Having the loaded salad for the second time (I had kale last time, that was even better!), I picked croutons, sunflower seeds, and roast chicken this time and some extra beetroot spread with honey mustard dressing for a twist! Very fulfilling indeed😎😉<KNEEEEAD SANDWICH🍞>The choice of bread is Rustic Rye Roll but personally, think that it’s a liiiiiiiiiittle bit too hard for chewing…I however like the #Quinoa & #Grains way moreeee! Had it on a Sunday and there was only one staff working who couldn’t attend all of the foodies at once even though she tried (took a bit too long for an order). KNEAD could staff up a bit perhapsMENU - easy to pick your fav combination!

Knead has gone down hill, more bread than filling and same goes for the salad. Roast beef is now gristle. For the price i feel short changed

呢間店開嘅時候好大寄望,因為鰂魚涌無咩好三文治店,所以開咗即刻去試,一般啦,間唔中食都可以。點知越做越差,今日買咗兩個自選三文治做晚餐,Chicken Schnitzel 三文治 HKD 63,Ham 三文治 HKD 60,本來兩個都要 rye bread,店員話唔夠做兩份,唔緊要,雞嗰份要咗 Turkish bread。邊等邊出汗,喺得一個客嘅情況吓都熱成咁,唔敢想像繁忙時間係點。返到屋企即刻開嚟食,一咬個 Turkish bread 隻門牙即刻痛,係好韌,好難咬!放棄麵包齋食餡,俾 d 餡嚇親:d 雞肉連炸嗰個皮,最厚都只係 1cm!好耐無寫食評,今次忍唔住要即刻寫。HKD 63 換嚟嘅係而家仲好肚餓,我諗我唔會再去。
