呢間嘅salad bowl好新鮮 仲有唔同嘅配料選擇！而且仲有唔同嘅Seasonal Topping 店舖仲有各種三文治 配料可以任意選擇 今次就試咗gluten free版本 配上烤西蘭花 蘑菇等等 香口脆卜卜！仲有唔同嘅低卡飲品同啤酒！整體唔錯😌價錢亦很合理 值得推薦

While the brunch options may not be extensive, this place allows you to create and enjoy your own salad or sandwich with various toppings. Everything I chose was delicious, and I believe this is the best place in Hong Kong for a hot latte.雖然早午餐的選擇可能不是很多，但這個地方可以讓您自由選擇配料來打造您自己喜歡的沙拉或三明治。我選擇的每樣食物都很美味，我認為這是香港最好的地方來喝熱拿鐵。

Finally trying their sandwich after Yoga class today, I had bookmark it for a while and wanted to try for a long time..maybe I had too high expectations I was soooo disappointed The portion of the sandwich (I ordered wrap today) is SO small I mean.. the price is $103 (I ordered avocado, grilled tofu & smoked salmon wrap) I expected a longer wrap!The grilled tofu is great, really yummy, but with this price, I should walk a few more minutes to Treehouse and their wraps are SO good and satisfying and Treehouse half size is same as Knead full size, but the price.. well you knowsAlso the service is terrible, do they need to shout the names so rude?? Starbucks also calls out names and I feel respected, but here is terrible! Lastly, the staff do not wear mask and I notice they cough a few times! Holy Shxt! Never coming again and really wanna write this post to warn others! Worst experience

在朋友極力推薦下，我地放棄左食pokebowl，黎左上環的knead。 Menu：My pick: Salad base: baby spinach, mixed lettuce, fusilli pastaDressing: sesame dressingExtra: slice of breadToppings: Grilled eggplant $12, Roast chicken $18 可能自己唔識簡，個dressing同d toppings好唔夾，個螺螄粉完全冇味，份量超多，食淨左一半有多，一段時間都唔想再食lolll。toppings就正正路路，Roast chicken唔覺Roast左。塊包好大塊，味道ok但可以唔食留返quota唔tick。His pick:Salad base: baby spinach, mixed lettuce, fusilli pastaDressing: vinaigretteExtra: croutonToppings: chicken schnitzel ($22), boiled egg ($12) 朋友話chicken schnitzel係must try，我試落就覺類似炸雞扒咁，還ok。 下次如果要再食，會試試d set！不過呢條街都幾多美食，可以再encore~ Encore: ❌
