This is the first time we come here for dinner, thought that was a small bistro when I come in to the restaurant, but then he bring me into an elevator, find out that the whole building are owned by them, first floor is like a bar and we are going to the forth floor, it was totally different decoration which is so grand, small but grand. Can tell they have put a lot of time to decorate the room, like the lamp on the table, it’s like a diamond. Then we choose the 4 courses dinner set, the waiter
The appetizer was Spanish Ham and Parma Ham, it’s nice and not like any cheap ham which are only salty, instead it was full of oak frangrance. And they serve the ham and rolled it in a rose shape.
The second course was surprisingly a Parmesan Risotto, it is creamy and al dente. But I would be very delight if we can have more cheese in it, personally like more cheese.
Pan Seared USDA Rib Eye was my main course, the surface of the steak were perfectly seared to brown caramelized, they have keep the timing good, the inside was still pink where I have ordered medium and I am satisfied.
My dinner partner was having a Chicken Roulade, it’s a bit small in size but probably it was a time consuming dish, the roulade was rolled to with the real chicken skin and steamed to a jelly liked texture, inside are chicken, mushroom and foie gras and black truffle, how luxury! Yet, it is so rich of different flavor but well balanced.
The dessert was tiramisu Cheese Cake, it is smooth and creamy, not too sweet and just good for me. Overall the dinner is above my expectation and average, the price is reasonable and the service are very good.
Oh, last but not least, on the recommenced wine list, They served mainly some new world wine, tried the Chianti, Tuscany 2013, was very fruity and good to paired with the chicken roulade.
