate and Avocado dressing)..... AND; 2) Quinoa Salad (Quinoa, Brown rice, Roasted Pumpkin Seed, Dried Cranberries).With soooo many different ingredients mixed together, there is always a risk that you may not get any taste out of it.... but frankly it all tasted quite good! 朋友於中環區上班，誠意推介呢間由本地營養師開嘅素食小店。👉🏻店內環境店舖細細，只擺放幾張枱。今晚人流比較少，揀左張大枱坐。室內裝潢都幾唔似本地餐廳，初初仲以為係外國人開嘅。張枱啲磚嘅pattern本人認為幾特別幾靚，不過張枱有點兒過窄，唔知係咪因爲做外賣生意多，但如果人多應該會坐得好逼。呢個牌幾得意~ I’m food, we speak healthy~睇得出店主嘅用心朋友食左幾次有儲開印仔，吸滿就有一個餐送。見到呢幅牆就知呢間舖儲儲埋埋好多熟客仔，將自己張card貼豈度🤔不過如果貼豈度會唔會好易會比人攞走左自己果張黎用呢兩個人order左一人一個set。一人兩個素菜包仔，配上薯條/蕃薯條同沙律菜。驟眼睇個兩個包仔好鬼滴骰，但食落成個餐因爲太多薯條/蕃薯條，都非常之飽店員誠意推介左上面果隻類似蛋黃醬味嘅醬比我地試，話係加左啲腰果蓉落去。點薯條同蕃薯條都好夾wor~真係冇介紹錯Zoom一zoom d包仔先～第一款主要有紅菜頭牛油果，第二款主要係豆腐配菇，第三款就主要係豆蓉配車厘茄。其實三款都好好味，好fresh。除左本人略嫌第二款豆腐有點淡味外同有d唔夾味外，其他兩款我地都好鍾意價錢方

Rlly recommend this place for nice clean options and quite a reasonable price for such a large serving. Bring your own boxes! Salads are great, cannot wait to try their slidersthe location is also very convenient and employees are all very kind

在bagel cafe隔黎、瑞士咖啡室條街、貢茶後一條街。得好少位、lunch hour 好多人買外賣。mini vegetarian burger $38@ 有四款 / 2burger + fries $98fries可選sweet / potato 亦有雨衣甘藍底但sweet potato fries 都係beef liberty yum d而呢間fries係粗身d的食左一半已經食唔落包就soso但還可以不過我食左fries 先 可能熱食個包會正包選了雨衣甘藍同紅菜頭、紅菜頭果款無咩味、另一個包太飽無食到呢間係真素食中環果間素食little veg加左好多調味同好油 呢間就係小清新
