呢間小酒館一路以嚟都係我心目中最愛之一。氣氛好好充滿natural Wine Bar嘅氣息。食物都好authentic French bistro style,雖然每年都會去法國,但返到香港都係好鍾意喺掛住法國嘅時候就過嚟呢度飲吓嘢。都係我同男朋友拍拖最鍾意去既地方哈哈。 嘢食同埋嘢飲瞌埋眼order都唔會出事。美中不足可能就係芝士嘅Selection唔夠LQV咁多 (不過人地係wine bar為主嘛haha) 但係身為French cheese&Wine 迷,當然希望魚與熊掌可兼得!Flap steak超好味,juicy,充滿肉香,我哋食完一個之後即刻嗌多一個

My visit to this wine bistro with my partner left us feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. We weren’t notified about any customer polices regarding stay duration or additional purchases. We assumed that enjoying two glasses of wine and a dessert during a non-busy period, with a few empty tables available, would be acceptable.However, the manager’s/owner's behaviour added to our discomfort. My visit to this wine bistro with my partner left us feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. We weren’t notified about any customer polices regarding stay duration or additional purchases. We assumed that enjoying two glasses of wine and a dessert during a non-busy period, with a few empty tables available, would be acceptable.

However, the manager’s/owner's behaviour added to our discomfort. She repeatedly walked by our table, paying excessive attention to our unfinished wine glasses and even collecting our half-used napkins. It felt unnecessary and gave us the impression that she wanted us to order more or leave.

To our surprise, we overheard a conversation between the manager/owner and another customer (who was sitting literally next to our table), discussing customers who linger after ordering only one or two glasses of wine. We were taken aback when the customer gestured towards our table, expressing curiosity about how the owner handles such situations – which made us feel even more uncomfortable.

We understand that every establishment has its own policies and considerations but it would have been helpful if we were informed about any time restrictions or expectations when we arrived. This way, we would have been able to make informed decisions about our visit.

【Mini Fish Roll/Wasabi Mayo/Yuzu Vinaigrette】口感紧致的鱼肉被紫菜细细裹起来,造型还挺有心思。山葵蛋黄酱是很温柔的微辛,反而是柚子油醋汁的酸度更加突出和明亮,跟鱼肉的咸鲜撞在一块儿十分和谐。

【Tuna Rillette/Espelette Pepper/Toasted Bread】吞拿鱼肉酱做得很细滑,咸香不腻无腥味,也是好吃的。整体价格小贵,但地段所致还是可以理解,午市套餐性价比高很多。

The food was simple and decent. I was initially disappointed with the taste but I tried to appreciate its simplicity and enjoy the company I had. In all honesty, there are better options in the area for the price. Something I liked was the design of the place. I can say that it is a small and comfortable space. The food was simple and decent. I was initially disappointed with the taste but I tried to appreciate its simplicity and enjoy the company I had. In all honesty, there are better options in the area for the price.

Something I liked was the design of the place. I can say that it is a small and comfortable space. The decor feels warm and cozy.

What hurt the experience of the bistro’s warm design is the attitude of the staff and that they don’t wear their masks properly at all.

Throughout my whole experience at the bistro, she was either barely wearing her mask or not wearing it at all. Whether she was taking orders, speaking to us or serving dishes.

And while I don’t think she realises she is rude or impolite, the attitude in her responses and assumptions was really the most negative part of the experience. It really could be improved. In all honesty, it would be the main reason I wouldn’t plan to go there again with my family and friends. It would’ve been a comfortable place to relax and catch up if not.

If the taste of the food and especially the quality of service, can be improved, that would be great. Just feels a bit of a shame with how comfortable and warm the bistro feels in its aesthetic and location.

