Tasting Notes:AmericanoCoffee bean roasted by the bakery🤎and 4 kinds to choose from. I picked Guatemala Antigua. it’s rich in nutty flavour and dark chocolate smell☕️ Mushroon & pancetta paniniThe paninj was heavy handed with cheese 🧀 I couldnt really taste pancetta coz the cheese was very thick and strong. Also, sourdough was a bit overcooked. Will try uncooked bread next time🤫P.S. Only disposable tablewares were provided. Not really fit the vibe there 😗

今次晨早平日9:00左右嚟到附近冇咩居民 太陽猛烈 可能大家都返緊工或者瞓緊覺留喺室內😶🌫️雖然好早但係已經有好多新鮮出爐嘅麵包喺度！上次食過佢哋嘅肉桂酥👍🏼今次就食下朱古力牛油酥！而且上次睇唔到原來佢有咖啡！今次一定要試吓外賣咖啡！咖啡豆我揀咗一仲比較甜唔酸嘅🫱🏾🫲🏽而且佢哋用嘅杯係全紙質 環保完全冇膠！呢樣嘢真係值得一讚💪🏽佢哋連買麵包都係只會用紙袋 唔會有任何印刷對環境完全唔造成負擔呢個理念唔係間間餐廳或者麵包舖有佢哋嘅咖啡連蓋都冇嘅 係用紙摺成一個盒裝🤌🏽所以你要小心拎如果唔係就會倒瀉但係都唔成問題因為只係喺附近飲最緊要嘅係完全唔使洗完之後拎去回收👍🏼味道一流而且價錢合理🫶🏽🫶🏽

From a varieties of sourdough, to various styles of brioche buns and focaccia, I wanted to try everything! As I had other lunch plans, I opted for something relatively light-weight. Unfortunately though, I was not particularly impressed by their cinnamon roll. Don’t get me wrong, it was still a very satisfying and delicious treat, with generous sweet cinnamon filling hidden within the layers. It’s just that it wasn’t a particularly extraordinary piece of pastry, perhaps I just had my hopes up way too high. On second thought, it might also taste better if I had brought it home and reheated it. Nonetheless, I would definitely revisit to try out their focaccia and maybe get a full loaf of sourdough.

依間麵包舖的確係我食完會想再去食既一間一直都有留意佢哋嘅麵包，亦知道老闆Kc 對麵包有一種執着同熱情，終於都可以品嘗。Chocolate Brioche 其實我係第一次食 Brioche，但係食完第一次就愛上了食落熱情果酸酸甜甜好開胃😋個包好脆口，就算凍左都keep住脆，令人一啖接一啖。

正宗歐飽店開幕~ 由底調高手主理一定要捧場~ 舖入面有小量坐位可以現買即食㗎~ 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻好多原隻大歐飽新鮮出爐~ 🥖🥐🍞店內有好多美味咖啡選擇, 不過叫咗一杯朱古力~ 十分濃郁~ ☕☕☕之後叫咗成個大歐包現場切片即食 + 牛油~ 🍞🍞🍞表面酥脆內裏濕潤煙韌, 麥香味十足~ 喺唔多地方可以試到尼種正宗口味~ 😯😯😯之後再試一吓個丹麥酥~ 😬😬😬一樣表面酥脆~ 內裏餡料美味足料回味無窮~ 😳😳😳如果大家都係愛歐飽之人一定要光臨朝聖一吓~ 不過記得唔好週圍宣傳尼間舖喎~ 因為老闆真係好底調好底調嘅高手尼㗎~ 如果怕遠可以去佢另外 2 間市區舖~ 🤤🤤🤤
