1) Slow Service: The food was served very slowly. We arrived around 6:30 PM, but the main course still had not been served by 9 PM.2) Bad Attitude: The owner was very rude and displayed a strong ego. He often spoke ironically in a way that was not funny. For example, when he tried to explain the menu and I politely asked him to repeat himself, he seemed impatient and said, "I already said it, and it's on the menu," which I found very offensive.3) Unclear Pricing: I was told that the set dinner was $398, but I ended up paying almost $900 due to unclear wine prices. That I only had 2 glasses4) Unhygienic Washroom: While I didn't expect a fancy environment given the price of the dinner set, the unpleasant condition of the washroom caught me off guard; it was worse than a public toilet.Overall, it was a very bad experience for me. Given the competitive F&B environment in Hong Kong, I hope the owner realizes this.Personally, I believe there are many better restaurant choices in SOHO. I recently dined at Le Moment with a group of 20 people, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The owner's attitude was unwelcoming and rude. He persistently tried to upsell foie gras and scallops, and when we asked again about the prices of these items, he responded with impatience. When we declined the additional food, he appeared visibly displeased. Despite confirming all orders four days in advance, the service was unacceptably slow. We arrived at 6:45 PM, and the first salad was not served until 7:30 PM. By 8:30 PM, we were still waiting for the main course. One of our friends had a flight to catch, so we requested that her main course be served first. The owner flatly refused, stating, "NO, WE CAN'T," and insisted that their kitchen follows a specific order. In the end, my friend had to rush through her main course in the last five minutes before heading to the airport. The owner never apologized. The restaurant was filled with the smell of oil and smoke, likely due to the ventilation system not working properly while cooking multiple steaks. We waited a long time for the main course and were worried about smelling like oil, so some of us went outside to chat while waiting. The owner told us, "If you are afraid of the smell, you should eat at the hotel." The restaurant's decor was very old, especially the restroom, which had water all over the floor and was worse than a Cha Chaan Teng. While the food was delicious, the overall experience was terrible. No matter how good the food was, it couldn't make up for the owner's arrogance and bad attitude. 繼續閱讀

I recently dined at Le Moment and it was a lovely experience! The food was very delicious and the wine selection perfectly complemented the meal, enhancing the overall dining experience.To top it all off, Bob’s guitar music created a warm, inviting atmosphere. The combination of exquisite food, fine wine, and live music is a rare gem in the dining scene. Bob was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall charm of the evening. I can't recommend Le Moment enough for anyone looking for a memorable night out. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just want a great meal, this place is a must-visit! 繼續閱讀

Bob is very friendly and attentive. He is passionate about food and I can tell he sets a high standard for his food quality! The food was amazing, from starters, soup to main courses. We ordered baked camembert and it was one of the best baked cheese dish we have ever had. We had duck confit and steak for main courses with an added Hokkaido scallop and they were all superb. Even the sides that came with the main courses, including potato Dauphinoise, vegetables and sauces were done brilliantly. Bob let us try some mushrooms cooked in duck fat which tasted phenomenal, and he planned to make this a new side dish. 繼續閱讀

Another wonderful evening at Le Moment! Thanks Bob for accommodating my birthday party and making it an unforgettable one! We love coming - food is always fantastic, especially the steak, and Bob and his staff are super cool, super friendly and always look after customers really well!!