The food was fine but my friend and I were very disappointed with your staff service.We don’t drink alcohol so we asked the manager if we can change the wine to coffee while we were ordering the set. The manager said it’s fine and will serve the coffee after the dessert. Then after the dessert we asked a staff to serve the coffee for us. She doubted if that can be changed even we told her that we ordered it at the beginning and she can ask her colleague. We can tell from her reaction that she wa

We don’t drink alcohol so we asked the manager if we can change the wine to coffee while we were ordering the set. The manager said it’s fine and will serve the coffee after the dessert. Then after the dessert we asked a staff to serve the coffee for us. She doubted if that can be changed even we told her that we ordered it at the beginning and she can ask her colleague. We can tell from her reaction that she was still suspecting on that but just gave up to argue with us. We already felt a bit offended at that moment.
Then after waiting for 15 mins, as we were in a bit rush, I stood up and wanted to ask how our coffee are. We just simply wanna know the progress of our coffee but not urging the waitress. I saw the black lady coming to us with our coffee, so I sat back without saying anything. But then the waitress suddenly, let’s say “EDUCATED” us, “girls….you have to be patient. Our shop is busy today and I have already started making the coffee to you immediately. So you should not try to ask me.” My friend and I were shocked as we didn’t say anything. I told her we didn’t say any words and why she is judging us. She is like “I m not judging you but just want to tell you have to be patient….” blah blah blah. We felt truly offended as we just simply wanna know how the coffee is. We didn’t mean to urge her. And to be honest, even we meant to urge her, it was definitely not the proper attitude of telling your client to be patient? Why do we deserve this “education” of being patient??
The manager then asked us about the whole situation. I told her, and while I mentioned we waited the coffee for 15 mins, the staff sneered at us. Exercise me this kind of attitude is so RUDE to us. And the manager just said “the shop was really busy today, and weekend is not supposed to be rush. The staff is new trained and I always told her not to be rush. Coz the style of our store is no rush. I understand the pace of Hong Kong people is fast but in here we have no rush and enjoy the food.” COME ON, the main reason we were provoked was not because of the time, it’s all about the attitude the waitress showed to us. And to be honest we did understand how busy you were, and we just simply wanna know how long it takes for our coffee without urging or pushing you to be hurry. We don’t deserve this kind of education about being patient from you. I think the manager misunderstood the reason of our anger. She gave us the 20%off discount for next time visit, I accepted because I didn’t wanna waste time of arguing this stuff (though I felt so regret of accepting her offer cause i know I won’t come anymore).
If the owner or staffs of the resto read this long comment, please understand this is not about the cultural or communication issue. It’s all about the customer-facing attitude. I have never had that poor experience in a resto by being “educated” how to be patient. Hope you can have better training of service for the staffs.
Btw, we ordered Americano for the coffee. But the taste is as bitter as espressos.

好少食飯食到一肚氣。
想試呢間小餐館好耐,就book咗位同朋友食。佢有$200 set 跟一杯餐酒,我同朋友都唔飲酒所以係order嘅時候已經講可唔可以轉咖啡,個經理話可以,我哋話最後先上。
到咗食完甜品後,我哋叫另外一個侍應同佢講話要上咖啡,佢話下你要轉要一開始講架喎,我話有啊我哋講咗,佢話下我唔知喎你落單時有冇講轉啊,我再講多次有啊,你同事知道架,佢一臉懷疑又一副唔想再同我爭辯嘅樣講咁我比你啦。我同朋友心諗咩事,你唔知咪check單囉,洗唔洗咁嘅表情同語氣。
然後我哋等到差唔多15分鐘,嗰時店舖已經唔係太忙,咁我哋有啲趕時間,所以我就起身想問杯咖啡整成點,其實都冇催促嘅意思,純粹想知仲要幾耐。
我起身嘅時候就見到嗰個侍應拎住兩杯咖啡俾我哋,咁我就冇講任何嘢坐返去,點知個侍應突然間用一副不爽教育我哋嘅語氣講girls u have to be patient, 我哋間舖頭好忙㗎,我已經即刻整俾你㗎喇,你唔需要催我。我果下真係火都扯上嚟,即刻話我都冇講任何一句野喎,你嚟judge 我?佢又繼續一副不爽樣話,我唔係judge 你,不過你要有耐性囉,你過嚟搵我都係想問杯咖啡幾時到者,我都已經即刻整俾你,你唔需要嚟搵我囉。聽到呢度我同朋友都嬲咗,首先我哋其實想知杯咖啡幾時到姐,都冇講過一句野催佢,點解我哋要比佢教育返轉頭?甚至可以講就算我哋真係催佢,佢嘅態度就係好似阿媽咁教育返我哋要有耐性???成件事勁awkward 同offensive, 搞到我俾錢嘅時候忍唔住同個個侍應講我覺得你態度有問題,我同朋友都覺得被冒犯。然後個侍應又開始講一大堆嘢,個經理喺隔離即刻問咩事,我將成件事話翻比佢聽,講到我哋等咗15分鐘時個侍應冷笑一聲質疑我地。我個下更加燥,點知個經理同返我講話,我哋今日都有啲忙㗎,weekend is not supposed to be rush, 我都明白香港人節奏係快嘅,但我哋呢度唔興咁chur, 個員工係new training,所以咖啡有啲耐希望你明白,如果我同事表達有啲錯誤唔好意思,我送返枝酒比你啦。其實個經理明唔明我哋嬲嘅重點,重點唔係杯咖啡有幾耐,而係我哋咩都冇講過,無啦啦俾人教育要有耐性,就因為我哋只係想知杯咖啡要幾耐。呢個絕對唔關香港人節奏快嘅問題,而係個侍應本身attitude 嘅問題,最後個經理同我講話下次嚟食八折俾我地,我留咗個電話,因為我覺得已經冇爭論落去嘅空間,我唔想再嘈所以我accept 左佢offer(雖然我而家好後悔真係唔應該留,因為我一定唔會再嚟食),我打咁大篇文希望間餐廳個老細或者員工睇到,其實我哋嗰時本意真係唔係為左催你,而係純粹想知究竟杯咖啡要幾耐,如果咁樣就要俾人教育「要有耐性」嘅話,咁呢個絕對唔係溝通或者文化上嘅差異問題,而係個員工本身態度真係有問題,如果佢真係new training,咁唔該教育下佢對客嘅態度。
順帶一提,我哋有杯咖啡係叫Americano,但苦到好似Espresso

一間係中環想去好耐嘅wine bar lacabanehk 每逢經過門外總會被裡面嘅復古vintage裝潢吸引,整間bistro都充滿住與酒有關嘅裝飾,氣氛一流,而呢間wine bar 嘅獨特之處在於賣嘅酒主要以法國或其他地區嘅一些小酒莊出品嘅自然酒 - Natural wine為主. 至於咩係Natural wine, 要講可能一個post都唔止(再加上我不是專業🤭)簡單嚟講就係酒莊在種植葡萄🍇同釀酒期間,盡量以極少量甚至不用任何化學成份,以low-intervention嘅原則維持葡萄園嘅可持續性發展,尊重大自然,包括使用有機或生物動力法(Biodynamic)等.La cabane 有分wine cellar 同bistro, 至於今次就去左佢bistro chill 住飲下佢嘅natural wine, 試下佢啲野食:($175) 作為法式bistro, 呢樣野可謂基本, 調味都非常開胃,中間一個連殼鵪鶉生雞蛋都幾吸晴,不過就相對細左啲,配埋食嘅麵包同炸芝士條都唔錯,正常發揮..🍷[🇫🇷Tony Bornars Virre D’Amour et de Plouplou]($43

La cabane 有分wine cellar 同bistro, 至於今次就去左佢bistro chill 住飲下佢嘅natural wine, 試下佢啲野食:
[Beef tartare]($175) 作為法式bistro, 呢樣野可謂基本, 調味都非常開胃,中間一個連殼鵪鶉生雞蛋都幾吸晴,不過就相對細左啲,配埋食嘅麵包同炸芝士條都唔錯,正常發揮.

🍷[🇫🇷Tony Bornars Virre D’Amour et de Plouplou]($430) 嚟到natural wine bar 梗要試枝natural wine, 呢枝酒用上Poulsard 葡萄- 嚟自法國Jura地區,位於Burgundy嘅東部, 近年漸漸為人知曉, 用上unfiltered嘅natural wine, 色唔係平時飲開嘅clear ruby colour而係帶點混濁, 非常fresh 嘅cranberry, cherry香味, 入口都係好清新,帶點fizzy氣泡感, 非常易入口light body襯不同嘅法式小食都好夾.

🍔襯上[House cured beef burgers]($180) 每個burger 都有2至3 塊手切牛肉,雖然味道唔算好濃 但襯返枝淡淡地高酸嘅natural wine就啱哂👍🏻

總括嚟講係一間幾有特色嘅wine bar, 除左佈置非常有心思外,所揀嘅酒款亦非常獨特,都係少見嘅一啲酒莊,但話唔定會令你有驚喜,雖然價錢就略嫌偏貴但都可以不妨嚟感受一下chill住飲嘅氣氛🤟🏻

法國菜通常都會給人一種高級政精緻嘅感覺,以為要一道一道菜上,仲要食完好似冇食過咁。但呢間絕對唔會,我通常會去食佢嘅lunch set,有前菜主菜仲有甜品,仲唔使服務費,大概$160! 有一個好處亦都係壞處,因為佢係小店,又希望時常保持新鮮感,所以每一個星期都會轉一次菜單,有時食最好食嘅嘢,真係唔知幾時先會再有返。但係就會好啱一啲鍾意不斷試新野嘅人,亦都有個原因可以不斷返去。提提大家,餐廳嘅座位真係好少,盡可能都係訂咗枱先☺️

聲稱是手切手肉,不會打得太稀爛,有口感,而且牛肉味濃郁,加上有鵪鶉蛋漿的滋潤和他們店的獨家調味,味道更可口,口感也更嫩滑,有驚喜!

相比之下,玉米餅薯條比較淡,個人建議可以沾點牛肉他他一起吃,味道也滿不錯喲~

吃到很濃郁的青紅椒味,對我這食肉獸來說我比較不太好這個。。。賣相倒還不錯😂😂
各人都有伴碟的烤多士片,烘得很爽脆,像薯片一樣咬的時候有“咔嚓咔嚓”的聲音了,也建議可以沾點牛肉他他一起吃~

由於我一向不太鍾愛蘋果pie,所以沒有選它~
但出於好奇心加上朋友們的萬分期待,我就吃了一口試試~
噢~竟然還滿好吃的那~

蘋果醬很濕潤,甜甜的帶一點酸,就連旁邊附有的淡忌廉也打得很細滑,不會很甜,很好吃

They have a very long wine list and are having Autumn menu right now. The food menu is relatively short but were good! We have ordered cheese platter, one starter, one cold dish and one hot dish...


- Cheese platter with Comte🧀, Tete de Moine🌼 and Dryaged beef tongue👅!! (this is cute that we can mix and match ourselves with cheese and charcuterie!)
- Goat Cheese Croquettes & Lavender Honey
- Handcut beef Tartare & Polenta Fries
- Seasonal Clams, Octopus, Laksa Couscous


All food was amazing!!! 😋😋😋 We love the 𝐝𝐫𝐲𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐠𝐞 most! 🐮👅First try and really yummy!!! For the 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞🧀, you can see it has fulfilled with cheeseee, which was so creamy and very satisfied😊😊 I am not a fan of laksa, but the 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐬 are really really really fresh 😍😍 Love it!!!


And of course we have ordered two glasses of red wine. My friend ordered their 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐞, which was a heavy bodied wine with unusal flavor! 🍷


The only limitation for this restaurant was the environment, the seatings were not comfortable and quite hot. The wooden dining table was keep shaking...We finished our meal in one hour and left. Although the food was excellent and suprising, I might only consider having a quick meal rather than a long chat with friends. La Cabane is located right next to some famous cocktail bars such as Quinary and Daily Tot! I was feeling not so well last night..Otherwise, I will definitely grab for a drink!!


I will come again for their food 😍😍😍👅🧀
